I had a head gasket that blown on near and I we was over 700 miles from home and the names of the people that helped out a lot more than they should have a saw what we have went through for people that need the help like we did. The employees that should get a best employee star will go to Ian, Sean, Brian, and Stephanie that works at orally in Lexington South Carolina store number 2231. We where stranded for 3 day s on the highway and tried to drive the car to there store to get the part we needed, But was unable to make it. I had called the store to let them know that our car would not be able to make it there. So Brian went out of his way to get us to the store til our part can in. They all have been very helpful as we was unable to move for 4 days. I appreciate everything they have helped us with and showed us kindness and happiness. Please give the award for the best employees of the year. It is very hard to find friendly people where we are from Kentucky. Thanks alotbfrom what helping hand you gave and God bless you guys. Keep up the great work.

Bought windshield wiper replacements and upgraded headlights. Sean was very helpful and installed everything with a smile. He double checked the headlights so there would not be any problems.

I stopped by the store on Augusta Rd this morning to see about replacing a drivers side low beam light bulb. Brian had it replaced in less than 5 minutes. $20 for the bulb and free installation. Wow! Thank you!!!

I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing manager at this store,Stephanie. Every time I visit, the store is clean, well-organized, and running smoothly — and it’s clear that’s a direct reflection of their leadership. What really stands out is how involved and hands-on they are. I’ve seen them helping customers, supporting their staff, and making sure everyone feels welcome. They’re friendly, professional, and always handle situations with patience and care — even during busy times. You can tell the employees respect them, and that creates a great atmosphere for customers, too. It’s rare to come across someone who manages both a business and people so well. This store is lucky to have them, and as a customer, I truly appreciate the difference they make!

I walked in with a very warn welcome by Stephanie, she helped me purchase my battery and Alternator with a smile! The store was clean and neat. 20/10 would go back to visit again for help.

I bought two separate set of wipers in the span of about 15 minutes and had to return them both because they didn’t fit. One transaction for one set was returned, one was not, so I called up and asked them to see if it was returned on their side, and Stephanie on the phone was very nice and helpful, she told me to come in the next morning to get the refund and apologized. I show up today, 10/10 1 PM and am greeted by an older lady with grey hair. I explained the situation and she snarkely said “I’m not doing anything until my manager is here” Who had gone on lunch break, and I just got dental work and was not going to wait an hour for him to get back so I nicely explained how Stephanie said she left a note and the wipers that were returned are in their back inventory, and I had just gotten dental work done and wasn’t going to come back or wait for at least half an hour because my mouth is half numb and starting to hurt, then she rudely repeated that she wasn’t going to do anything without “knowing the repercussions” and I finally said “You’re a little rude” and she walked away. A very nice man came up and called his coworker very quickly, verified the mess up and returned my money within 3 minutes. I’m not sure why she had such a grudge with helping me, but I appreciate every other kind employee.

I really like O’Reilly’s. I usually go there first before going to the other part stores. They have a great, knowledgeable staff who are eager to serve you. They usually have what I need in stock. Two thumbs up!

Customer service is so shallow.Some of there associates have no idea what tools are in stocks and how to use them.Terrible need better training.

Rain was on the way for several days, and my wipers wouldn’t work. I stopped in to the only place I go for parts & accessories for my baby, my car!! I wasn’t surprised at how friendly, helpful, patient and thorough Thomas was, because everyone has always been so friendly at this location!! However, he went above & beyond. He not only helped me figure out the transmission was gone in my wipers, but he made sure we ordered what I needed, put on my new wipers, checked the lines & set me on my way with a big ole smile!! Now THAT is what I call excellent customer care, not service, because he cared! I will always send folks I know to this location!! The art of excellent customer care is top notch, and has been mastered at this location!! I want everyone I know to get the same treatment I received. Thanks Thomas!! Vroom vroom!!

Thomas went out of his way to call some auto shops to see who could install my alternator the quickest. The other guy (can't remember his name) went to Cayce to get the part and dropped it off at the auto shop. Very helpful and professional.

Worst customer service!!! I had called to get parts delivered to the store. (Steven) told me that it will be delivered at a specific time. My husband drove there to pick it up and for them to say they don't have it. Called back to ask why I didn't get a call letting me know that it wasn't delivered, the guy (Chris) that answered the phone was horrible. Had a smart attitude and seemed like he didn't care what so ever. Then tell me if he had to call every customer because the part wasn't delivered then he would be on the phone all day. A courtesy call would be great so the customer wouldn't have to drive all the way out there!!!

Very helpful in distinguishing which item I needed for my car and explaining the purpose and the cheapest route to go with a warranty. Very friendly service and knowledgeable about items in store and prices. :)

Nice helpful staff. Convenient location for me on my way home. Cashier even looked to see if there were any discounts I could apply to my purchase without me even asking.

I love this brand and this location particularly. Sure it's very convenient as far as location but it's my favorite. Usually the cheapest and ALWAYS the friendliest employees.

Usually enjoy shopping here, but Sunday June 30, around 1pm was not fun. There was an overweight late teens-early 20’s kid hanging around the desk on the computer and talking loudly to one of the employees. He looked as if he was just there to hang out. I don’t know if he was an off the clock employee or a friend of one of the employees. He was belching loudly and cursing loudly throughout my time in the store. As unkempt as this fat kid looked, you would think he would refrain from doing anything to make him look more disgusting. I left and went to a different auto parts store .25 miles away.

This is one of my favorite auto parts stores! I've been to the competitors (not gonna mention names lol) the staff here really takes pride in helping the customers and are actually knowledgeable about vehicles to further assist you! Hands down this will be the only auto part store i visit for now on!

Just left this location and they had 2 young guys working who were very knowledgeable and helpful. They make a great team. They seem to know each others strong points and they embrace them well. To these young men, Caleb and Cody, thanks for being great people with awesome personalities. I highly recommend this store. Great Job!!!!

The nicest guy in the world, named Michael, works here! He helped me check my tires and even gave me some very helpful tips on my Sequoia. Highly recommend going to O'Reilly's and ask for Michael!

Went with a friend looking for a replacement car battery. Brought a picture of the battery in. They said it was a 24r and they didn't have stock. We went to Sam's club and brought the battery in. A guy in the tire place walked by looked at it said that's a camera battery. You need this one. It had a instant rebate of $20. Got it for $85! It most definitely should have been in stock at O'REILLY'S.

One of the most Unhelpful auto parts stores I’ve ever been to. At least the one in Lexington, SC. I have tried on three different occasions to go in to attempt to get an auto part from them. The employees refused to acknowledge that I was in the store. They were much more concerned with putting up stock even after I made several attempts to get their attention. We have two other parts stores who are happy to do do business with me and I have no problems with them. I Don’t Go To O’Reilly anymore! Why waste my time?

Awesome staff all ways very helpful and polite, Help me find parts for my vehicle's even if they don't carry the parts. I don't go any we're else, Staff is awesome, no idea we're the negative reviews are from sounds like they have personal issues.

Was the first time in the store. I felt out of place. I went down an aisle looking for some brake bleeding screws and the manager was eyeing me like I was trying to steal something. He was following me behind the counter while I was going down an aisle way. He didn't have any kind of knowledge on helping me find my parts. Anyways, everyone experiences will be different. I don't want to take anything away from that store but it will be my first and last time there. I did find 2 out of the 3 items I needed. How could you not have any rtv silicone for glass??? I'll stick to Pepboys and Advance where they are more accustom to minority's. This is just my experience and opinion and everyone's will be different. You will have to go there and check it out for yourself.

Love this O'Reilly location. Great parking. Free oil recycling. Staff super knowledgeable and helpful. All the standard products you'd expect from an auto part store. Plus a crap tonne of cool cheapo gadgety products you'll buy at and around checkout area. Loaner tools on deck. FTW.
