Five stars for Ciocco! I worked with Taylor and it was hands-down the most straightforward car-leasing experience I’ve ever had. No hidden fees, no high-pressure, and they respected my time.

The sales person was very polite and nolegibal. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. He even called a couple of days later to check on how we liked the car. The financing person was just as helpful and made the whole process easier than it's ever been.

Anthony did a good job explaining the different car's and features. I would give Anthony 5 stars personally and a 3 for the length of the process since I was there for 7 hours due to short staffing hence a totalling 4 stars. Other than the length of time it was a fine experience 👍

Second time around and Caleb and the team at Ciocca Subaru did not disappoint again. Caleb helped secure the exact used car I was looking for. Sales Manager Tom was also amazing. Angel in finance helped us lock in warranties and close everything up in no time. I would highly recommend reaching out to this all-star team!

My Fiance and I worked with Emilio at Ciocca Subaru of Allentown and had a very pleasant experience! She wasn't quite sure of what she wanted, but that was no issue for Emilio! He was able to show us different cars within our budget and each of their pros and cons. We test drove a couple vehicles which was no hassle either! Emilio was very patient through our deliberation and was able to educate us on every question we threw at him! Emilio and the team were able to get us into a safer and newer vehicle for the right payments and on our schedule! Eveyone we spoke with at the dealership was kind and professional and helped us each step of the way! We couldn't have asked for a better time!

Went in looking for a specific model Subaru. Taylor Hajduk was super respectful and encouraging of our decision, explaining the many reasons why its a great car and thoroughly went through the options and features offered. She overall left us feeling super confident and comfortable in the model we chose, and I felt she was extremely dedicated to transparency and my satisfaction. She was what made this experience pleasant and streamlined, I will 100% be recommending her to others!

I had an awesome experience at Ciocca Subaru. I was not necessarily planning on leaving with a car when I walked through their doors. A few hours later I was the proud owner of a new Subaru. Julian Sanchez and Luke made the process pleasant and seamless. I even had my 8 year old daughter with me and they brought her crayons and hot chocolate and made her experience great as well. Highly recommend!

Honestly i used to love ciocca subaru, got my cars through them and parts from the store but recently their prices have changed. I went to get a part from the store and they tell me its double the price from what it said online. I asked why and the response i got was "thats online". Really? You double the prices if i get from you vs online? I will not be getting any parts or service from subaru from this point forward. Really sucks because they used to be cheaper and i bought alot from them as a loyal customer..

I was visiting family in the Lehigh Valley. Being from Indiana n being a Ford person my entire life, I decided I wanted to consider a new Outback. Therefore, I went out on a wim. Ciocca had the color I wanted as well as the Wilderness package. Isaiah was the salesperson who met me at the door and who assisted me in getting me into my new dream car. Isaiah was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. His style was not high pressure. In fact, the finance team which were Moe n Jesse, were also great to work with. Since I was out of state with some glitches along the way, the team was able to solve quickly. I have never bought a car from a large dealership before. I was impressed with Ciocca's hospitality, attentiveness, and direction with purpose. Isaiah was the best salesperson I've ever had over the decades of my life. They also had Diet Coke in their waiting area. That's another plus.

I bought 2025 Outback in December. Even though the weather was very cold and had some snow, my dealer (Anthony Pierno) was very supportive and very kind for my questions. I recommend him if anyone wants to purchase a new car.

Leased a brand new WRX and the tire blew out clearly due to manufacturers defect with less than 10k miles on it. They told me there was nothing they could do to help me out whatsoever since it was a “wear and tear item”, not even waive installation/disposal fees on new tires. They did say I could ask Dunlop for a partial refund on the one tire but provided zero assistance in doing so. I expected so much better, but know not to do business with them anymore now.

i bought a used car today with salesman caleb and he was extremely helpful and polite. he also knew his stuff. he was very upfront and honest about the best car that would suit me. he made the process seem less of a chore and more of an experience. Also shoutout to luke for processing the finances for me. he was also very honest when talking about warranty options. these people are not pushy at all and they truly want the best for you. they understand the commitment of a vehicle but do their best to ensure longevity.

Emilio was very knowledgeable about the vehicle even though it was not the brand their dealership sells. Everything about the transaction went smoothly from start to finish. No surprise fees like some other places. All in all, a great place to purchase a pre-owned vehicle!

Caleb was such a big help and patient with helping me find the right car for myself! I needed a reliable car for a newborn on the way and he gave me a great deal with the best of his abilities! He really went above and beyond in helping me and also answering any questions I had and my family had before getting the car which was much appreciated!

Julian was personable, kind, and not pushy at all—we appreciate his honestly and for understanding that we just wanted a standard and reliable car. This will take me a minute to unpack, To start with I purchased my subaru ascent from this location and the people have always been very nice. I have had several concerns with the service department from their organization to the obvious over scheduling. When I purchased my car I got 8 free oil changes and some other extended warrenty that i paid like 3k for, I have used the drop off service several times and taken a loaner car which has worked fine. When trying to use the express service "no appointment needed" as it says on the lawn out front I have been told on 4 separate occasions that they are only servicing appointments... just a thought maybe take down the sign out front. Fast forward to today as I confidently drove there for a 2pm appointment. I pulled in when the person came out to check me in leading with the "do you have an appointment question?" I said of course for 2pm.. I thought I won... he replied just so you know even with an appointment it will be at least 2.5 hours... for an oil change the thing I sit in my car for 20 minutes at most of other places. I left who would sit there for that long? Is that customer service they should have called people in the morning to cancel appointment not have me drive all the way there for a service they were not prepared to provide. Thankfully I only have 1 more free oil change there so that I can limit my experience to warranty issues only. Nice people but they need to consider redoing how their service department operates.

Awesome! No pressure sales! Everyone was very friendly and seemed genuine. Our salesman, Mark Perkins was an all around great guy! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Best car buying experience I’ve had!!

This was my first opportunity to be purchase a new vehicle and i was completely impressed by my sales asdociate, Caleb Michaels. He is highly experienced with the Subaru product options. I anppreciated his completely answering my questions, patiently allowing me to explore a variety of vehicles before settling on my purchase. His objective was to have me feel confidence in my selection, giving me safety ratings and special features only available on the Subaru. He listened to my concerns and priorities. I recognize him as the sales associate that I will seek out in the future as well as recommend to family and friends when they are in line to purchase a replacement or new vehicle.

Had the best experience with Julian at Ciocca Subaru about a week ago. He was super helpful, kind, informative, and understanding of my wants and needs with my new vehicle. I test drove a few cars I was interested in. When I wasn’t fully satisfied with my results, he recommended the car I had no idea I’d fall in love with the moment I took it off the lot. He hustled and got me a better deal on a new vehicle than what I would have gotten with a used one. If you want someone who’s going to look out for you and not be a “typical car dealer” go see Julian ASAP!! Also shout out to Luke in finance. He was also super kind, helpful and funny to be around! I felt like I was purchasing from long time friends. Their team here is really looking out for you and your best interests!

I've been needing a newer car for a while now and the opportunity finally came up. My wife suggested looking at Subaru even though I hadn't thought about it. I am so happy I listed to her, I love my new Subaru Crosstrek and the guys at Ciocca Subaru were awesome! Jonathan helped my out, went over pros and cons of different vehicles and when I decided, he and the rest of the team helped to get numbers I could afford. And Mo my fiance guy... couldn't have been nicer. The services that they provide including a loaner car while you're having service done and drive up oil changes are a sweet deal. Oh and fountain soda in the waiting lounge! I would definitely recommend this dealership!

The sales team at Ciocca was exceptional. They were very accommodating, offered to get us drinks, sat and explained all the differences in the cars I was interested in. They weren't pushy ( until the finance guy wanted to up sell the extended warranty plans but he did end up giving us a really good deal ). They made me an offer I couldn't pass up. Wife and I visit Ciocca Subaru of Allentown in search of a preowned crosstrek. Once there, we met with Preston and discussed our options and applicable offers. In the end, we left with a 2025 Crosstrek Premium and couldn’t be more content about our purchase. More importantly, everything about our this car buying experience was pleasant. This was my first time buying a Subaru and let me tell you that Jonathan was awesome. I am not tech savy and Jonathan explained all of the features so very clearly, he made it a point that if I have any questions, I should not hesitate to call. All of the staff was super courteous.
