I bought a trailer from this firm back in 2020, at the time of the purchase, everything seemed well and professional. Shorky after I started using the trailer for day to day operations, I noticed trailer developing cracks on the weld joints primarily around gate of the gate of the trailer.
Contacted Cargo Trailers and that’s when the finger pointing started, they told me it was a manufacturing issue and so forth, already being frustrated I started to notice other cracks, same thing, contacted them again and same old song and dance, manufactured issues.
Gave up trying to resolve this matter. Just recently the bracket that hold my spring in place, that weld broke!, had Cargo fixed and replaced damaged parts, during this process one of their service reps told me about many more cracks they found while repairing the trailer, advised me to consider getting rid of trailer or trade it in.
So, if this trailer is junk, why is it that their lot has many of these trailers for sale?, also I did take his advice on having one of their sales rep contact me about possibly trading this trailer in for a different trailer. Well that idea also did no go well, sales rep told me that after talking with service rep, this trailer had no value. Okay then! He did not seem
very eager to help me out, all he did was he sent me a link to their trailers available which I have no interest in since he was not very helpful at all!!
Nonetheless, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I drove all the way from Philadelphia to have my trailer repaired by Cargo Trailer Sales after a collision. It was well worth the 1-hour drive and dealing with I-76 traffic. The repair was done quickly, expertly, and at a good price. When the manufacturer failed to send a small part that was needed for the repair, the technician did not skip a beat. He fabricated a part that looks like OEM but just might be more durable than the actual OEM part. Also, since I was traveling from a fair distance, they did the work while I waited and worked from a nearby coffee shop. I would definitely recommend CTS for your trailer repair needs. They also have a good stock of trailers and trailer accessories for sale. I am considering an upgrade to my trailer after seeing their inventory...

Best place for maintenance for my trailer. Staff are super helpful and attentive. They really care about the customer. I drive a 25' gooseneck trailer and put a lot of miles and they're the ones I trust for maintenance.
Unsatisfactory. My trailer lights weren't working so I brought my trailer in to have issue fixed. Cargo trailer sales replaced parts that were not broken. When I went to pick up my trailer the running lights still didn't work. They told me it was a fuse. It was not the fuse. They sent me on my way in dangerous situation. Never going here again.

Bought a new dump trailer from here. As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted by the friendly staff. Amanda was great to work with and the process with the paperwork was super fast and easy. I needed to get a brake controller installed and they were able to fit me in the same day I was already there! Definitely go here if you’re looking for a new trailer or accessories.

We stopped in for an emergency repair. While they were not able to get us in for the repair, they were able to assess the issue and get us the best parts to take care of the repair ourselves. Recommendations were spot on. We completed the repair and were able to get back to work. And they only sold us what we needed, without high pressure sales. Just straight forward, common sense explanation s of what we needed to do and what we needed to do it. Great service and great staff!

After owning this ATC trailer for a year, it pulls well looks great and, it was easy to install my tracking so I can secure the different cargo I carry, for us this trailer was a good purchase.
On May 9, 2023 I purchased a new trailer to haul my UTV. My new trailer needed to be assembled and I was able to pick it up the following week on May 16, 2023. There were a few minor Issues but my Sales person Amanda and the rest of the Staff at Cargo Trailers took care of any Problems and Questions with ease and a minimum of time. I highly recommend them for all your cargo trailer need.
