I came in to visit my family from San Antonio. My battery started to act up, went to go see about getting it checked. Decided that we needed a new battery, so I purchased the batter that was needed. I was told that they were going to have to order the battery and to come back the next day so they can remove the old one and install the new one. The next day, I went in and they told me they were too busy to assist me. Handed over the battery and was sent on my way, because they were "too busy to install it" so I had to install it myself at home and the go back to hand over the old battery. Terrible service, telling customers one thing and once the sale is made they go back on their word.

Thank you so much Napa Auto Parts! An air hose in our jeep Cherokee broke on our way to Mexico ( from Chicago, IL) making the suspension too low to keep driving. We couldn't find any help at any auto shop around here without a previous appt, even at the local jeep dealer. We came to this Napa location ( Calton and San Francisco in Laredo) and they lent us the tools, sold us the parts and showed us how to fix it! Saving us close to $400 from what was quoted at the Jeep dealer. Gracias!

There was a promotion advertising for a great deal on car oil and filter, once I arrived at the shop I was told that the deal did not apply/exist. Although i called ahead to confirm if the offer was still available and or evem existed. I was told that it was real and that it applied toward the items i was searching for. The drive was a waste of time and a bad way of conducting promotions.
