While I have been told by others that the work this business does is supposed to be top notch, I cannot confirm or deny with my own experience.
What I can share is the experience I had when I attempted to become a new client. I was infomed that I would receive my estimate by the following Wednesday "at the latest".
That date came, and went, with no update. I attempted to call on multiple occasions, gave them an extra week to reply or send me any kind of communcation. When I was able to get through and speak to someone I was told a later date, and a later date still. To the point I was told I would receive a call back later that same day but even that never came.
Business must be booming and if so that is wonderful, but as far as my experience goes they are too busy for new clients and do not return phone calls or deliver estimates on promised dates.
As such when it comes to being a prospective new client I cannot recommend this shop and can only suggest looking elsewhere for somewhere else that has more availability and is able to keep their word.
Called and scheduled an appointment with Joe for a quote on some minor damage I had on my Toyota. They took pictures and told me they'd get back to me within a few days. I never got the quote and they never called me with an update. I even called them and left a voicemail asking about my estimate. I guess it was too small of a job, but some professionalism would have been nice. Some sort of response would have been the right thing to do. A referral, an explanation, something. I am sure their work is fine, but I would not recommend based on this experience.
Nick and Neil were extremely accommodating and friendly. They were able to get my car fixed while in a pinch within only a few days. The work and wash had my car looking brand new off the lot . I’d recommend their services to anyone in the area any day !
I was referred to Joe Vesci Auto by my mechanic. I was told Joe’s son, Nick, had a very good reputation in the area. From the monument I called the office, Nick and his guys have been professional and honest . They made me feel at ease and comfortable with the whole process. Very cocky and arrogant.. Waited over two weeks and never got the estimate I needed. Exact words were to go somewhere else if I don't like it. Started swearing at me when I told him that is not good customer service. What a waste of time. Would not recommend.
Great experience, knowledgeable and personable employees. Very happy with the work they’ve done. I’ve been going here for eight years and remote recommend it to everyone very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy which is hard to find these days.
They set the bar high! I was in need of someone to paint the hood of my car and they did an outstanding job. The paint job was spectacular and the service was excellent. These days it's hard to find good, quality work, but I found it here. Nick was great during the whole process. I highly recommend them and plan to go back for all of my future auto body needs. Great service and great work!
Great fellas, very genuine and honest work. Their shop is impeccable especially during times of COVID. They replaced a shattered window in my 75 Nova and it was done in a day, I got the car back that night. The window slides up and down on the tracks better than it did before.

It's hard to find someone/a business that takes pride in their craft and works hard to show that to every customer. Let alone being personable and communicating at the same time. Being in a trade job myself.... it's hard to find the individuals, and/or businesses that stand out. This is one of them. I brought my 04 Grand Cherokee in for work on the rear quarter after having someone back into me. Not only does the body work look flawless, the paint and blending is amazing as well. I would recommend these guys in less than a heartbeat. The saying goes... you get what you pay for.... but sometimes, you get more than what you pay for. Please do not second guess these gentleman.
