Great communication and customer service. Repair was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. They went above and beyond by providing updates on the process and status. They cleaned the entire.car and got all the dog hair out. They cleared my fogged headlights. True customer centered organization.
Crash Champions were great. Kept me updated how repairs were going & what was going to be done next. Car was repaired several days ahead of schedule. Was it was done they explained everything that was done-what I should do in the immediate future & if I had any problems. Car was immaculate when I got it back. Will recommend to anyone who needs their services. Appreciate all they did.

Overall decent experience. I was in an accident a few weeks back and usually bring it to these guys. They took the truck and repaired as promised. However, there were multiple observations which warranted my truck needing to be taken back. There was a protective film that had to be removed from the bumper. Not only was it removed from the bumper, it was also removed from the non damaged parts. In that process, they scratched and broke a panel below the headlight without communicating it to me in hopes I would not notice possibly. I had to take it back and the manager did acknowledge and they are rectifying the issue which was great service. There just needs to be better quality check over the job during the repair process.

Six months ago I was advised to go to this shop by my insurance company after an accident. I disclosed to them that there was damage done to my radiator due to the amount of fluid at the scene. The work was done quickly and Lauren communicated every step of the way. When I picked my car up the check engine light came on shortly after driving and my engine started to make a loud sound. I immediately took it back to the shop where they checked it out and came back and said “there was nothing wrong it, try driving it around and see if it goes away. Or I can take it to another shop they contract with.” That would be silly of me to continue with them. I took it elsewhere where they informed me that my radiator was indeed damaged, as well as, my bumper wasn’t properly installed and I was missing my bumper absorber. When I tried to call the shop the unprofessionalism and ignorance I received from the receptionist Amelia every time was astoundingly. She truly made this experience unbearable. As for the manager Sean, he wouldn’t take or return any of my calls and continued to point fingers at the other shop. I went through six months of a run around with this company trying to get my car properly handled. Thankfully I had pictures and invoices still saved and a fantastic insurance broker who would not let up on this. Six months and several headaches later they finally replaced the missing part and fixed my bumper. Which also still doesn’t look right. Nobody should have to fight this hard over an issue this shop created.
Lauren was the only professional and kind employee at this establishment and is the only reason this place will get a star.
I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
Crash Collisions was an approved repair shop through my insurance. They did a phenomenal job repairing my car when it was hit 2 separate times. I now use them for repairs, touch ups, aesthetics, on my car that I just want done, even out of pocket and again, amazing job. They go above and beyond from beginning to end and were beyond courteous.

Lauren was very personable, friendly, and really helpful in letting me know of a slight delay in painting. She was very reassuring since I had an upcoming business trip and I was concerned with being charged for not being able to return the rental on time but they were able to plan accordingly.

I highly recommend Crash Champions to anyone who needs their car fixed. I had a car accident and they were able to get my car fixed quickly and efficiently. The customer service was amazing, especially Lauren. Lauren is a legend, she is so so so nice and helpful. She was always available to answer my questions and kept us updated on the status of our car. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and I would definitely use Crash Champions again. Highly recommend.
Lesson learned.
People do not care about other people's problem seriously.
Inspect your car at least 30 minutes before taking it back.
Do not trust people.
1. Somebody hit my car and Geico sent me to this repair.
2. May 30th 4:48pm (they close at 5pm) My car was ready so I picked my car up.
I didn't have enough time to inspect since I didn't want to hold them up. I trusted them and I do not know much about cars. * Which was a big mistake.
3. May 30th 4:57pm I got home and my husband found multiple issues.
Chips and scratches on the side mirror, paint defect, 2 seal issues and poorly installed wheel cover.
I am attaching all the photos which are taken between 4:57pm~5:41pm the same day.
4. I called the repair right before they are closed. I talked to the office lady about the issues.
5. June 1st or the 2nd I went to the repair again and a mechanic checked all the issues.
6. Waited the parts to come.
7. July 5th 9:30am Visited again to drop my car.
I am told that they are going to fix one seal and the front wheel cover only.
8. I asked them to fix the side mirror, another seal and the paint also. But the manager (or whoever wears a black uniform) said I chipped the side mirror with my nail. Not sure if it is even possible.
9. Their QC photo is not close enough to show small details.
10. I asked the manager if he could go to my car to check again. He denied and yelled at me to leave his office. I denied. Insurance payed around $7000 to fix my car. I have right to get my car fixed.
11. Manager left to talk to Geico.
12. A mechanic came to me and he promised he would take care of all the issues. Thank you.
13. July 6th 8:00am I picked my car up.
14. Front wheel cover still doesn't fit perfectly but a mechanic explained that all the parts are OEM so it won't be perfect.
I am leaving couple starts for the mechanic who took responsibility in the end and the friendly office lady.
Mistakes can be made but it is your responsibility make it right.
Do not push your mistakes to a customer.

I went here to get minor damage (still very costly because of the headlight and calibration) that was done to my Mach E when a deer decided to walk into our lane on a highway.
The service was great and they kept me informed throughout the process even though it was Thanksgiving week. Every employee there was super nice and listened to my concerns.
They completed the work before the date they estimated, which I was thankful for since I did not like my rental.
I hope to not have to use them again, but I would definitely go back if I am in need of their services again.
Took my car to Crash Champions after it sustained some minor body damage that also required painting. I got an estimate first, and I also got an estimate from someone I knew and who was not affiliated with my insurance - both estimates practically identical. Crash Champions did a great job on the repair, and they returned my car cleaner to me (inside and out) than when I dropped it off. Communication was great and everyone I dealt with there was very nice. Very pleased. I have no reason to not recommend them.
This place has great customer service. The representatives are very knowledgeable and related to me and what I was going through after my car accident. Then when my tint got scraped during repair of my door the company paid for tint to get done over on the door that was repaired with no hassle. I had and overall great customer satisfaction. Absolutely amazing experience! Duke went over and beyond fixing my car. I have never had any body work done before, (hopefully I don’t need to again) but if I do I will most definitely always be a customer here! All of the Staff was so friendly, work is efficient and done in a timely matter, and all of that for such a reasonable price! The folks at Crash Champions were extremely professional and fast in their service of my vehicle. I required a repair after driving into/over some wreckage that blew directly into my car’s path.
They clearly communicated when I could bring the car in for repair and, once in for repair, they communicated every step of the way in regard to what was happening and the estimated time.
They exceeded the time frame originally given, getting my car back to me 1 week sooner. The work itself looks amazing! The service reps I worked with (Steph and Sean) were extremely courteous, polite, and professional.

Stephanie is a wonderful person. i was paying for my own rental during my car repair time. she did her best to minimize the time it took my car to get fixed.

John and his team were professional...my car was immediately taken in on drop off and worked on so in less than 3 days it was fixed and painted!
