Glad to have Bobs help on a very cold morning. His attention to detail on an antique Cadillac car was needed and appreciated to the most! Especially since it was 3 football fields long. Ive used Wingards towing on multiple vehicles from personal old vehicles and my kids cars along with our work employees at my company. Including at all times of the day or night I might mention over the years. Sure nice to be a customer of theirs. .
Very happy with our towing experience. Our driver Bob was amazing. Bob was quick to arrive and so kind. He patiently waited while our ride arrived to take my kids home while and I rode with him to lake Murray auto.

Even though my car had to get towed due to personal reasons Wingard Towing Service was very patient with me and helpful through it all though I really appreciate Mr. Bob he was very nice he communication was on point and he work me. If you need any towing service I recommend them and also ask for BOB I’m sure you’ll love him as much as I do

Wingard Towing provided great service! Bob arrived earlier than expected and was professional and pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. He had no problem waiting with us while we waited on our friend to pick us up, and Bob even offered to give us a ride to the shop as well. Would highly recommend!
My daughter had car trouble today and Bob saw her, pulled over to assist until we got there. He was excellent with our tow and we are thankful for all his help and excellent service with a teen that needed assistance. Wingard was a great service to use!
Wingard just saved the day by sending out Bob to take my very ill VW back home to Chesnee.

I had to get my truck towed this morning and it was a bit cold out. Called Wingard Towing and they had a guy out within 30 minutes to pick it up. Bob came out and was very fast, friendly, and courteous and let me ride in his warm truck. Bob was great at what he does and I couldn’t appreciate him more, definitely need more people like Bob in this world! Thank you!
Service was great! My Suburban was left overnight at a restaurant because I did not want to impact their business by having it towed during dinner hours. Called Wingard late in the evening and spoke with Greg. Very professional and said they would have someone call me in the morning, so we could tow my vehicle prior to the business opening. Received a call first thing in the morning and met Bob on site. He was amazing. Very professional and even helped me look at my vehicle…and diagnosed the problem! My steering was not connected as it should be after a service I had completed that same day. Not many technicians would do that. He took great care of loading and unloading my vehicle. We have used Wingard a few times when we have needed a tow, and they have always been prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend them. Thank you Bob!
Bob came out on a miserable rainy Tuesday morning to tow my truck when it had mechanical issues. Jolly attitude and pleasant especially under the circumstances. Man knows how to drive that tow truck. Thanks guys!
I usually don’t bother too much with reviews but I could not let this one go. If I could give this company zero stars I would. My car was towed from Burlington on sunset blvd to Wingard towing on sunset blvd approximately 1 mile away. I was charged $300 in order to receive my car. After speaking to management, he could have cared less about any situation that I was going through or even if I spent my last dime that I had for my child. This company is a complete rip off. Additional to that, I discovered that they had been rummaging through my car because items that were placed inside the car ended up in my trunk and vice versa. Additionally, the receptionist at the Augusta road location got irate with me like she got her car towed or something. As if something was affecting her. Additionally, they put on the tow report that I had been shoplifting which is defamation of character. I don’t have a record at all and I have never shoplifted. False allegations were made pertaining to the reason for towing.

It sucks, needing a tow. But meeting a really nice, professional driver like Chris, can make the event better. I watched home load my baby (F-350 dually) on his medium duty Kenworth, and I was very comfortable with the service I got. Definitely call them.
My car unfortunately decided it wanted to go on vacation at Lake Murray Dam today !! After waiting for an hour and half for an unmentioned towing company , I called Wingard and within 30 Min Chris showed up to tow my car !! Quick service, very courteous customer service by both dispatch and Chris. Thank you for saving me & my car!!! Will definitely have them on speed dial, but to be honest I hope I don’t need to call again.
Had issues with my work truck early in the morning and when they were able to get out to me in ten minutes. The driver Bob was able to get in my truck in under five minutes! Bob was very professional and was able to show me a few tricks with my truck to prevent this from happening again. Would highly recommend using Wingard Towing Service if you’re ever in a bind.
Again, I had to call Wingard Towing for assistance with our catering truck. Greg talked me through trying to jumpstart it with employees vehicles. That did not work. We were in the middle of the road and it was 10:30 pm. We were trying to load the truck with a lot of parts and pieces, hot boxes, etc., but the lift gate would not work with a dead battery. Greg had a tow truck to us in 15 minutes. The driver if the tow truck was successful in getting us started and even stayed 15 minutes to make sure we had no more problems. Picture is us trying to jump start with a staff member’s vehicle. Greg was helping us via telephone. He didn’t have to do this., but he did. I am a repeat customer because I highly recommend them. The first time (I left a review a few months ago) we called them a few months ago, we ended up not using them because the owner helped us over the telephone free of charge. He could have easily not offered verbal assistance and sent a tow truck just to make money.
The charge for the incident a couple months later, when they had to come help was very reasonable! I was expecting it to be a lot more. If you have the opportunity to pick a towing service, I would 100% call this company.
First incident was in Lexington. 2nd incident was in Columbia. Do not let distance steer you away from calling them.
First time using Wingard Towing. They came highly recommended. When I called to schedule a day/time to tow my vehicle to the dealership for repairs, they immediately put my mind at ease. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful. On the day they were to come to my house, Mike, was dispatched. He called beforehand, to let me know he was on the way. Mike was very knowledgeable, courteous, kind and professional. He is an asset to Wingard Towing. If I am ever in need of a towing service again, Wingard will be my go-to. Very pleased with everything!
