This negligent outfit should be named Un-orthodox auto. They towed my trailer and destroyed the entire towing mechanism & I had to pay $265+ to get it back! It took 3 hours of my time. When I showed them the damage they told me that they were not going to pay for it! I was forced to tow a broken trailer placing myself and other people in danger. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ORTHODOX AUTO!
Sold me a 4v Marauder engine for $2200 paid $800 for installation. Mechanic told me the new engine had a bad headgasket which was causing it to over heat & blow white smoke. Called Orthodox & in a nutshell told me I caused the damage & refused to pay. Long story short avoid these snakes at all cost ‼️
Kevin at Orthodox was able to find a rear axle for my 2008 F350 quickly and for a fair price when no one else could. Thanks Kevin! M.H.
