I am extremely disturbed by knowing that This warehouse rips off their customers
I was quoted 3 different prices for one part which was the same brand name. The reason I was given is because there are so many people answering phones at their numerous locations . They claim to be a wholesale distributor. They say if you don’t own a garage than you get the highest price possible for the part. Which makes no sense to the customer. The garage gets a discount from the warehouse than turns around and sells the customer the part for almost double if not. They are helping businesses rip off customers also
All I can say is their parts are better made and less expensive than the two big box stores and you know who I'm talking about I think ever since the pandemic them two stores have their parts overpriced
Your drivers must think they're driving an ambulance please remind them it's only Auto parts they're delivering it's not an emergency they don't have to pull out in front of people the parts will get to the right shop with time to spare. Smh
