I had a scary situation when my brakes completely messed up while I was driving, and Hub City Towing came through for me fast. They showed up quickly, got my vehicle safely loaded, and took me straight to a repair shop so I could get everything fixed. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Their prices were very reasonable, especially for how fast and professional they were. On top of that, everyone was incredibly nice and respectful. You can tell they really care about helping people when they’re stuck in a bad situation. I highly recommend them if you ever need a tow in the area!
Last night after leaving Lubbock to go back home to Fort Worth my truck broke down outside of Guthrie. I didn't think AAA would find anyone willing to tow us all the way home (180 miles). Not only did Juan from Hub City tow us all the way but he went above and beyond for us. He called and offered to pick up food for us and brought water with him. He was kind and not at all irritated that he had to make an almost 600 mile trip for him in one night. I'm so grateful he was the one sent to get us!
