Always make sure you keep calculating your pounds of anything that you take because some of the guys be sneaky don’t be afraid to speak up go to the person that you have to go to do your complaint they will look through the computer or make everything be put back and best believe you will get the most money you can Get out of your scrapping day Because it’s not a easy job to be a scrapper and also work here it is an amazing place and they also friendly And they will make sure you get out of there with the amount of money you did with scrap you bring. They don’t play either even if it’s a sneaky worker he will get caught just don’t be afraid to speak up. This plays is amazing. I love it and love their service, and they always point on everything so whoever try to be sneaky either way gets caught

It's wild to see this scrapyard so "clean." And not to say that as a shot against the facility. I say this as a wild turn of events from coming here with my neighbor since the 90's. The piles used to be 2-3 stories high. Now, it's "open." Staff is on-point. Quick, and efficient. If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, back-up your truck, and get to it.

Thank you for the invitation, but I will never go to you again in my life and do not need his apology. I came with a one year old child and with my wife. Spent so much time there. Wasted time, nerves, rude, rude, pointed out where to carry, as if I were their loader. Then they generally said that they would not accept the metal and did not pay for it. There, as I understand it, only directors work who allow themselves to treat clients like this? Let him apologize to you, as you believe that this is normal treatment and it was impossible to serve properly, provide appropriate inventory or do your job. I am outraged by what is happening in this place. Arrived 20 minutes before closing. I came saying that I have aluminum and copper. They tell me well, put a whole van of 250 pounds of aluminum on the scales. After that they tell me that I have to wear this aluminum myself for about 25 fit a buck. I answer them why? Whenever they see that a large amount, they bring a dollar and load it there, then put it on the scales with an elevator, or they immediately bring a box and put it on the scales and load it, after which they remove it with an elevator. I am horrified by such service, they were rude and refused to accept. They say load back into the van, our work day is over. Never before today have I encountered such rudeness. I ask the management to take action against the employees. Nowhere is it written that I have to put the metal on the scales, and then also carry 25 feet to put it in a box. For the fact that I refused to do it, but asked me to move a dollar, they refused to buy and pay. I'm shocked with such a service, it's outrageous. I ask management to take action against employees who are arrogantly boorish in their work with customers. They spoiled the mood, as a result, I stood up to eight hours, although I laid out everything already at 6:50, and did not issue a check for payment.

Been doing business here for lots of years and at this point won't go anywhere else, staff is always been patient and helpful, I usually come in with a loaded grapple truck and have to separate everything 1 category at a time usually 4 times on and off the scale and always finished in a better mood then when I started. And to comment on the 1 or 2 star reviews,when they take time to address your issue and invite you back to make it right, but you still can't get over yourself, im going to lean way more towards your just a certified 🫏!

Go to this.scrap yard pretty often and all the guys there're friendly and knowledgeable. Even when it's busier they still take the time to assist you. The prices are good and yard is always pretty organized considering it is still a scrap yard. Thank you EMR Rhino you guys are awesome!

My husband and I go to this yard all the time and it's actually one of the best scrap yards we've been to. It's spacious and the scrap piles are usually very organized. The workers are friendly and helpful and, compared to the yards we used to go to, they have the best prices

It's OK. Sometimes. Depending on who's working cause some of them rip you off. You can't see ur totals till they hand u the slip and begin the next guy. 72lbs of stainless $0.89lb kitchen sink & a 1x6x36 clean plank. Says 51 lbs tare. Didn't realize the coating on a 5lb sink weighted over 50 lbs. But guess they know more than me.

Went here because it was the only place close and open on Sunday, way too picky and the guy operating the scale was trying to call stuff as die cast when it was clearly brass or copper and had heavy green oxidation which only happens on copper base metals. For the 22 lbs I brought in I made 19 bucks. The yard I usually go to is great. With similar items brought in the past I've made over 50 or 60 for that weight. Way way to picky for my liking. I really wish my other yard was open on Sundays as well.

I voiced my opinion before that they were being too picky and didn't pay as well as other yards in the area, but they listened to other customers and myself and have really turned it around. I haven't gone anywhere else in months. Top prices and they work with me on any issues I have. If you have any problems talk to the manager Chris because he definitely goes the extra mile to make rhino the place to take all your scrap!

I completely missed judged this magnificent yard. Everything I wrote was completely wrong, ignorant, and I was very arrogant... with that being said discard every single word that I wrote. I appreciate the fact that the owner acknowledged and took my review serious. So I figured I would get the yard another time to see if the information would be different for the experience would be different and it was… It was incredible. When I first got there you can wait on the scale they scan your ID they direct you where to go and they were absolutely polite and helpful Guide me to where I had to go. All the staff members generally wanted to help me unload my load. They did not want to tip nor except one. The manager approached me and asked was I Angela settle and I replied yes, he introduced himself, he first in for most sincerely apologize I'm behalf of his employees and explain to me how he had a I talk with all the employees on how to treat the customers with consideration and courtesy. The manager of EMR Rhino is a fantastic manager who should definitely get a pay raise and employee of the month this month because from now on every scrapper I know I will send them their business any permanently has my business . "THIS YARD HAS THE LOW OF THE LOEST WORST PRICES THIS YARD DISCRIMINATE AGAINST FEMALES THE SCALE NEEDS TO BE RECALIBRATED I KNOW ITS LONG BUT WORTH YOUR TIME TO READ IT Today was my first time going and the staff members treated me horrible . I go to other scrapyards I have been scrapping for quite some time they treated me because I was a female like I had no idea what I was talking about or doing. I asked a question "where do I go to put the cast-iron " and he cut me off " Let me order my lunch" and close the door on me when I was on the scale. So at this point he insults at me made me feel not welcome and like was a moron ... So I drove off the scale and he running after the car and said "where are you going" because he didn't give me directions or never took the weight of my vehicle .... I had a lot of nonferrous metals with me and very little light iron and only one cast iron sink. I figure since I already loaded up my vehicle with my metal and wasted the gas to get there that I would try it out ...IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I got screwed out of hundreds of dollars ... you should go to S.D. Richmond and Sons Also when I asked how much anything was worth per pound for instance bear bright copper he told me $2.00 after he already took it off the scale and would not give it back... I weigh at my metals every single time Before I go to any yard, my scale is accurate when I go to S.D Richmond scrapyard it is also accurate with them , I weighed 9 pounds on my scale it weighed 4 pounds on their scale(I had no buckets , it was tied together with bare bright so there should've been no deduction )The next time I asked while he was weighing my BX cable he told me to hold on he did not give me an answer, and took it away, I asked for it back again... do not I REPEAT DO NOT put your stuff on thier scale Unless you want them to take it and you will not get it back ."

The best junkyard. They have a large selection of cars(foreign, American,old, and new). Cars are easily accessible not stacked on top off each other or too close together. If you need a part go here first.

You are better off going to Sullivan's or Lombardo's The guy quoted me $2.60 for guy copper, $.40 for sheet aluminum and then paid out $2.50/copper $.30 aluminum after the scales. I know it's not even $2 but it is indicative of there honesty I'll never go back and I suggest you don't either. Never trust a place that won't let you see what they're doing on the computers that control the scales

Decent yard when you DONT have the guy with SHORT MAN SYNDROME working your scale. .. "CORE WINDINGS" DOES N.O.T exist at ANY yard outside of Philly.. straight rip off .. All it is is a way to scumbag you by paying you $1.00 -$1.25 less a pound for C.O.P.P.E.R 1/2.

I wanna give this place a GREAT REVIEW FOR a few reasons 1) the staff is always helpful and nice... 2) this is the only place open 7 days a week. and .. 3) no matter how busy or packed the place is they have enough guys on staff to get you in and out as quickly as possible... I have been dealing with EMR for over 5 years and used almost all of their sites, including the 6th Street one in Camden and I LOVE all of their staffs and prices! I have seen EMR Rhino when it was dirt, before they had the bailer, and now, the best looking concrete yard in the Philadelphia Area. I have never had a bad experience there and they provide me the best customer service that I can imagine! Without a doubt, EMR Rhino is my favorite yard for ALL of my light iron and nonferrous.
