Incompetent and Negligent — Abandoned My Vehicle Unsecured I contacted Cheap Tow to move my truck from a repair shop. I gave them specific details upfront and was promised a flatbed. Instead, they showed up with a truck that wouldn't fit my vehicle. The most infuriating part: after they realized they couldn't do the job, the driver abandoned my keys inside the unlocked truck and drove off. They left my vehicle completely vulnerable to theft or break-ins. I have been calling and messaging them repeatedly to express how distressed I am that my truck was left unsecured, but they have left me on read and refuse to answer my calls. They are unprofessional, negligent, and have zero accountability. Do not trust them with your property—they will leave you stranded and ignore your concerns.

Amazing beginning to end service. I had to get my truck towed for a bad transmission, almost a 2hr tow. I received constant updates and live location tracking the entire time. During the tow its self, Henry treated my vehicle as it was his own. Very polite and immediately built rapport and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. I planned to follow the truck the full two hours so I could drop the keys off myself and take before/after pictures, would’ve taken up the rest of my night. Henry insisted that he could do all that for me, I receive multiple pictures better than the ones I would’ve taken myself of not only the truck but the keys being handed off the next morning. I am so glad that I chose this company.

I blew a tire on my way home from 200 miles away, Henry came 70 miles from Lubbock, arrived when he said he would, charges were fair, also he and his assistant were so kind as I was sick and they pulled to the side of the road when the puking came on. Also charged my battery as the hazards wore it down but I was too sick to care. Miserable day for me, thank you for your help Henry.

I can’t thank this tow company enough for coming to our rescue on Christmas night! When my nephew took out a raccoon with his car late on December 25th, they were incredibly responsive and got to us quickly despite it being a holiday. The driver’s communication was absolutely on point. I shared my location with him so we could get to my nephew at the same time. He kept us updated every step of the way and even shared his live location through both Apple Maps and Google Maps so we could see exactly when he’d arrive at the drop off location. It made a stressful situation so much easier. After the tow, he sent a secure QuickBooks payment link that took literally 30 seconds to pay — super convenient and hassle-free. Professional, friendly, and genuinely caring service when we needed it most. If I ever need a tow again (hopefully not!), these are the only people I’ll call. Highly recommend! I got 3 different estimates for the tow and this company was the cheapest from Lubbock to Lamesa. He was even less than going through insurance.

Absolutely amazing. Mick was very kind and his communication was outstanding. He contacted us right away. We were a ways out so his whole drive to safe us, he let us know where he was and how far out he was from us. The drive to where we needed to go was very relaxing under our circumstances. The price was perfect under our funds coming from NM. Yep this is thy guy you want. He even stopped in between to let our girls use the restroom. Outstanding performance Mick. I picked a miserable, rainy Saturday for my vehicle to overheat. A friend recommended Cheap Tow. The owner came within 30 minutes and towed my car to the repair shop. He had an umbrella and made sure I stayed as dry as possible while completing the transaction and getting me into my daughter’s car. The price was really reasonable!! After he had left the car at the repair shop, he sent me pictures. So very courteous and respectful to this 69 year old woman!! I highly recommend this company!

I had my Yukon towed by this company and was extremely impressed with the service. Mick was very kind, professional, and patient, took his time and he answered all my questions. Even though it was late in the afternoon, he arrived within 15 minutes and provided an estimate in less than 5 minutes. Tire was fully flat at 7pm and within 30 minutes of calling them someone was hooking up my car. He was so nice and professional and within an hour of my first phone call I had pictures of my car dropped off and my key going into an overnight box. We were stranded over 90 miles from Lubbock and thought we were going to have to stay the night in the cold. Cheap Tow came to our rescue. They went far and beyond. Picked us up and towed our Jeep to the dealership to be fixed. Before they dropped off the Jeep they took us to our hotel, watched our 2 large dogs while we unloaded our personal gear and then waited for us to get checked in and all our gear stowed away before they left. When they dropped off the Jeep they sent us pictures of it securely parked at the dealership. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.
