Still waiting on battery core credits. Staff here does not care about customer service and just pawns you off to call a napa support number. Literally go anywhere but here, it used to be the place to go but all of the new staff is horrible and could care less about work ethic. As others have stated the pink hair employee is not good and doesn't return your calls or even attempt to help you. Just go to autozone instead.
I just visited this Napa for the first time and found the staff super friendly and very knowledgeable. The woman behind the counter knew which battery I needed before I even showed her the photo of the one in my truck that needed to be replaced. I was at another auto parts store in the area last week for another battery (same battery but for a different truck, we have several of the same truck setups for our business) and it took the guy behind the counter a solid 5 minutes to find the part number on his computer. I was in and out of this Napa in less time with a new battery then it took the other store to figure out the part number. Highly recommended!
Terrible service lady with pink hair was a complete jerk completely rude not a way to treat a customer at all took my business else where will not be buying from this location again
Ordered a part that was advertised as available for pickup same day (was meant to be in stock). I go in and they inform me it won’t be available until the following day. I only purchased from NAPA in the first place because I needed the part today. Now I’m stuck waiting for the part to come in when there were other options to get it today.
This place is great.. I broke down and needed a fuel filter for my semi.. they had it in stock but I couldn’t get to there location but Madison went above and beyond to bring it to me where I was at like a couple miles down the road.. now I can go see my kids in Connecticut ty so much guys I appreciate it so much.
After a search for an auto battery replacement, I found that NAPA still offered the best pricing on a replacement than any other competitor.
As a side note, the battery I replaced was a previously purchased NAPA battery.
Madison and her employees have always been extremely helpful. I always go to the Lansdale store because of the trust I have in them to get me what I need. The people who work at that store are an asset in my opinion. Thanks for all the help over the years!
As a customer who often has rare and unusual parts and supplies to find i have had nothing but friendly help from this napa. The manager often takes time out to help me even if they don't offer what i need..
Lady with red and blonde hair was EXTREMELY rude, she just lost a ton of business from us. Totally uncalled for, unprofessional, and she should be retrained or FIRED.
I don't go to auto stores often but Napa Lansdale is the best by far. I've been here twice and they've been such a huge help both times. It's further than a few stores but it's worth it. Great customer service and extremely friendly.
Horrible customer service never again kid at counter is ignorant and the manager is just as bad. Will never go back and recommend you stay far away. After reading reviews sounds like this has been brought to managers attention and nothing has been done
I get there at 25 minutes before they closed and the brain surgeon behind the counter says we close soon. No kidding at 6pm! He can't find the air filter so he calls another store they tell him the part number and he charged me double. This is the worst Napa I've ever delt with in 30 years! Don't go to this horrible auto parts store!
Needed a hose nipple for my 1970 Dodge fuel pump that another Napa location couldn't help and didn't really try. These guys got me the set up I needed to get it done!👍
Great store to work with. Employees are kind and knowledgeable. Pat went above and beyond to help me find parts I needed. Clean store and I highly recommend using them.
Tom is amazing! Every time I come around, he’s always helpful. Smiling, greets and just is so welcoming to everyone. Amazing person to be on your team!
Didnt get a name but Female manager is rude and not professional at all. I’m surprised she has a job in the customer service industry. and Pat at the counter was not really knowledgeable. I’ll shop elsewhere next time.
The guy has an attitude and it's not very welcoming to the Spanish community! I will never spend another penny there. I asked for help and this guy all he had was an attitude and acting like he doesn't need me buying anything there. This is the second time. I rather go to auto zone or else where!
I experienced an unfortunate mishap which left me stranded at an adjacent business. The staff at this location were very professional and helpful - even going so far as to call a specialist who was able to install a needed part right there in the parking lot. Above and beyond!
They always have what I need in stock. I shop here often. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The prices are very good also. Have a great day.
Gim with a G saved my life. I was riding on a little kid bike and he raised my seat with a allen key. Great customer service especially knowing that I wasnt a customer just some guy who needed saving, because I had 40 pounds of meat in my backpack (not human kind, just dead animals to eat) and my seat was to low... Tom helped too. Thanks guys
Always someone helpful there, got a bad part (what turned out to be a return that they got boned on and then we got the part) honored the warranty and got it all fixed. Tom helped through the whole repair and got us the parts we needed and offered some sage advice. Great group of car guys who really want to help.
Nicolas was very friendly. I needed help finding a fuse for a Bmw 328xi and it was almost closing time. He was very awesome and more interested in me finding the right fuse rather than worrying about time. You don’t find too many nice people like that. I definitely recommend this place.
Staff didn't seem very friendly or attentive to me. There were 4 employees on shift I saw who ALL decided to pick up 4 separate phones instead of check me out which would have taken less than a minute. First guy I saw at register didn't even acknowledge me and it felt awkward standing right in front of someone who's supposed to greet you and check you out, I could have made a smarta$$ comment to get his attention....but I didn't feel like being rude. I could have walked out with what I wanted to buy without them even noticing. An employee finally asked if I was being helped after being the only customer in the store at the register standing in front of 4 employees ready to check out. A place of decent selection of auto parts but definitely not a place where good customer service is present, go to Advanced Auto - they were helpful, attentive, and nice.
