They were very helpful with their suggestions, had great communication, completed the project on time, and when we had a staffing issue, they went out of their way and picked up and dropped off the vehicle. Thank you for understand with my parents worries. The ceramic coating helps them tremendously during the rain to keep them safe. Preston even went above and beyond and gave them a free polish.
I just picked up my 2018 Kawasaki mule today and I had it wrapped with a Real Tree APX Illusion wrap and it looks absolutely GREAT! Preston and his team did an outstanding job with this project. The C-8 is next for some protection wrapping as soon as he has time. I definitely recommend Preston and The Empire Wrap for any of your projects!

I could not be happier with the entire process from when I received a quote until the work was completed. Preston and his team are incredible in so many ways. Their customer service, craftsmanship, attention to detail, you can tell they love what they do and they want the final result to look as great as you do. I had wanted the tuxedo wrap and on day of application I decided on the hood as well. I added a pretty large area last minute and they did not hesitate to still get it done. I also had ceramic coating added to my wrap to protect vinyl and increase life span. When I walked in and first saw it my mouth dropped open it looked better than I imagined. This place is a great business doing big things! If you are in the market for their services you cannot go wrong. I did not take perfect pictures but snapped a few, and it looks way better in person but this will give you an idea of their perfection. Some before and after.

1000% Recommend The Wrap Empire! When I got my grooming trailer wrapped,I asked the turn around time on getting it back and they got me in that same week and I got my trailer back in one day! Thank you for replying four years later. This is indeed a REAL review. I went to get my vehicle wrapped and unfortunately your customer service was so bad that I was unable and unwilling to do so. I actually remembered this incident because I drove over an hour and a half to attempt to get my vehicle serviced. unfortunately like I stated before, the customer service was so bad that it didn’t even happen. Hopefully now 4 years later you’ve improved. You definitely shouldn’t automatically dismiss a low rating and attempt to call it fraudulent just because you believe the person never went to your establishment. Do better… maybe your terrible customer service is still the same.
I can’t recommend Wrap Empire enough! Preston was my point of contact, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. He even stayed late to install some racing stripe hash marks on my Bronco, and the results are absolutely stunning. The attention to detail and level of professionalism were top-notch. I was referred to the Wrap Empire from Harris Dent and Detail, another 5 Star rated business in our area. These guys were stellar! They took their time to provide a level of quality that seems to be fading by alot of other companies. With the $ of auto paint jobs now out of reach, wraps are a WAY better option! I'm beyond pleased with their work as they brought some unique life back to my sons 4Runner. 5 Stars for sure!!!

The owners are skilled at their craft and professional. They do amazing work. We found them by searching the area for someone who could do custom wrapping and PPF (protection paint film) on our vehicle. Saw photos of their work on their website but was still a bit apprehensive. I always wanted red calipers so I decided to try them out with that first. After seeing the work they did and the care they took of my vehicle, we are more then confident to make them wrap our vehicle. Looking forward to that work and future custom work. Grade A service!
GREAT company! Have a dully and rocks were beating my rear fender flairs. Heard great things about Wrap Empire, so took vehicle in to have PPF over flares. Did a FANTASTIC job, and returned the same day with full 2 year warranty. Great work ethics, and end product. HIGHLY recommend!

I had came to this place because i seen good reviews. I drove about 50 mins for the same reason. Got my vehicle done it look good but it was dark. Waited to see the next morning it has bubbles, some are small, some are bigger. I think overall they did an okey job, just the bubbles before you leave double check everything!!

The experience was excellent and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend the wrap empire to anyone that is looking to get anything done to their car. That feeling when I saw my car finished was indescribable and I will definitely use them again for my next car project.
I used The Wrap Empire to get a commercial wrap on my truck. From the beginning with the design till it was wrapped Preston kept me informed every step of the way. The process was fast and the quality of the wrap has to be hands down the best in the Houston area if not all of Texas. Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them for any personal or commercial wrap you want. I also had my wrap ceramic coated by them witch protects it and makes it so much easier to clean, amazing work!

We asked for a chrome delete for my relative's Camry and got a discount because of the grand opening sales. I don't think the sales end yet so you can always ask for it. Even though this business specialize in high end luxury wraps for supercars and expensive cars like Merc, BMWs, Mclaren etc... the owner still takes regular cars and give it that luxury treatment. My sis Camry got a good wash and detailed with a clay bar lol. I'm gonna come back next time for a custom sakura design on my car.
I had my Silverado all chrome delete and they Did an incredible job very professional good price if you want a place where you can trust and rely on look no farther The wrap empire will get it done .
I was looking for a full wrap on my 17 mustang GT premium. Preston was able to help me find the correct choice of vinyl I should use. We decided to go with an Avery film which is a premium well known vinyl. He was able to get the job done within the estimated time he promised and I was given a two year warranty if there are any installation issues that occur. The wrap over exceeded my expectations and i will definitely return for more work in the future!
Preston what a great guy! He has done all my wrap projects great on my Ford Explorer vehicle. He’s very patient with his work. He makes sure all his work is finish before he absolutely sure he is done. He treats all vehicles like they are his. I’ll be back again for sure for more of my wrap projects. Had my 5.0 racing stripe covered with Avery Satin black and man this guy can lay some sharp lines. No issues what so ever with bubbling or peeling and while watching the install great attention was paid to detail. No use at all of clear-coat peeling primer, and he even performed a process new to me called "post heating" to make sure no edges peeled up. Would definitely recommend this start up shop. Great work, great owner
