My wife stopped by unscheduled on a recent Friday evening when her tire light went on. Jim hartnett greeted her and promptly checked the air pressure and added the necessary air as the temperature shift made all 4 tires require air.

I was very satisfied with the service in this location. I had an emergency and came in without an appointment. Aram was very kind and took care of my car quickly

I stop for exhaust pipe replacement estimates. The guys was serving me, wanted to take a look first before giving me estimates. After 30 minute later he shows me with complete inspection and recommendation 6 more job need to be done. That extremely disappointing me also he charged $11 for inspection which is totally unexpected. I will never go this place again also not recommend nobody to go there.

I took my wife's car to this place and they broke two lug nuts off the same wheel. They then tried to "fix it for two hours" as I waited. They then could not get a replacement part since it was already an hour past closing time. They then told me I could drive home with only three lug nuts on the tire. I then took it to a toyota dealership. All the lug nuts they put on were way over tight and they could not believe they let me drive home! The workers were nice but I am never going back.

Had appointment for 10am, simple oil change. Over 1 hour later finally finished and was over $100.

Want to recognize Evan for the way he handled and kept me informed on the status of the repairs that were needed. The necessary repairs were explained so I understood what needed to be done. An excellent example of first class customer service. George Halvorsen

When this place first opened, easily 5 stars. Not anymore. I've been taking my vehicle and my wife's vehicle here for years for routine alignments. Lately, customer service has been rock bottom and now, I am having major trust issues with them after my most recent service (lack of) last Saturday. I brought my vehicle in for drop off service (alignment) at 11:00AM. Come 5:00, I hear nothing of a status update so I give them a call (They close at 6:00). Front desk guy says he's not sure so let him find out and he'll call me back in a few minutes. I hear nothing back for over 40 mins so I decided to head over there at 5:50 as they closed at 6:00. Walk in and asked for a status update. Again, he asked for a few minutes to check on the status. I see him walking around on the phone. 20 mins later, he says he was on the phone with the tech looking for my keys as it was randomly placed somewhere. Finally finds it. Then I asked if my alignment was done. He says he's not sure but the tech on the phone said it was done. Then I asked for my alignment readout which I have ALWAYS gotten. He said it must not have been printed out but the alignment was done. Funny how just a minute ago, he said he wasn't sure and relied on the tech's answer. Now that I start asking questions, he's certain. I go out to my vehicle and noticed it was parked in the same spot I left it. Got into my car and noticed my steering wheel AND my wheel lock was in the exact same position I deliberately set them. Final confirmation, I checked my dash cam footage as things were not adding up. It has footage of me dropping my car off and then the next footage was me picking up my car. My car sat in that spot the ENTIRE day without being serviced and then they got the audacity to assure me service was done. AND if that wasn't infuriating enough, I booked another appointment for the next morning to follow up. It wasn't confirmed (fair enough) so I stopped by in person to present my issue to a different front desk guy. After hearing all of this, his only response was "I wasn't here yesterday so..." and shrugs me off. I get it, if the shop was overbooked and they couldn't get to my car, it happens. That was your first chance to own up to it and diffuse the issue versus the route your business took to lie to my face about it. 2nd chance was when I came in the next day to try to resolve the issue and was shrugged off. Just like that, you flipped a huge promoter of your business to a detractor.

Booked an oil change appt online Friday night for 11am Saturday morning. I called Saturday morning to confirm since I hadn’t heard anything, they agreed and said to bring over my vehicle. Dropped off around 9:30am, still hadn’t heard anything by 4:30pm. So I called and waited on hold for 15 minutes. The service provider said it would be ready shortly but I never got another call. Called Sunday morning and no answer. Went over and picked up my vehicle with my spare key and saw nothing had been done. Never received a call Monday or Tuesday. Stopped Tuesday night for my key and the guy told me he had called me multiple times to which I confirmed my number with him and showed him that no one reached out. Don’t confirm an appt if you can’t do it.

JIM WAS THE BEST!!!!!!!! He took his time to find me coupons to get money off my tire replacement and got me 20% off! Such a nice and helpful guy

I will not being doing to this location again. I make an appointment for an inspection at 8am on Saturday. At 7:45am I went to drop off my key, no one was in the store despite them opening at 7 am. I received an invoice at 12pm, thinking my car was done i went to go pick it up. It was not done-fine. I was told it would be ready by closing at 6pm. No one called updating me on the status of my car. I called multiple times sunday morning and was not able to get ahold of anyone in the store. I went to pick up my car a 12pm, it was not seen at all in the 28 hours it was at the store. Do not take your car to this location if you want service in a timely manner.

While the employees were nice, my wife's car sat untouched for 2 full days before anyone even looked it over. By that time we really needed the car back and I said to just skip the fix and give it back so we could take it somewhere else. Still got charged $120 for the "service", though the guy was nice and gave us a discount. Never coming back here.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at this location (Firestone, Forty Foot Rd.). Evan was great and gave me good advice for maintenance tips For my Toyota Highlander.

The customer service at Firestone Complete auto care in lansdale PA is why I go there they have a wall of tires and explain this tire from that tire and what and what you need for your specific auto. The work was done was done in a professional quick manner

Im still waiting for the Manager to call me back . We took my cars for an alignment and we had 2 nails in our tires . The same type of nail in our cars . I dropped off my cars Tuesday and Wednesday . We paid $300 for alignment and end it up with nails in our tires . I had to fix the flat tires of course and went back to speak with the Manager about this issue and never call me back . Bad really bad service .

Great service. Saw us first thing in the morning with a flat tire. Evan was super helpful and got us set with two replacement tires to be back on the road in just over an hour.

Great place to come for all your service I had a slow leak tire I was seen right away short wait time Steve was great showed me the nail and fixed it amd my whole day wasn't lost. James was great to 👍

Jim was amazing and went above and beyond for the customers. Can’t say the same for the other gentleman working there who was rude and in a rush to get home and probably play video games. If it wasn’t for Jim, I wouldn’t go back. Kudos to him for being pleasant, helpful, and wanting the best for the customer

On July 30th I had taken my car into my dealer for annual inspection and it failed due to a tire issue. They told have the tire issue fixed and come back for reinspection. I called about made an appointment for a new tire and Jim suggested I bring it in so he could look at it. So I brought it in the next day and he said the split was so bad that I should not drive it. I left the car and picked it up the next day. I was told by my friends that I should be very grateful that Jim was so kind and honest with me. Great Services , I will not go anywhere else 👏👍❤️

Hank saved our vacation! We were traveling to the beach when my wheels became loose on the highway. We pulled into the closest tire shop which happened to be Firestone and they took us in immediately. Hank had no issue tightening the bolts quickly and making sure everything was good before we pulled off. We are so thankful for him, he was very kind and knowledgeable!

Allen is the awesome! He provided great customer service and really was the light of my day! I’m also so grateful for Steven! He took me in right before closing when I had a tire emergency off the interstate. He is so kind and did not make me feel like an inconvenience during a time of need.

ALAN is absolutely amazing! My children and I stopped by his store and he dropped everything he was doing to help us. He was very polite and professional. I am so grateful and will refer all of my friends and family to Firestone! Thank you again Alan!!!

DO NOT go to this Firestone on 40 Ft Road. I highly recommend the one by 309 and the mall instead—those guys are great. But the crew at this location is completely unprofessional and careless. I made an appointment to have two wheels and two tires mounted and balanced—no vehicle involved, just a simple tire job. I was told to arrive by 8:00 AM Sunday. I showed up early (7:55), waited until 8:28 before anyone even showed up. Huge red flag. Later that day, they called at 6:28 PM to say the job was done. I got there around 5:30 PM after work the next day. The guy at the front counter (short, attitude problem, didn’t catch his name) clearly couldn’t care less. Another customer was even waiting over 20 minutes for their car to be released after alignment. When I was finally helped, they brought out my wheels—and the whitewalls were mounted on the inside, even though I specifically said I wanted the whitewalls facing out when I made the appointment. They offered to fix it, but at that point, I didn’t trust them anymore. I figured, if they’re this careless already, they’ll probably damage the wheels. Guess what? They did. Brand new wheels—scuffed. I confronted them and the front counter guy said, “Whatever man, I knew you’d act like this.” So clearly, they knew they messed up and just didn’t care. When I tried to listen in from the bay, they saw me and got defensive. I hung up on the guy and yelled at him, and he called the cops on me. Typical deflection move when you’re caught being negligent. Bottom line: Avoid this location. Go to the Firestone near the mall by 309. That shop has their act together. This one is a mess. If Firestone wants to make this right I'm all for it but if not the review will stay. Again montgoemry mall Firestone great 40 ft road sucks. Thanks ai for the clean up job on my rant but I will surely be updating it :)

It's best to Google whatever it is they say is wrong with your vehicle. Then find out the average cost to see if it's at least in the ballpark with their quote. I did this and mine wasn't so I shopped elsewhere for a much more reasonable price. They're allowed to quote what they want but what I didn't like was they charged me for an inspection I already had which had nothing to do with the problem I brought the truck in for. That alone I wanted to go somewhere else.

Don't trust this place. I got my car PA inspected at a different Firestone 1 day before taking it for an issue to this store. My wife had a bolt come out of the brake caliper while driving. It was not tightened enough. This store told me I needed an entire new front brake system both sides. They told me they'd need to drill a broken bolt from the steering knuckle. I have been a mechanic over 40 years. This place WILL RIP you off. I had put new brakes in the car 3 days prior. They charged $133 to look, and told me I needed $1100 of brake work. Needless to say I had the car towed home and replaced 1 bolt. 20 MINUTES OF WORK. The car is driving again. Do not trust these LIARS.

First time here for an oil change and tire rotation. Tech has been very helpful. Shopping for tires had been made easy with their display and touch screen, I've never seen a set up like this anywhere else. Lobby is surprisingly spacious and accommodating.
