The two gentlemen working tonight were super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me test my battery and replace it, without making me feel like a burden. We need more people like them in customer service (and in the world , to be honest)!!!

Very helpful. They couldn't check my battery due to equipment being out of order. They recommended I go to O'Reilly's down the road. Instead of just telling me no. I appreciate that.

Austin Smith was so helpful to me today! I went in looking for an oil filter not knowing what to get and he showed me!!! He was very respectful!!! Also went in For an oil cap and after I purchased it he put it on for me!!! Very nice and sweet young man!!

Outstanding Service from Seth! I had a battery issue with my car and stopped by this AutoZone, feeling a little overwhelmed. Seth went above and beyond to help me — not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring during a stressful moment. He explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and made sure I had what I needed before I left. You don’t always come across people who genuinely care, but Seth absolutely does. 5 Stars – Outstanding Service from Travis F. at AutoZone I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Travis F. He went above and beyond to help me install a stabilizer for my truck's battery. Travis was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He treated me with respect and made sure everything was installed correctly. Really need to have people that actually have some type of training other than maybe looking things on computer (good luck) or only knowing how to plug in an obd reader. Young guys who just shrug their shoulders and walk away might do better at McDonald's. Also, being the only place I've gone for every need, IF they have it, have not once benefitted from rewards. I'll definitely be going to another company from now on.

My front steer wheel hub went bad, I took it off. Bill said he had it for $164.00. Well, he lied to me!! They wanted $200.00!!! Went to Advance and got it for $170.00 What ticks me off is auto zone is 20 minutes from from me, Advance took me a extra hour a hour to get to them.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the AutoZone location in Red Bank, South Carolina (store location 6402). On a recent visit, I attempted to address an issue with a car battery that I purchased, which was under a 5-year warranty. However, despite the clear warranty terms, I was informed that the warranty would not be honored. I have always trusted AutoZone for my automotive needs, but this experience has left me feeling that I was not treated fairly or ethically. Warranties are an important aspect of customer service and product reliability, and I expected better support from a company with such a strong reputation. I kindly ask that you review this situation and provide me with an explanation as to why my warranty was not honored. I hope that this matter can be resolved and that future customers do not face similar challenges. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

This location is always 5 stars. I never have issues. The staff always helps. They don't try to up sell or recommend things you don't need just to make more money. Awesome store, highly recommend.

Gary was awesome!!!!! Everyone had such a positive attitude. I am a pretty basic girl when it comes to my car knowledge so it was such a blessing to have Gary be able to help me with my return and then come out and quickly swap out my broken bulb and make sure all my lights worked before pulling off. He didn’t make me feel stupid or like an inconvenience nor did he mansplan anything to me. Overall just a wonderful experience and will be back!

Went here to get some cabin filters for my vehicles, and some clutch fluid for my 2015 Honda. The service was ok but they must have been in the process of closing our there cash register. The person checking me out for the clutch fluid charged me the wrong price and I went to the register to correct it. Hopefully they'll properly provide better training for their employees. I wasn't happy with their service.

Manager Lily is very rude and acts extremely racist towards hispanics I've seen and experienced her being very rude and disrespectful.. I am extremely disappointed that they would let her get away with it... I also saw her completely ignore the line today just to go ahead and help someone she liked.

This is my go to place for car parts. Today though I had a dead lawn mower battery. The young man who helped me was very helpful and courteous. He helped me with my new battery, answered my questions and took the new battery and put it in my car. I have never had a bad experience here. I definitely recommend this location.

I didn't realize I was dealing with the manager of Advanced Auto whose name was David in Redbank... but he was so nice.. I called him earlier to get all the parts together that I needed and he made sure that happened... great staff... very pleasurable experience...I would highly recommend!

They changed the bulb in my front light for me, and didn’t ask any questions. The new manager at this location is here, is absolutely remarkable! Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is personable- that in itself is priceless!

I needed new windshield wipers before more rain today. I couldn't remember how to get them off my SUV. The employees were helpful a d quick to replace them and I was on my way in 5 mins. Great customer service - thank you!

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and I say this with absolute confidence. Buying 1 simple part turned into a 3 day 3 different trip multiple different employee inerraction fiasco due just to their abortion of an excuse they consider customer service or even just doing their JOB.

They're always helpful, when it's your turn. They'll spend as much time with you as needed answering all of your questions etc. before moving on to the next customer, which I love. If they would actually acknowledge their customers too it would really go a long way, at least for me it would. That's all it would take for me to rate them a solid 5 stars.

I went into this location yesterday and needed a car battery, the service was excellent - Tyler knew exactly what I was looking for and replaced it for me in the rain. I could tell that he might be feeling a bit under the weather, but his attitude and assistance was impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful experience. There is a reason that I drive past 2 other auto parts stores to come to you.

Employees don't speak to you and stare off into space. I waited 15 minutes for a simple return apparently a manager was needed. However I was never told this. I just watched the guy helping me walk around playing on his phone until someone else came up to me. Who also didn't speak until asking what card I needed it back on.
