DO NOT ORDER PARTS ONLINE. If you order parts online you will never get them, and they refuse to refund you your money. I ordered an oil filter for my motorcycle last week and when I noticed the order was still processing 3 days later, I called to ask. They answered and I simply told them I was looking to get some information on my online order. The man on the phone says " Oh ok I will be right back" and proceeds to put me on hold. for 15 minutes I waited when i decided I had enough, and I called back on my girlfriends phone (while I was still on hold on my phone) to see if they would pickup, they did and they said the same thing and put me on hold again. I had enough and I went in person and as soon as I got there as was talking to the man at the front desk about my online order he said one moment I will be right back and he disappeared to the back of the store for 30 minutes (until I left). Ridiculous scam of a business. Needs to be shut down and I will be coming for my money in small claims court.
Very Bad service. Last Saturday I walked in, any employee said good afternoon or how may I help You. All of them were more interested in their cell phones. There were not more customers, only me. After a few minutes I approached to the front desk asking for some parts. Clerk did not know about them, then, the individual in charge of the store told me that they do not have those parts there, maybe in another branch, but he did not checked. Very dissapointed. Napa is My last option for auto parts. I visites Advance and a very friendly associate helped me and provided all the parts I needed.
The counter attendant did not acknowledge my presence. I waited about 10 minutes looking around until another gentleman helped.
In addition to the lack of customer service, the store was not well stocked.

30 minutes past 8:00 when they are supposed to be open. People are sitting in cars waiting for someone to come in.
According to another review read NAPA opens at 8:30. Perhaps someone should fix the time they actually open online so people are not sitting in their cars for a 1/2 hour.
A good place to visit. They even carry commercial truck (bid rig) oils, tires, brake chambers & other common basic items.
They offer a military discount all days of the year (10%).
I had a driver on the road who needed batteries. Jesus, the store manager, had a store driver take the battery tester and batteries to my driver and tested and replaced them. When I said I would give a tip he replied telling me that this is the kind of service they try to give all of their customers. I am amazingly impressed!!!
Not bad enjoy going there and asking them four advice on my vehicle explain to me very well and in English to where I can understand a lot of the auto motor places in Laredo only want to speak Spanish and a lot of them don't understand what you're telling me ridiculous it wasn't like that in the 70s and 80s and the 90s
