Extremely unprofessional, December 16th 2025 while traveling home my wife got a low tire warning for the back passenger tire, so she pulled over with a quick inspection she could hear air coming out of the tire. She called our insurance for roadside assistance, stated the back passenger tire was flat and that she needed to get it towed to discount tire It’s important to note she was traveling alone with a 6 month old and groceries so after the call with insurance she called her mom to come get them because she did not receive an ETA on the tow truck Approximately 30-40 minutes later Zack called and stated “I’m not sure why I was asked to tow it but it’s at the destination” now it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put 2 and 2 together. You get a call for a tow and the destination is a tire shop what else could be wrong with it? Since then my insurance has been trying to get ahold of them to pay the damages they are liable for but there’s been no response it’s currently January 6th I called to speak with Dillan to see if we could come up to and understanding of the events that took place but the guy who answered said “he’s on a call and if they reached out through email we will get to it when we get to it” I hope in the end they do the right thing but so far all they want to to is hide from the fact their driver messed up.

Needed a tow Sunday night 11:00pm they came out in 30min. Very professional and decent price. Definitely recommend. Tractor/trailer tow

Zach was amazing! He picked us up quickly and let my boyfriend and me ride in the towing truck all the way to the dealership. Geico set me up with him and he drove us from Meadow all the way back to Gene Messer Kia. Very reasonable prices. 10/10 would recommend and I will be using this service from here on out for all towing needs.

Had an amazing experience with them on one of my most unluckiest days. Had a flat tire they came out fairly quickly and the driver Jose helped tremendously, when Walmart wouldn’t give me a fair price he suggested a local shop that was way more affordable and friendly. I’ll definitely use South plains everytime I need some help!!

This company is absolutely wonderful with fair pricing and a willingness to help. They came out and jumped my daughter’s car at tech at no charge, so of course I called them called back next time I needed a tow and they towed her car immediately after I called and were so accommodating and kind. Best customer service ever!!!! 10000*’s from me.

Dylan and Michael have done an outstanding job on the last two HUGE towing jobs I’ve hired South Plains Towing for! These guys do not scare easily! They have been great with communicating on both occasions and show up when they say they will. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for any tow job, big or small. As an independent automotive repair center I find myself in a strange place. I was contacted by the Garza County Sheriff's department and asked if I could work on a broken down vehicle. I told him I could and we would stay late if necessary to get a traveler back on their way. Southplains Towing came to pick up the vehicle and convinced the traveler to take the vehicle back to Lubbock for repairs. Here's my issue, the tow to Post would have cost the traveler less money and the repair would have remained in Garza County. But the way it turned out, the wrecker company and I'm sure the driver's buddy will benefit financially and the traveler will be out a greater expense both ways. Just tow the vehicle where the customer asks, that is your job.

I just spoke to Pablo and he said $500 to get a vehicle that was towed not even 2 hours ago from a single parent that does not have that kind of money I asked to speak to Dillan the owner and he said I couldn’t to work out a deal I’m willing to pay just can’t pay the full amount!

The Perfect Tow/Transport company does exist and its right here in lubbock Texas. They have the ability to move and deliver anything and everything! They always go above and beyond for theyre customers and will do it with a great attitude! Have used this company to move many a product and I would trust anyone else to do it! The pictures speak a thousand words on the amount of different types of skills these guys have. Trust them with anything you got and you will not be let down!

Well we had a rollover on Highway due to crazy wind so We talked to this towing service based on google reviews and rate. We didn't regret at all for calling this tow company they showed up at the scene really fast and the best thing i liked about their service they don't use too much equipments on accident recovery, so your bill don't get build up, they do it for you the efficient way. we had a nice deal with them, and Owner made 2.5k$ discount for us, as we decided to deal with it in house! DYLAN KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!

Zack was awesome, I'd give 6 stars if I could. He let me know when he was en route, turned up quickly, and towed my car safely. Very friendly, super polite, and an experienced tower. I'd call him any time!

Zack was the best! He arrived ready to help and was a cool person to talk to. He’s super hardworking and got the job done towing my car to get my tire fixed fast. I would hope if I ever need help with my car again that it will be this company.

Zach gave me a tow all the way from Idalou to Lubbock and he did a very good job. He got there 30 minutes early, and drove very safe. 10/10 reccomend.

Thank Brian for all his work! We called later in the day and even with a crazy day he had he was super nice and respectful. Me being a younger female it’s common to not be respected in the car industry, but Brian was there for every detail of moving my car. He even offered to keep it at his house overnight because the place we towed it too was not with full safety over night. We will be using Brian from now on any issue we have because it was fantastic service.
