Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs. After insurance/adjuster makes arrangements to have your car towed out of there, they stop answering calls and will deliberately send them to voicemail. Office is often vacant. They purposely will ignore releasing cars so that they continue to rack up fees in this poor excuse for a collision center. Sandra or whichever lady works in the office is rude and lies often. She will tell you one thing and proceed to do something else and will not be sorry about it. If your car gets towed here good luck getting it out.
My car was towed to this company because it was the company the police called after my accident. The husband, owner, told me that the company was reputable and asked me to use them for my body work repair. Since I was new to the area and not knowledgeable of collision centers, I agreed. However, they have failed to provide me a copy of the 4-wheel alignment service that they said they performed on my car after the body work was complete or warranty information. I have called several times; spoken to the wife who repeatedly tells me that she is going to email me the requested information, but she never does. Yesterday, I gave her my email to ensure she was sending it to the right email address; she said I would get it in two hours, but like all of the other telephone calls I haven't received the documentation. Hence, I have no proof the 4-wheel alignment service that was paid for was completed. Additionally, the husband told me that he has never had a dissatisfied customer during his 27 years of business, however, the reviews clearly denote I was told inaccurate information. Be cautious of the information. Also know that if their employees cause additional damage to your car, the owner will deny liability.
These people are the worst. I was in an accident and they towed my vehicle. Once the adjuster inspected the vehicle arrangements were made to have to vehicle transported to another collision facility with another tow company through Gieco but select would not answer their phone to arrange pick up. The adjuster then asked the owner to just drop the vehicle off at the designated repair facility and they did but did not leave the keys with the vehicle at the repair facility i have been trying for a week to get them to deliver the keys to no avail so the adjuster drove to the tow company to get the keys from them to deliver them to the repair facility. Horrible inconvenience for all parties and this company is terribly unprofessional. I hope no one gives them business.
Select Motor Works is a phenomenal shop! They are very professional and work with their customers to ensure a healthy and professional experience. Our car was slammed between a truck and a concrete median and state farm has been very reluctant to cover the damage on the right side of the vehicle because the extra damage would "total# the vehicle. State farm has been stressful and rude and the staff of Select Motorworks have done everything they can to help us out and we are very grateful!
I have had this place restore and paint 4 of my cars all of witch came out like a million bucks. I will definitely be bringing more of my hot rods to them as all of them are smooth as glass.
This company deserves 0 stars. Do NOT use them. They basically sweet talk you into towing your car to their lot and say they will deal with insurance directly. Instead, they basically hi-jack your car, charge the insurance company tons of money (which insurance company rejects to pay), and then avoid your phone calls to resolve the issue.
Sandra who is the manager goes above and beyond to help her clients. She was always available to answer any questions. She even handled the insurance company and the rental company when my insurance company dropped the ball big time. If you want to treated right and also get your car put back to perfect come here.
I wish I could give them zero stars, even better below zero. They are rude ( especially the person answering the phone, she hang up on me, wouldn't answer my husband's phone calls, wouldn't answer mine after hanging up on me. She was trying to give us a hard time picking up our car with our insurance's company tow truck. Luckily, they released the car to him. We actually had talked to the Fort Bend's sheriff's office and they told us they would send a constable with us to get our car if they kept being shady.

These people are the biggest crooks I've experienced!! My husband was in an accident and their driver was the first one on the scene. He was very talkative, seeming as though he was being helpful. He kept trying to sell us on doing the repairs at their facility, however we only deal with the dealership when it comes to our cars so we asked them to tow it the dealership. Once the car was hooked he told us that he couldn't take the car to the dealership that the insurance company would have to come and get the car from their facility. The insurance company wen to pick our car up and now they're refusing to release it claiming we agreed to do the repairs there. So, to release the car they're requiring we pay a tear down fee and of course the storage fees are piling up until we pay it! CROOKS! Thank God we retained an attorney the day after the accident. We will be seeking legal action against these crooks!!!
The owner and his wife are the worst type of people in the whole county. They never have or will ever care about what they do. They act like they are gods and better than every one else and above the law. Stay away from these people, these are the kind of people that the bible warns you about.
These people are a joje they treat you nice so you can fix your car with them but if you don't they give you a hard time and their rates are crazy,my ,my adjustor said this is the 1st place where he has problems with

This place is the worst place in all fortbend area ,bad service the workers do not know how to do the job well but what if they know how to do and charge insurance and do very bad jobs, they replace the parts of your car with parts of poor quality , They supposedly fix all the problems that have the cars when they have an accident but it is a lie then you realize that they did not change the parts they are really some hustlers disguised as service wrecler and body shop they think the best of rosenberg but they are not good for anything , I do not recommend it to anyone who has a car accident and if you already have your car there they have good luck I wish I can put a -5 star but only can 1 star

I was recently in a wreck on a Sunday that the great folks from Select Motor Werks responded to. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They called the owner's wife and she came to open up the building for me (and my dog!) so we could complete all the necessary paperwork, which was really important since I live in Austin and was in my wreck when I was down south of Houston when visiting family. Basically, these guys seem like honest, caring, down-to-earth folks who enjoy serving their community. I highly recommend them!
First of all I told the tow driver where I wanted my car to go he said he had to take it to the shop because how were they going to get paid for the towing. I understand the tow fee of 250 but I was charged 45 storage fee, I signed a release form for my car to go somewhere else, it was not even an hour after it was brought there. Knowing the other company was going to come pick it up that day they still put it in storage. On top of that a 375 charge for admin fees really what did you do for those admin fees. No one charges that much and they are not supposed to unless they for for the county. They gave hell releasing my car and tried to keep it overnight to rack up more fees. I would not recommend this company to no body. 0 stars for poor service ( it would not let me post with no stars selected) not to mention the person who answers the phone I waited 3 hours for her to call me back just to pull my file and explain the charges to me. She couldn't even explain to me what the admin fees were specifically for. She was very rude. My total bill came out to around 679. My insurance already said they are charging for things they were not supposed to.. I'm very disappointed. They need to look more in to the regulations from the Texas department of licensing and regulations. I will be contact a attorneys generals office to see what can be done about this
