I'm new to the area and have worked witj other surrounding Kia dealerships before....however, as a first-time visitor, i have to say that this was an amazing initial experience. Excellent customer service, very communicative throughout the day, and more timely than I assumed. I definitely appreciated the shuttle service and the car wash!! They can for sure have more of my business from here on out!!!

Went in for the 8000 mile service. Garcia was friendly and answered my questions. It took 1.5 hours to complete the service, it was longer than I had anticipated. The free car wash was disappointing…windshield and couple of other areas were still dirty. Overall, a decent experience.

I have been going to Shottenkirk KIA since 2021 and have never had anything less than exemplary service. They exhibit the highest professionalism, they're prompt, thorough, always friendly, and take the time to explain everything done. Jerry is usually my service advisor, and he recognizes me and greets me by name warmly every time I take my car in. The times I've been given a ride home, the driver is friendly, courteous, and safe, of course.

Horrible customer service. Terrible responsiveness. I literally called them to say I wanted to buy a car on their lot. NO interest in doing a deal. I was a cash buyer. Here's why I posted this - I called a salesperson in the morning and they said they would return my call after talking to their Sales Manager. Nothing. I tried to call the Sales Manager 3 times to an avail. I finally wrote to the New Car Sales Director in email and have not received a reply. I knew exactly what car I wanted and was ready to negotiate quickly and finalize the deal all within a matter of hours. Clearly, no interest. Not a squeak from anyone all day. I got more dialog from the chatbot that clearly no one pays attention to because the internet sales people didn't even reach out to me. And now I get a canned response asking to call them because of this review. I've been trying to do that all day. Why would I try tomorrow?????????

My service experience with Jerry was excellent—hands down the most thorough, friendly, and informative service advisor there. He even took care of a recall that the previous two reps had ignored. He quoted me two hours from the start, and it was pretty much spot on. I went in feeling skeptical after my last visit, where I waited three hours while my advisor went on lunch and didn’t even notify me that my car was ready. But Jerry completely changed that experience. He was awesome. Thank you, Jerry!

My Kia Soul started acting weird while on a road trip, so I had it towed to Shottenkirk Kia. Huge thanks to Jerry Garcia and Danny Wright in the Service Dept. for figuring out the problem and getting the new transmission installed in a very reasonable amount of time. Jerry and Danny were incredibly helpful and made everything hassle-free. I've worked at car dealerships in the past, and I was impressed with the level of customer service at Shottenkirk Kia. Highly recommend!

I had a stress free experience purchasing my Telluride. I was in and out within a couple of hours. Tim Davis was great! Tim listened to what I want and needed, and delivered. No hassle! So was the finance team, I believe one of their names was Floyd, but I could be mistaken, my apologies if so.

We had an excellent experience working with ALEX at the Kia dealership. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free for us. He took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What truly set Alex apart was his kindness and thoughtfulness. My wife is pregnant, and without us even asking, Alex went out of his way to provide sandwiches for her, which meant a lot to us. That level of care and consideration is rare and speaks volumes about his character. If you’re looking for someone who is not only great at what they do but also treats customers like family, Alex is the person to see. Highly recommend him and this dealership!

Jody Dale was a great salesman for us. The Telluride I wanted sold as we were in the showroom talking about it. So the sales team locked down the one I wanted and pulled from another dealership. Im a tough sale but their team came through! Jason in Finance was great too, explained everything and was not pushy at all with extras! Overall great experience.

My wife and I did research about the Kia. We were impressed. When we visited Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia we were treated with respect. We spent time with our salesman. He didn't pressure us. He helped us to consider which level of the telluride would meet our needs best. We purchased our new Telluride and have been totally pleased. We have used the service department since the purchase. It has been easy as they stand by their product.

I had a very pleasant buying experience from the first phone call to driving off the lot in my much needed new car. The video from Mike confirming my appointment was a nice touch. This may look like a small dealership but you all deliver world class service. Tim was the perfect salesman for me and had the patience and perseverance that made my car buying experience pleasant and satisfying. He went above and beyond what was expected and had a calm assurance that gained my trust and confidence. Archo greeted me warmly and reassured me I was in good hands and they will work to get me the best deal. Jason greeted me from Finance and assured me they were getting everything finalized and Floyd made the finance experience smooth and with ease. What a fabulous team and excellent dealership! You guys rock! Seriously!

Dropped my Kia off on a Tuesday for an engine replacement under warranty. Given a loaner car for the time being. 2 weeks later I get a phone call on a Friday around 1 saying my cars ready and I can pick it up, I confirm the price is $200 since I still have it under warranty (told me that it used up all my warranty which is weird because I bought the unlimited miles one 4 months ago…). Then around 1:45 they call me back and tell me “hey the mechanic just told me, “hey I forgot to tell you the battery is dead.”” So my price went from $200 to $560 as a new battery would be $360 with parts and labor. I said ok well that’s very suspicious how my price jumped so high over something that was (forgot to mention). I ask if I can just come back Monday as I didn’t just have $560 to spend so suddenly. They told me no the rental was due today and they can either replace the battery or jump the car to get me home. Took my car to Autozone prior to dropping it off with them for 2 weeks and had no battery issues. Someone must have left the lights on overnight and just lied saying “oh yea the battery died” like cmon… this is how we all lie to our boss…. Shop didn’t even try to test the battery as they gave me my car a 4 hour window to get the car and drop off the loaner. Wouldn’t come back because every time I leave I have another problem pop up soon after.

The service department here is an absolute hassle to deal with. I tried to schedule an appointment because my car is making a noise in the engine. When I described the sound, he said it was the “first time he ever heard of this” and was told that since my check engine light wasn’t on, I could wait four days for it to be looked at — at their convenience, not mine. I’ve also been waiting over two months for a call back regarding a warranty claim for a crack in my temperature control screen. I was told the claim would be submitted, but after calling back three times, I was told no update was ever made. On top of that, my rearview camera recall was supposedly repaired in March, but I’ve had to return three times to get a rattle in the hatch door fixed since then — and it’s still not right. To make things worse, when I called this morning to schedule my engine issue, I was told they are the “most available service department in the area.” I immediately called another location in Katy and was able to book an appointment the same morning with no problem. Every time I call, I feel like I’m an inconvenience to them rather than a customer. I do not recommend this service department — the lack of communication and follow-through is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’m not writing this review expecting a call or for them to try to “make it right,” because based on my experience, they probably won’t. I’m writing this to warn future customers — especially anyone who works and can’t just be at the service department’s leisure.

I saw a newly listed, used Mazda on their website and it was Jody Dale who met me and provided the test drive. During the drive he led me to a rough road to make sure I was satisfied with the ride and suspension - this was greatly appreciated by me. After reviewing the Carfax and inspecting the car, I decided to buy it on the spot. Jody had to make sure to get the car cleaned up, fluids topped off and fully gassed up for final pickup. When I arrived the next evening, I was very pleasantly surprised by the detailing they performed. From the exterior to the interior to the engine bay, the car looked absolutely brand new. I love my new, used car and will eagerly recommend others to Jody. He is great to work with.

Our experience with Shottenkirk Fort Bend Kia was extremely polarizing. We started off ready to give a 5-star review, but the final stage of the purchase completely ruined it. The Good: Exceptional Sales Experience, our salesman was fantastic. He was professional, listened to our needs, and made the entire browsing and negotiation process pleasant, transparent, and easy. He is a true asset to this dealership, and based on his service alone, we would recommend coming here. The Bad: Disrespectful and Coercive Finance Staff, the moment we encountered the finance office, the customer service vanished. The finance officer, was rude, disrespectful, and exhibited extremely poor manners. He would not make eye contact, rushing us through documents and making us feel like an inconvenience. The most shocking part was his attempt to force us into using their financing by flat-out stating, “We don’t accept outside financing.” We understand that utilizing outside financing may result in lower commission or profit for the finance department, but this is absolutely no reason to treat a customer badly or to use such aggressive, high-pressure tactics. As a long-time Texas resident, I know this claim is highly unusual and felt coercive. This behavior is unacceptable and needs immediate review by management. If you buy here, be prepared to have an excellent experience with the sales team, but stand firm in the finance office. Management needs to address the mannerisms and misleading statements coming from the finance department immediately.

I needed to trade my small truck for a full size crew cab. I dreaded the thought of the experience. I found what what I was looking for online and reached out to the dealership. I was prepared for a struggle. Eze Rojo called me and wow, what an awesome job! The vehicle was as offered. The deal went exactly as Eze had patiently explained. Completing the transaction was a breeze. If I was in the market another vehicle, I would not hesitate to do business with these folks again.

Amazing experience!!! Harrison helped my wife and I get our Showroom 2025 Kia K4, guided us the whole way through, and the staff had even stayed open hours later to help us! Their honesty, integrity, and hospitality made this experience super easy and flexible. Mickey runs a great operation there, and Debbie’s insurance help/explanation made this new car buyer feel more relaxed than stressed. Highly recommend this place! Top notch service. Ezequiel sales rep helped every step of the way and made the whole experience surprising pleasant. Ask for him! Luis in finance answered all my other additional questions. Robert was awesome. I’m glad I had both to help guide me through the process. They made it pleasant and enjoyable. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. Everyone smiled and said hi as soon as I walked in. They have coffee, tea, and water available for refreshments.
