I work for a dealership here in Roswell NM. My sales team was sent on Monday March 23 to pick up some car's that Richland Dodge Jeep Chrysler had from Lubbock Auto auction. We were running a little late but I called several times but was transferred to a phone just to ring several times but I had to keep trying. As we arrived two people said they were closed but we told me to talk to somebody we happen to run into the gentleman who runs Lubbock Auto auction. We explained our story showed him our phone call and showed him we had the checks to purchase the vehicles. He seemed to understand very well of our situation. He guided us to enter the building. Had us settle down and took me in to an open office to settled up and retrieved the vehicles that we had went after. The gentleman loaded us up in the van and drove us around looking for each vehicle. It was six vehicles. They were spread apart. He took the time to help us but before we got started called his wife to start the grill and put the salmon on that he'd be running late and she understood. He drove us around until we found the vehicle's and had us on the road back home. Never mind that it took over an hour to find each and everyone and he still was understanding. He didn't have to do his for us but he did and pretty sure dinner was a little cold by the time he arrived home. On behalf of our dealership Richland Autos and my team members we would just like to say a Big Thank you to himself and Lubbock Auto auction. There's two auctions in lubbock and let me say over a ten year period i think this bunch is way more honest on cr reports and will bend over backwards and try to earn your business They have been a very valuable blessing to Hominy Auto Sales.
Very shady place will do anything they can too the vehicles, too get the maximum money out of people. i watched them pooring fluids that do not belong in the crank case to quite the upper end down to sell vehicles, they clear codes so the vehicle hasn't had time too run a drive cycle, so the cars will sell for more watch out buyer beware! P.s. Flatland auto repair is the one doing the shady work for the auto auction and car lots that sell through this auction!
I worked for this company(flatland) for 7 days.... i quit the job after i was asked too do some shady things...BUYER BEWARE!!!
