This man is the best, he is very friendly and helpful he will not fix anything until you ask him to. He will not give you the run around. He's straight forward. I will always use him. And his wife has always been very friendly and helpful.And if you bring your vehicle in early for something minor he'll do his best to get it done by that day .

Nicest guy in town! Brought my Ford expedition in for evaluation and he was honest enough to tell me they weren’t able to fix the problem but pointed me in the right direction. Will definitely be coming back

I can't say enought about how helpful, professional and knowledgeable Guy and his employees were. I brought my car in and within a few hours they reached out to me with the diagnosis. Took my car for - refrigerant leak issues. - brakes and rotors replacement - rear door locked and unable to be opened The quotes was too high to be repaired . For rear door unlocking he quoted $1200. That’s what triggered me. Anyway bought my car back without repair. Did some google and first thing I checked was fuse for rear door. It was missing in the slot. I replaced with right fuse and door was perfectly opened. $1200 lol. However, after 2-3 days my steering fluid started leaking (we don’t drive this car often) . I myself started looking into details and noted the STEEL braided high pressure hose was damaged . It’s very safe and strong hose and can’t be easily damaged. To me it appears- it was intentionally hit by sharp tool by someone at this garage. There was no need to access the steering fluid for my repair. For rotors and brakes the replacement quote was reasonable.

This guy is honest and dependable. Prices are reasonable and he knows his stuff!!! Keep up the great work that you do!!

Last time I had work done here, I left to go fill up my gas tank and gas started leaking out my tank straight onto my muffler. My car could have burst into flames I had not found out so quickly. I don't know if these are the same owners, but it was that goofy looking dude named Sammy, I'm sure he purposely poked a hole in my gas tank.

If you like an old school mechanic, this is the place. Guy knows what he is talking about and is very fair with pricing. My family has been coming here for years.

I was referred to Guy by my neighbor who's been in this neighborhood for years and had nothing but great experiences the couple of times that I have brought my car by now. Does it sometimes take a second because they're very busy? Yes. But I know it by now so I stay on top of it on the phone if I need my car, or wait patiently if I don't. Overall, they're very honest (One time, Guy offered not to charge me for the replacement labor if I brought in my own battery, which he did) and I trust that they know what they're doing. I have been to other mechanics that did not give me the same peace of mind and this is not a good feeling when driving your car on Houston highways.

Service beyond wonderful, everyone is so nice and Guy showed me what was replaced in my vehicle and explained what it does, how it worked. Will always take my vehicle to him for service. I give Guys Auto Repair millions of 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍's up

Recently had some major engine repair done. Had my car back for a little while now to see if all is well and it seems to be. Although the repairs were quite expensive, and I know it took a great deal of effort, Guy stayed within the lower side of the estimate. There's a reason he stays busy and it's obvious why. Great staff as well. Very appreciative.

Such a good guy! My girls car had a problem with the taillight not working and Guy fixed the wires, added more bulbs and his own fuses. Took about 30 minutes and he didn’t charge! My girl gave him $20 for lunch. Highly recommended

Reliable, honest repair shop. They will do only honest work and not out to rob you like other repair shops are. He is extremely busy for a good reason.

Guy has been my mechanic for over 15 years now. He provides exceptional services and the receptionist is a joy. She always greets you with a smile. Guy continues to take care of all the vehicles in our family. He is trustworthy and that goes a long way!

I took my car here, and he did a repair to my car that we did not agree too.He then proceeded to charge me $367 for the repair. After i questoned him about it, he says he is not taking my debit card and will only take cash. I left to get money and i come back and he says we are closed for lunch as i see him eating. He could tell we were about to have a different situation. So he got up and took my money. On the way back my car started leaking oil like crazy. Im am currently still trying to get fix behind his actions. He is very dishonest but will appear nice at first. Stay away....

Brought in my 97’ camaro to get my exhaust leak fixed. They were very friendly people but after about a year from my repair I went to sell my car after inspection learn that they removed our catalytic converter and just welded it back to a straight pipe. This caused my sell value of my car to be lowered. Beware when coming to this shop. Others might experience something different but this is mine.

Very unprofessional!!! Doesn’t have good customer service or manners. He yelled at me as I was asking to get my AC checked out and wait until he’s free. That was very rude of him. I would rate 0 if I could. No wonder why his estimates are free, he didn’t have the right equipment to run a diagnostic test and just looked at it and assumed the problem was a valve when the problem was electrical. NEVER CONTACTING THEM AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS THE ONLY PLACE LEFT .

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Called a week in advance to verify if my AC could be worked on. Guy seemed very nice over the phone so I came in next week 30 minutes before he opened as he told me to and I was greeted with very rude and disrespectful behavior from him as he was telling me that I need to wait in my car when I only greeted him and told him good morning and asked if it was the right place. He yelled at me and told me to throw my keys on the ground and go wait in my car. I eventually just left after he was done ranting. You may have a different experience but that was uncalled for. Would rate 0 stars if I could

Everyone is nice and respectful. I spent the day and them and even though they were very busy, they took time to help everyone. I found them to be honest, understanding and well priced. They do their best with honest opinions and diagnose’s. Thank you to Guy and all the employees for making my experience very pleasant.

Horrible! Do not take your car here. Especially if you are a woman. Guy yelled and hollard at me when I brought my car here and asked him to look at my broken A/C. He screamed at me and told me that there were other people that needed their cars worked on too and that he just didn't have time to stop what he was doing and look at my car! This yelling rant went on for several minutes. I was so shocked and stunned that I couldn't move. I actually stood there until he was finished yelling at me and then I turned around and left. I was absolutely appalled. So, ladies beware! Do not go here.

Took my CTS-V for first time to Guy's for a big coolant hose leak and spark plugs. I can say i have finally found a shop i can trust that's under 5miles from me.

Guy is amazing. Is so hard to find an honest person with an outstanding service. He goes out of his way to help in any way to make sure is the best service. I highly recommend him.

We always take or vehicles to Guys. He does great work all the people that work there are super nice. He will explain what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. I would absolutely recommend anyone to take their vehicle to him.

Wow, what a wonderful experience, this is a throwback in time when people had pride in what they did. It's nice to call a business like this on the telephone and have the owner answer the phone. My repair was completed nicely at a rate hundreds less than what a national firm quoted, and I found this entire experience to as positive as it gets. The owner is proud of the business he built, knows his stuff and is almost at capacity from repeat customers. I wasn't paid for this review, but let me tell you, from what I witnessed today, you can't go wrong with this establishment. Even the people who work their seem to enjoy what they are doing.

This is the place to take your vehicle if you want great service without the dealer pricing. I have known Guy for 30 years and it does things right. Go by and see him and let him show how a car repair place should be ran.

The man killed my transmission. I have been using guy for a year now. Did great work up until the 1/10/2017. I took my 2011 ford 150 crew cab, in to have the transmission serviced. Standard maintenance flush, just bought 12/31/2016 used with 147k miles on it. Everything ran smooth. Had the oil changed that same day in Sealy while coming back from the dealership were I bought it in Rockdale. Moving back to 1/10/2017 I brought in because I was feel a hit once a week as if something some slipping in the drive train. Turned out to be the drive shaft. I was initially going with a flush, Guy looked at the Trans fluid and said looked kinda off, might want to do a pan drop. He said he would be able to see the magnet if there was any trash in there. So I agreed. I told him to go and to the drive shaft grease, and the question of the day was changing out the diff, he felt was ok, but I pushed to have the fluids changed out, last oil change showed me a small piece metal attached to the magnet. So home I went, He said it would take 6 hours because he have to wait for the temp to lower to 60 degrees before servicing. Dropped off at 8am, picked it up around 530pm. I called before, he said pan looked great, ready for pick up. He failed to mention he fried the transmission. And that I should have it towed. My dad dropped me off, as I was coming in the other mechanic said that noise I mention had gotten louder, I was like what noise was that, All I had mentioned was the tapping in the motor, that happen to be the injectors normal noise I later found out. I was like ok, a bit not sure where he was coming from, brushed off. Went and paid got my keys and off I went to take my truck home. Started it, sounded like a bomb went off in my transmission, screaming at me. I turned it off and went to talk to guy. They then said he change out the trans fluid, and it did not move for 10min. they left it in gear until the pump primed itself, melted my trans in the process. I was so mad, I did not want to talk to him, I asked for a transmission shop, he said Camancho Transmission Services. So I tried to drive it there, my dad was gone and I had to drive it home. I did not have any funds to tow it, I had no idea how bad it actually was, it barely made it into first gear. I about cried all the way to the trans shop, about 2 miles away. I got there and he said let me check the level. It was 1 ½ quarts low. So he added fluid, see if the noise would stop. It did not. He said the only way to fix this issue is to rebuild the trans or replace it. I called guy. He said with all the issues I’ve had with this truck the trans was needing to be replace anyways. I don’t understand, it drove smooth with a hit feel once a week, I don’t know how that ends up into a full replacement. I had I towed to the ford dealership. On the 11th the next day. Had to push it out the bay, barely moved on its own. for the tow truck to grab it. After we got to the dealership the main mechanic at ford listen to it, said it sounded like air was getting into the torque converter. Thought Guy might have broken the filter, later that day they called said it was ruined. Pan was full of metal. Magnet was encased in shavings. I described what (guy) told me to the ford mechanic. The Mechanic said (guy) did not know what he was doing. Went in for a trans filter and fluid change, 4 days later and $5000.00 I have a new re-manufactured trans with a 5k hole in my pocket that guy will not refund.
