Very rude and aggressive. Poor attitude, unprofessional. I called another guy to do the job due to his attitude and unprofessionalism and left a poor review and he called the guy that was working on my truck and threatened me to take the review down.
Owner operators be warned. This guy isn't honest at all.
I called to have an air compressor replaced. He told me it would take him 2-3 hours to do it and quoted 1,100. When i asked him what his call out fee and hourly was. He told me that was flat rate. If I wanted hourly it would take him 8 hours to do the job.
He said they work faster on flat rate and slower if you're paying by the hour.
Then I left a review on here to let others know of this shady practice. He found the guy that ended up doing the repair for me at a really fair price ( bc they all know each other ) and he called that guy and cussed my driver out for me leaving him a bad review.
In this world if you don't want to be called out for being a crook. Don't be a crook. Trying to take advantage of someone when they are already down, that isn't an honest man. We never mind paying an honest wage for honesty work but 2-3 hours for 1,100 is not honest work at all!
If you're an owner operator, make a few more phone calls and Find J and C. They are honest and fair and very quick to respond.

He didn't send me anyone. I found the mechanic myself and he didn't do it for the same price. He did it much cheaper!
I did call you can and your hung up but in the end I found someone that did it without trying to take advantage of the situation at hand.

Do not get help from here. My truck has been lying idle for 2 years and I asked for service from here to move it and the guy who came did something to my truck but could not move it and then he still took money from me for the work he could not do.
Best roadside service for Heavy Duty Trucks. These guys are really good and very knowledgeable. Their services are excellent and reliable. Very affordable and reasonable. They replaced my clutch on the side of the road - that’s not easy but trust me, they did it in 4 hours on the side of the road. Best guys in the business. Call them without a doubt and they will help you- a fellow trucker.
We had a radiator leaked we called and they fixed within 3-4 hr with very reasonable price

Mr E here i drive for Landstar had a coolant dripping and i stopped quickly it was a Sunday morning,I called we talked on the phone about the issue ask me to send him a short video for diagnostic and tell me what I need we negotiate on the price he showed up hour 1/2 later with the new Radiator and coolant HE WAS DONE IN 2 HOURS. GOOD JOB.
I called them at 1:00am. Immediately started to go to my vehicle.after they started to head to help then i realized they were not a towing company. The nicest people in the world, understood my mistake and were gracious to me. If I do ever need a repair, or you need a repair, I think they would be the ones to call. Again really understanding nice people. I apologize to them for the inconvenience.
