I usually dread going to get an oil change because you never know if it’s gonna take 45 minutes or an hour and a half and how are you gonna be treated while you’re there but Rawlings is unbelievable. I took my fiancé‘s Nissan Marano there to get an oil change Guy had me pulled in handed him. The keys sat down for 10 minutes and he was done. I was like wow that’s the way it should be. Good attitude nice folks clean store. I’m gonna take my tundra there right next oil change no more dealership.
Took a car in for an oil change. It was leaking after so brought it back. They said the gasket was worn out so they said they replaced it. Months later, noticed oil was leaking and when my dad went to change the oil and try to figure out why it was leaking, THERE WAS NO GASKET AT ALL. Never going back here. Lesson learned–do it yourself!
Best customer service ever! State inspection in & out within 10 mins. It’s the little things that matter. Instead of handing off the key to me at the counter, I had this nice Technician (sorry, I didn’t catch his name) waiting by my car with the door opened :-) thank you!
Professional, considerate, and very helpful. The car I brought in is a piece.. but they gave me more assistance then I asked or paid for. I definitely will come back and will recommend this place to others.
The gentlemen working here are very nice. They answered my questions and made sure all my fluids were good to go when I only came for an oil change. Reasonably priced, quick and very respectful
I always do all my oil changes and car Inspections at this location, yet when its sorta busy the attention they give is minimal except for those few workers that actually pay attention when you're not attended to are the miracle personal.
Time for an inspection for my truck and an oil change. Kwik Kar has changed my oil and my inspections for the past 5 years. Love this place, please visit them if you are in the Rosenberg area you will not be disappointed.
Got oil changes at the kia dealership for two years until vouchers ran out. Went to Kwik Kar on 36 two weeks ago for an oil change. On my way to Colorado the engine shield ripped off because it was not attached properly. Also, there was a big oil stain on the shield. Now the oil plug( possibly oil pan) and the shield have to be replaced. Now I have to reroute my vacation and drive 3 hours to the nearest Kia dealer to hopefully fix my car. Thanks Kwik Kar. NEVER GO HERE.
Someone came out to meet me as soon as I drove up. (Tuesday, 11 am). I needed an inspection and oil change. I was back in my car in about 15 minutes. Best ever!
I came in pretty close to closing time on a Friday! And they were all very nice and still serviced my car for me. They communicate what the car needs and how much each thing will be. I also got my inspection-done and they were fantastic. I live in pecan grove but I will make the drive to come here. Good work everyone.
The staff here is wonderful. Been bringing out cars here since 2011. Highly recommend them. They also give very good recommendations for services that they don't offer. A+++++
Came for an oil change, but before thy did anything they explained what kind of oil I needed and how much it would cost. I didn't know that , it wasn't explained to me at the dealership a month earlier when I purchased the car. Even though I didn't use Kwik Kar, I appreciate the honesty and will definitely use them next time.
Went in to have an oil change completed and it took them close to 2 hours to complete. Several patrons arrived behind me and left before me. Staff was friendly but I will not be going back.
Then coming here for over a year very friendly comes out to car to check-in service very upfront and honest. Definitely the best lube oil change service in all of Richmond Rosenberg. Highly recommend won't take my truck anywhere else
They have people who can't even name a part much less repair it. When i went for an oil change , i noticed that my oil filter was the same . My car is a bit tough to change oil but they have all the materials so why didnt they change the oilfilter? makes me wonder if they even bother changing the oil itself.
We recently moved and I really dreaded having to find a new car care provider. I've done business with other Kwik Kar franchises in the past and decided to give this one a try. I've been back 3 times over the last month (for different services) and I'll go nowhere else. Ronald has helped me on two occasions. He's a great tech and clearly a good man.
I highly recommend this business without any hesitation.
This place does not have the skill to be charging $200 to detail a vehicle. I was first greeted with out a smile and a little bit of cockiness when I asked for my cargo trailer to be washed he then said it would be $65 for the hand wash on the outside and $150 to detail the inside. We're talking about a 6 by 12 cargo trailer with AC unit. Lol I've been to a lot of car washes in my day and I don't mind paying for quality. But these guys are not worried that I guarantee that. Save yourself some time and go to perfect touch right down the road. Be worn low quality cleaning in overcharging on pricing. Good luck
