Dropped off a trailer Friday for a simple bent jack to be straightened or replaced, went back today Wednesday and nothing had been done! About a 1 hour job! Picked it up and went to a friend that bent it back and rewelded it in less than an hour. Discount charges $165 per hour, I got it done for under $100. Check prices before using them! Thanks for wasting my time!
I had my Retrax bed cover installed several years ago in the Dallas area. It had started to not shut properly and letting water in. I took it in to Discount Hitch in Rosenberg. I brought my truck in with electrical problem. It was not working on my boat trailer. However, other trucks would work on my boat trailer so we thought it was my truck we replaced the plug. They tested with the tester. Everything worked fine. Got it back home didn’t work brought it back again. They found a fuse issue which I know was a problem because my turn signals were having issues. Brought it home hooked it up still didn’t work. Send him a video what was going on they called me back after hours and on the phone walked me through how to fix it, and I found a broken ground wire. Nobody had salt on my boat. It was never my truck. These guys went above and beyond and will always get my business

My husband had issues with the retracting running boards on his truck which were on the truck when we bought it. We took the truck to Discount Hitch in Rosenberg. Nick and Pedro both worked with us in diagnosing the issue. We were so impressed with the quick, friendly service that we inquired about the bed covers we saw in the showroom. Nick worked up the cost on what we needed right then and there. We were so impressed again that we had him do the order. This is our third vehicle to have accessorized at this location, and I can assure you that we are life long customers. Nick makes you feel like a valued family member in his home and truthfully answers any questions or concerns you may have. It is so refreshing to have someone treat you like you are valuable!

I had AMP steps installed by Discount Trailer and Hitch through the dealership after purchasing a new vehicle.The installation was unprofessional—wiring was left crimped and wrapped with electrical tape. The lights continued to fall from the vehicle due to a small piece of double sided tape was used. I contacted the dealer who reached out to Discount and ask if I could bring the vehicle in. I came in and was greeting by an employee who was aware of the situation. I asked if they would use heat shrink and solider the wire so I didn’t run into issues with water under the vehicle I was told they could heat shrink it but they won’t solider it. I felt like I was an inconvenience for wanting it installed the right way.
While waiting another customer came in complaining about his steps not working. I have zero confidence in this shop and wonder how this dealership would allow this company to continue to do aftermarket upgrades.
Save yourself the hassle and take your business somewhere that stands behind their work. They seem to have forgotten the quality over quantity rule.
We had a bed rug, two swing tool boxes, and a Bak Flip bed cover installed on our F250. Pedro was very helpful on the phone beforehand and at the store. They were installed well and in a timely manner.

Originally I called the Houston branch & was told that they had the Hitch in stock & I could come by whenever I was ready & get it installed. I showed up & waited in line packed full of customers that took 40 minutes before I was spoken too. BTW: that line consisted of only TWO “2” people…..
I finally speak to the Clerk that I spoke with on the phone, seemed confused & preoccupied. As a result he actually didn’t have the hitch he stayed he did. Gave me a price that was $100+ more than the 1st Hitch..So I drove to Rosenberg & this shop was a 180° from the Houston shop! From the time I pulled up into The driveway to the time I left with a new hitch was about 20 minutes!!! INCREDIBLE!!! This team was on top of their game. Professionals + VERY Personable,

Our salesman from Gillman Jeep highly recommend Nick from Discount Hitch to get out Jeep ready to be flat towed with our motorhome and to put a receiver on the back for trailer towing with the Jeep. Chris the technician was excellent and highly professional. He took the necessary time and did an excellent job. The look on the front tow bar is almost unseen and precious! He even made sure the factory splash guard was not impaired and we can't even see where it was made to fit from the original factory. Nick was very professional in the sales side and was extremely helpful to our needs for setting up our brand new Jeep for towing from both ends! They are a very clean and an organized store, with lots of new remodeling and the store looks awesome and inviting to stop and shop!! The shop is clean, and we had no issues in the whole process!! Nick was good to work with. So was the young man who fixed the trailer bearings "until I was happy". Fair price too. Drove from Katy past 2 other trailer repair shops I've used in the past & wasn't thrilled with.
Ordered side rails for my husband's truck (my short self practically needed a parachute to get down, so I consider this as essential purchase!). Staff was awesome. Installation was quick and done correctly.
I can't wait to come back for all the other non-essential add ons we want for the truck.
This place is awesome. I've had two hitch receiver installs done here. One was to fix what the dealership couldn't manage to fix for 14 months, but they fixed it in no time. This is a knowledgeable staff and I wont trust anyone else.
