My daughter’s battery died and AAA sent out a service man and determined her battery was dead and showed me. She has a Ford Escape and the battery placement is ridiculous so he informed me to go to Bob’s shop to have it replaced. The shop reminds me of an old school, been thru the ringer kind of place. The mechanic came out and immediately started working on it. He was done in 15 minutes or less, I paid the bill and tried to give him a tip but he refused saying “ pay it forward”. I will definitely use them again!!!

I forgot her name but she was quick and attentive with helping me get back into my car.

1.They showed up 10 min prior AAA estimate and within 40 min of me making a call. 2. When I showed up the driver already had my car hooked. He put his work jacket between winch cable and front bumper of my 370Z not to scratch it. 3. Great overall no BS vibe and attitude. In the world where employees demand emotional safe space and ready to unleash their toxic personality, these guys are great reminder of what a true "working class hero" looks like. They treat your stuff as their own and don't make you wait for half a day. Great job!

Bob's Auto Clinic responded to my AAA Battery Service & Replacement request. Bill arrived within 1 hour of the request. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement battery that he installed. Friendly, competent, efficient service. Thanks very much to Bob's Auto Clinic - very pleased!

I had to call AAA today to get a new battery and this is who they sent. The gentleman was super friendly and knew exactly what to do and I was on my way quickly!

Bobs towing is absolutely the best! The last two tows in recent years truly proved to me that they are a top knock team. John is an amazing guy. I really loved listening to him telling me about all the motorcycles he’s had in his life time. AAA should be proud to have this towing service working for them. Had flat tire today in montgomeryville pa. Called AAA and used the Virtual Assistant to get a tow. Provided details with they the link they sent and within 20 minutes the truck from Bob's Auto Clinic in Lansdale showed up. Bill was the driver, very sociable person and good at his job. Safely got my car on his flat bed and had the car at the dealership in 15 minutes. Thanks Bill and hope your wife and granddaughter enjoyed their movie.

Very honest mechanics, and then there is Bob!. They treat you like family. Bobs mechanics and tow truck drivers are very polite. They only fix what you need done at that at time. They don't try to "upsell" you on things you don't need right away. Been using Bobs Auto Clinic since I moved to Lansdale 27 years ago!

You walk into bob's and it's not one of these flashy mechanic places with tires on display designed to upsell you on stuff you don't need. You walk into bob's and you know that everything this place is about is fixing cars. I got my car dropped off at Bob's after the battery died. They were able to replace the battery and inspect the car for under 200 bucks. Also, I later brought them the car in due to an issue with the temperature sensor not working and they diagnosed and replaced it also under 200 bucks. Both visits, the car was done the same day. Considering the last battery i had was put in by a place up the street, and it cost nearly $450, I'll be choosing bob's from now on.

I wanted to thank the young woman that was sent out to help when I ran out of gas! Called via AAA and the young woman that came to help was very nice and helpful, and even wiped up some gas that dripped on the car. She was super professional!!!!

I just wanted to personally thank Jeff. He is probably one of the most genuine and kindest men I have ever met to date. He was unfortunately unable to help me as the issue with my car wasn't what I thought it was. I was crying and upset and Jeff went out of his way. He quietly went and got me a chocolate bar and gave me some consoling advice. He really didn't have to do that, someone give that man a raise. My AAA ticket was dispatched to bobs. Waited over 3 hours, was told at one point driver was wrapping up a tow and then would be over shortly. After an hour, I called back and was told wait was another 2+ hours.

I had to call AAA because of a flat tire and they sent Heather out from Bob's Auto Clinic. She arrived less than a half an hour later and not only did she quickly change the tire but just as importantly, she was friendly personable, and professional. Thanks Heather.

I had blown a tire driving on 476 the day after Christmas and after making a few calls and feeling a little defeated, a nice gentleman pulled over in a bob’s tow truck to make sure I was okay and helped me swap out my tire to my donut. He had no idea I had just pulled over about ten mins prior and just got off the phone, he showed up at the right place at the right time he was literally my knight in shining yellow vest. I felt bad I couldn’t tip him more money but I hope that man gets everything he wants and needs out of life and more.

I had to call AAA to have my car towed to Easton where i purchased it. Jason M was my driver and he was great! Arrived quickly, very friendly and i felt at ease the entire time. Was like riding up there with a friend. Would highly recommend these guys if you ever need anything car or AAA related!

My battery died so called up AAA and Rick from Bobs Auto Clinic came and saved my car! Not only was he friendly and efficient, he was the only person from AAA to ever inspect my actual Volvo battery in the back trunk, not just charging under the hood, and diagnosed the wrong battery had been installed from another shop 18 months ago. This was an issue two different mechanics failed to notice and I’ve been really concerned about how often my battery dies, and Rick was able to fix it in about 20 minutes! Thank you for understanding my car better than the Volvo dealership!!

AAA dispatched a vehicle from Bob's, when my car would not start in a local parking garage, as I discovered when I came home from work. The driver arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed a battery problem (based on the age of the battery), and I was on my way within an hour. I truly appreciated not only the prompt response - I had a major work obligation later in the day - but also efficiency of Bob's staff, in finding my vehicle in the garage (rather than on an easily identifiable street)

I'll definitely give this shop the highest rating I could. I called AAA for a tow service a couple times these days. Each time it was Bob's who sent trucks to help me. The thing I like the best is the wait time being extremely short. They all came very on time which was very important. All the drivers I encountered were very nice guys, professional and helpful. Very well done, Bob's!

I came out to a dead battery the other morning and called AAA. Nicole from Bob’s Auto was there in 15 minutes, and left 25 minutes later after replacing my battery. She took the old one away, and I got a 6 year warranty. Couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. Great job everyone.

We needed to get towed and Bob's came out via our AAA Roadside Assistance. Two stars rather than one because someone from the shop called and confirmed our driver was on the way, which was reassuring as we were in a tough situation. The driver arrived and immediately had an attitude and was sarcastic and disrespectful to me when I asked about details about our towing situation and destination. I'm sure a tow truck driver deals with upset people all the time (unexpectedly needing to be towed is quite stressful), but as upsetting as the situation was, I showed the driver (whose name I won't mention) respect and did not deserve his attitude. If you're reading this after calling AAA, call them back and request a different company (I didn't know that was an option until after we were out of the situation). I'm sure you'll find more support without the attitude elsewhere.

Bob's is a great place. Always Honest and does a great job taking care of your car. I have been using Bob's for all 3 of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Price is cheap on some work and some are fairly priced. Thanks for the all the hard work.

We called AAA for a tow on a exotic car on Wednesday evening. After companies refusing to tow this car AAA was able to get Bobs Auto clinic to do the tow. We had Bill as our tow guy. This guy was amazing he stuck with the job and wasn't going to give up. Had he given up the car would have been either stolen or pieced out by the drug addicts. Bill has the biggest heart and understands life, and what people are going through. I had never even heard of this company before but now they have any business I can give them. I am also going to be telling everyone I know how great Bill at Bobs Auto clinic is. Being a hairdresser I talk to a lot of people. Bill you were a god sent and we all appreciate how hard and how determined you are. You have clients for life when we call AAA we are going to request Bobs Auto Clinic. Great service! I needed a towing really late at night in the cold and most places were closed. Finally called these guys and a guy named John came picked me up. Waiting time was very accurate and the price they quoted was very fair. First 5 miles $70 flat + $4/mile. The guy was super friendly no nonsense and straight forward. Highly recommended.
