Sometimes the counter people can be rude. As soon as you walk in they do not acknowledge you. You have to wait for a long time before they even notice you. Even though everyone at the counter and offices look at you when you walk in. And if they are sick they do not cover their mouth they cough in my direction. Rude and disgusting people . When they finally get to you they take forever to find the part you ordered before going to pick it up. They misplaced it, lost it or never got your order ready. Then they take forever to cash you out. The counter people are not friendly least they can do is apologize for not having your order ready and for not appreciating you for buying from them
The best place for me to get parts, pretty great prices too. Staff is friendly and will remember when you called and when you would be in to go pick up part. Was really impressed with that.
