I had a very disappointing experience with this auto shop. The service was slow, communication was poor, and I did not feel like my concerns were taken seriously. I was given unclear information about the work being done, and the final result did not meet expectations. On top of that, the pricing did not feel fair for the level of service provided, they charge me triple than the normal.
I would not recommend this shop and won’t be returning

I came across this shop 8 month ago couldn't find reliable auto shop for my honda, after moving to rochmond texas, I'm really blessed that this all people have help me a lot in my difficult time,they gave me best rates in town,now they have new technician and he one of kind,he is genius, they treat you well during your repair, and this is not some paid review.they have helped me save my tons of money but they are best in town,where other will rip you off,this people are best , I don't know why so much of negative review in the section which I don't belive that, services is 10/10 ,thanks will visit soon if any problem and this is my spot

Horrible experience super unprofessional the man knows nothing of what he’s talking about if you want your car messed up take it to this place they really good at that.
Horrendous service and downright unprofessional. They were unresponsive, rude, and showed no respect for my time. This place is a joke; I wouldn’t trust them with a toy car, let alone a real one. Avoid at all costs.
So I took my vehicle for small problems but then it turn out to a big problem then there mechanic mess up my vehicle more then then I had my vehicle towing to a different shop after the mechanic call me and tell he quite he can’t work there no more i like I not your boss but they don’t have no mechanic that know what there doing so I would go to Roy’s auto sale for all your repairs if you want it fix right. Bad service never again
