Waste of time. Contacted the phone number listed since their services include recycling as stated on their listing. The guy couldn’t help me and couldn’t direct my call. Said he had no idea who I could call, or where to find the number. I would rate 0 if I could
My trash wasn’t picked up , I called the city number and this was their response to me was . “The driver is new” I told them that shouldn’t be my issue . The last time I left it too close I got a fine. Now that it isn’t my fault they don’t want to pick it up until Monday. Wanted to escalate to the supervisor but he was “busy” . If the driver has a CDL license, I believe he would be able to pick this up easily, because I drive commercial vehicles myself. Laredo residents should not be responsible for their employees' lack of training or if they don't feel comfortable picking up a trash placed in the correct place, they could at least knock on our door. Or you know do their job and move the trash. Frustrated by their response , the employee also then proceeds to tell me I’m looking at your home on google maps and you don’t have enough space ?! For the fourth time, I repeated taking the measurements to her. Customer service should not be overlooked nor training for these drivers this is ridiculous!
Person who picks up the phone is very disrespectful hangs up while one is speaking and gives attitude. No need for this behavior while it is disrespectful it for her to act that way it is also not the clients fault that she is having a bad day.
Called 311 early Thursday morning to report a dead cat gave yoyng lady my address and she said she would send someone to pick it up that morning all day passed and animal us still there. Today called again at 930 am and again lady said no order unfortunately i did not feel i needed to take down persons name but again she said no repirt and if i had given address and called this number told her yes mam. You people need to be more responsible that is why we pay taxes not to mention with this Covid19 not healrhy for our public. I am very dissatisfied with your service and people.
