Fuimos a buscar una polvera de medio uso y nos la consiguieron hasta del mismo color que es muy difícil y en su taller la colocaron en 2 horas, super rápido por que tenían que enderezar una parte de la puerta

Not truest mechanics, I ask for breack pads and fuel pump , they took 1 week to get it done the does not work they didn't try hide they did not change the fuel pump ether.
I had my 2011 Malibu worked on here back in February 2025, and by August the transmission started acting up again. The shop honored the warranty exactly as promised, taking the car back in, trying different solutions, and ultimately replacing the whole transmission at no extra cost. They stood by their word and made sure the job was done right.
The mechanic Memo is attentive and really take time to ensure quality work. While follow-ups may sometimes be needed, they always come through and treat customers fairly. Overall, they’re trustworthy, skilled, and a great shop to go to for major repairs. Highly recommend.

Llevé mi Malibu 2011 a este taller en febrero de 2025, y para agosto la transmisión volvió a fallar. El taller respetó la garantía exactamente como lo habían prometido: recibieron el carro de nuevo, intentaron varias soluciones y finalmente reemplazaron toda la transmisión sin costo adicional. Cumplieron su palabra y se aseguraron de que el trabajo quedara bien hecho.
Mecánico Memo es muy atento y realmente se toma su tiempo para asegurar un trabajo de calidad. Aunque a veces pueda ser necesario dar seguimiento, siempre cumple y tratan a los clientes con justicia. En general, son de confianza, muy capaces y un excelente taller para reparaciones mayores. Muy recomendados.
No puedo estar más satisfecha con el servicio! El equipo es profesional, muy atento y realmente se preocupa por sus clientes. Me explicaron todo con claridad, me dieron recomendaciones honestas (sin intentar venderme reparaciones innecesarias) y tuvieron mi carro listo antes de lo esperado. Los precios son justos y la calidad del trabajo es excelente.
Real bad service they had my daughter's car for 8 months never could fix transmission i won't recommend them to no one I took it to another place they fixed it in 3 days
Very very very bad customer service!!! The worst experience! Did not care for my situation with my car, instead of fixing the issue they just left my car at the dealership without letting me know! Just a very bad experience with them.
Great experience w/ them as I drove from Illinois down to Taledo to pick up an incredible deal on a Cab for my Ford F Series. The part was in perfect condition and they were helpful loading up the Cab. The experience could not have been any smoother. Thank you again Martinez Brothers.
Took them 4 months to rebuild my transmission and after only 3 months of use it broke down again. If you value your time, and money go elsewhere. Oh and these clowns still have the audacity to get mad when you call or stop by to ask how your vehicle is going.

Was told a part was going to be replaced.. got my car back...same issue..when I called NOONE could tell me what was done. Come to find out instead of replacing the part they "adjusted" it and added freon. $140 bucks for NOTHING to be done. Confidence in this company 100% lost.
Have you ever heard of a mechanic shop where the vehicle owner is not allowed to call and ask about the advancement of the diagnosis and the possible repairs of your vehicle? Well, Jessie Martinez Del Norte is the place! As an owner and customer one can’t even call to ask if the vehicle has been at least diagnosed. In our case, we needed the vehicle as soon as possible, so we where literally evicted from the shop, due to our calls to inquire about our vehicle. So, yeah! Horrible, horrible customer service and no professionalism at all. Before considering taking your vehicle there, I urged you to seriously look and consider other options!
