I would not recommend this dealership. I bought a brand new car three years ago and every time inspection comes, there is an issue. The service department will give you an attitude and not provide accurate information. When Scott was there, things seemed better. Gina is great. But you shouldn’t have to go to a supervisor all the time. Make sure to keep tabs on all the services, they love calling things “the works” for an oil change. They’re expensive. Make sure there are warranties. I cannot wait to sell my vehicle. You will also get an email from main sales manager asking for you to sell your car back to them to make a new customer happy.

Andrew and DJ were great informative, but not pushy.Extremely thorough extremely courteous. Pricing was actually extremely competitive and under what oil changed places charged for the same service. Definitely a great place to go.

Bergey’s was responsive and friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate us. Patrick was great and so was Gina Grateful to have the repair behind us

Buying a new vehicle is stressful... especially if you're working with someone other than Dustin from Bergey's of Lansdale. He made the entire process feel "easy" for my husband and I this past weekend. He was honest, transparent, and professional. I bought a very cool used 23 Bronco Sport from Leon here at Bergeys Ford. He was great to me and my wife during the sale, and has continued to answer questions and be available to us in the time after. I just purchased my 2025 Expedition Max from Bergeys of Lansdale. I contacted online and made an appt. A salesperson named Bob, called in the morning to confirm I was coming and had the car up front running, ready to go for my test drive. I ended up test driving a few other vehicles at other dealerships but ended up contacting Bob and agreed on a deal. We made an appt when I would Come back to sign papers and be able to drive away with my new car. I sat down with Kevin (one of the business managers) and went over all of the paperwork that was printed and ready to go for me. Bob took the time to go over all of the features on the entire car making sure I knew everything about my new car! I am very happy with my experience and would recommend it to others.

I am helping my sister in law buy a used car, and am reviewing all of the dealerships we visit. Her first interaction with Noah was terrific. She told him that she was driving multiple cars at multiple dealerships to figure out what made the most sense for her and he was totally fine with it. Absolutely no pressure, and he was very accommodating.

The employees at the dealership were personable and honest, which was a positive experience considering some other recent interactions with other dealerships. The transaction was straightforward and we happily drove our vehicle home the same evening. Would definitely recommend Bergey’s over other local dealerships.

We purchased a certified preowned F150 and our experience from beginning to end was seamless and professional. Noah was very patient and informative and knew the trucks every spec and detail. Kevin and Tony closed the transaction and answered all of our questions on warranty. My wife had a difficult schedule to get to the dealership but the staff did everything they could to accommodate her including Noah staying late to allow her a test drive. I could not recommend with more enthusiasm!

I brought my car in for repairs due to bad weather nocking a basketball hoop onto my car. The car had a cracked windshield and the passenger-side front tire fender was badly dented and scratched. Bergey’s Collision Center’s was very easy to work with. They completely restored my car in just a week, and it looks good as new. I was very relieved because I wasn’t sure if the repair would have been noticeable but it looks perfect.

Its hard not to shop at Bergeys. We look at vehicles we are interested in, and once we find the one we want, we purchase it. Bergeys Dealerships has always treated us fairly with pricing, and always feel like we all got a fair deal. We dont shop anywhere else. This time we traded in my wife's 2021 Rubicon Wrangler for a new 2025 Ford Explorer.

The mechanic came to my house and verified the recall. He then ordered the part . A week later when the part came in he came back to my house and changed out the part and reprogrammed the computer. He was friendly and efficient. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Bergeys.

The guys at Bergey”s Lansdale are awesome very intimate and inviting setting.I just stopped in to take a look at a ford raptor 37 package.i was met by Leo who was amazing sale associate.I met both managers and discussed numbers,Also they gave me max amount for my trade those guys were great as well same with the finance manager not pushy at all.I was out there in maybe a hour because they were giving me a fabulous detail.
