My business partners son wrecked his car and needed a wheel to get it moving so they could move it in the body shop, I called B&R Auto Parts and spoke with Terry, Not only was he very cordial and extremely helpful he went out of his way to get me taken care of since I live 5 hours away, I not only got more than a fair price but he had it delivered to the body shop in LESS than an hour and even waited on the shop to verify it was correct but waited to charge my card until they called him back!!!! Can only rate 5 stars but deserves 10 Thanks fellas

I went to B&R in a bind and left with a smile on my face. I had a truck that needed tow hooks and had to leave that day. not only did they have my tow hooks, they pulled them for me. No searching for my own parts. No worrying about if I had the right part or not. No hassle! Great Customer Service! Great Prices! I’m so thankful for these guys. I was quoted over $300 for a window, but these guys had one in stock for just $50!! They even helped me get the window Installed and got be back on the road safely! Changed $200 shipping for a deck lid that weighs about 20lb to be shipped to my dock when it would have been easier and cheaper to just box it and send it to my house. They billed my credit card a second time without authorization for more shipping after I got it. They do not know what an A grade part is so beware of what you are paying for. Do not give them your credit card they will keep using it!

Found this place by accident while driving by. Just so happened we needed a shifter cable that day. Had called a couple of the chain auto parts stores where the cheapest was $82. We got one here for $35. Service was excellent. Very nice and accommodating crew there.

We have been here before to get parts for our cars. B & R has been around for a long time. They are really helpful and try to get the parts that you need and if they don't have them they will order them for you. We came here to look for a car that was for sale and they helped me out. We were able to take it for a test drive and loved it.

I am sorry for my last statement, I was just foolish on my end and they did they best service to my vehicle and did help me out a lot. I'm so sorry for how I took things and how they transpired. I was just unsure about things and instead of asking about them I let my brain run a muck and start problems, they are very good at what they do and couldn't ask for better service or people to talk to about the problems. I wish I could take back what u said, they are great people and saved us money when it came to parts and labor, GREAT work!

I called B&R Auto Parts looking for an intake manifold for my mazda b2200, no salvage yard in el paso had any to pull parts off, I called them and I spoke with Terry he looked up to make sure they had the part in stock, and sent me pictures to make sure it was the right Intake manifold for my truck and it was! And it was at an awesome price as well and they were able to ship it to el paso for me as well,I'm not In Lubbock but go to B&R if you're looking for parts at a really good price! And ask for Terry he went above and beyond to help with the part I was looking for, let's just say they got a lifelong customer from el paso now!

I have called several places the past few months and everyone is always so quick to get you off the phone, I really can't remember the guys name but I know I will never call another place again, I will drive to Lubbock from Childress to get what I need, and if they don't have it I will wait for it. This guy took his time and explained several things to me, everyone else always makes it sound like they don't care if they earn your business, people buy from people they don't buy from the business, they return because of the way they are treated..
