I’ve been taking my 2013 Subaru Legacy to Park Manor for many years. The service is beyond anything you can imagine. Drop the car at 8pm and get a call with what is needed by 7am. Always fair and accurate! My car has over 200,000 miles and Steve and his crew just keep it humming. Not to mention Brenda and Ginny are so wonderful to work with in the office! Exceptional service! While driving home from out of state, our windshield wiper fluid stopped working due to the cold weather conditions. Thankfully, we spotted this auto shop, and they went above and beyond to help us at the last minute. The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and hospitable. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour, ensuring we could continue our trip safely. The entire experience was seamless, and their professionalism truly stood out. Simply amazing! Called to coordinate the tow truck drop off my wife's car and for a new tire to be installed. Thank you turnpike. In less than two hours from calling they had the new tire in and installed. I would highly recommend!

I am ordering tires from Tire Rack so I stopped by to find out what the procedure is. Asked if they could mount and balance my trailer tires. They said they don't do trailers because they can't lift a trailer. So ok, I will bring my old tires on the rims and could they take the old ones off and mount and balance the new ones onto the rim. No trailer involved. Trailer stays in my driveway. They don't even see the trailer, just the tires. If I didn't stop by and the new tires just showed up there, would they even know they were for a trailer? They look exactly the same as truck tires! Still, they don't do trailer tires. Because they don't have a lift. Ummm. . Ok. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I had the absolute best experience with Park Manor Auto. I am traveling from out of state when my van went haywire and wouldn’t work. I found the shop through google and it was great luck that I did. Everyone there was incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to recommend a wonderful towing company that was there within a half hour of me calling. They were able to do get me in right away. Since I was on vacation, they were able to fit me in and fix everything within a few hours. I was sure that it would take days to fix. I cannot stress the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. I know if I lived in the area I would be back. I would highly recommend you going here.

I had an appointment today for service. Service was prompt. Mechanic was great and the charge very reasonable. I have used them in the past and I have never been disappointed or had a bad experience.

Excellent service at reasonable cost. I had a specific mechanic I used at this garage, but after years of service, each mechanic shares the same value of trust and workmanship. I allow any of the 3 work on my vehicle.

Excellent, friendly service over several years. Today I called to ask about having a weird sound diagnosed, and they asked me to come on over, then fixed it on the spot. Highly recommended.

Second worst experience at this place and it’ll be our last. When you request a mechanic to work on your car both on the phone when scheduling the appointment and upon arrival and are told ok it should happen. Hearing a story about the owner not documenting it and an apology later is not acceptable especially when it’s happened twice. Both times someone else has worked on our vehicles we have had problems with the work. The owner is a liar and cheat. Go across the street to BMW, at least you will get honesty for the high prices you would pay at either place.

Even though I don’t live in the area anymore I still remember this place when they were on Tighlman St in Allentown when I took one of my first cars there for a head gasket repair back in 1994. Coincidentally they are now located near my employer which is handy cause I can drop off my vehicle and walk to work. Literally 30 minutes after they opened they called and said my vehicle was inspected and ready to go. Other times they properly diagnosed an oil leak I had on another vehicle without upselling me on work I didn’t need. In 2002 they did custom one off dual exhaust for my truck that I was very happy with. They are great to deal with in how they talk and treat their customers and their work is honest. Highly recommended!

Steve is a great trustworthy mechanic and the people that work at the desk are extremely nice and friendly. A little expensive, but worth it to have a mechanic you can trust!

Over the past 2 years, I have used Park Manor Auto for my state safety inspections/oil changes on 3 vehicles. I am impressed at how my cars are taken promptly and finished in about 30 minutes (15-20 for oil). No nonsense. Friendly staff and completely honest which is rare to find. Highly recommend. A++

Honest, dependable, reliable. I will never take my cars anywhere else for repair, they are amazing here! A repair that another place quoted me over 400$ for, they fixed for 50$. Easy to get appointments, and work is done in a timely manner.

The guys are awesome. My car broken down on 309 near them and they came out to my car and jumped it so i could drive it in to replace the alternator that died. Saved me a tow fee. Very friendly and helpful. I wish i wasnt over an hour from home or they would be my perminent mechanic.

I highly recommend Park Manor Automotive. I have been taking my 2003 BMW 530i here for service for the past 5 years. If not for Park Manor, I might have sold the car already. For unusual electronic issues (control module failures, etc) I might go to the BMW dealership but for everything mechanical I go to Park Manor. They get the job done on time, do it right, charge a fair price, and most important of all they have integrity. They have never recommended any work that is not necessary. On multiple occasions when I have taken my car to the BMW dealer they have recommended repairs that Steve did not feel were necessary. For jobs that are necessary, Steve charges a fair price. The dealership will take you to the cleaners. Park manor even has a fleet of loaner vehicles that you can borrow while your car is being repaired if you reserve in advance. Finally, on top of their already good prices they offer discounts for AAA members and certain large employers in the area such as Lehigh Valley Hospital. Their office staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Water and coffee are available. The bathroom is clean. I recommend Park Manor Automotive without hesitation. Thanks for great service Park Manor!

I just had to review this place to share my experience. I'm sort of a first time customer, I had previously stopped in here to pay one time for my boyfriends car a few years ago but hadn't taken my car here before. I called around 9AM or so on October 31st (today) to see if they had any appointments for an oil change and state inspection, which I was expecting to have to wait until tomorrow at the least. The extremely nice lady on the phone said that I could come in at 2 that afternoon, and I accepted. Upon arrival the gentleman at the desk whose name I believe is Herm greeted me and was generally very welcoming said I could have a seat. I told him I printed a coupon from their website. A few minutes later he asked if I am AAA member because they give a 10% discount on parts and labor not including tires and it might end up saving me more money than the coupon I brought. I was so thankful he informed me of this, I had only noted that they were a top facility from the certificates that I just read while seated there and had no idea of this affiliation. A few of the workers (probably 3 in the course of 30 minutes) had come in the seating area to use the rest room which is right next to it and all of them greeted me and were so friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric who I think said he was either an owner or manager. We had a nice conversation for around 5 minutes and he shook my hand and was a genuinely nice man. I was the only one waiting there so I don't know if my experience varied from others, most people seemed to do a drop off/pick up situation. The technician, I think his name was Steve, came to tell me that my tires wouldn't pass and recommended a set that had a rebate. I accepted and they ordered those, which they then installed and had the car ready a little after 4PM. Herm gave me a water bottle with the Park Manor logo saying it's a gift they give for first time customers and I left feeling very happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this shop, I have had bad experiences at other chain type shops in the area and am so pleased to have found that the great reviews for this place are all true. They really are a gem and I hope to have many more great visits like this one.

By far the best garage in the Lehigh Valley! I have been a customer for nearly 20 years. My parents have been servicing their vehicles here for more than 35 years! We have owned many different vehicles over the years from classics to new with all the technology. Park Manor can handle them all! They have been lifesavers on many occasions when an unexpected issue occurs. They are extremely thorough and get the job done right the first time. My knowledge of cars is limited but Steve always takes the time to explain, in detail, what the issue is and all the possible options to fix it correctly and safely. That's why they are the pros! Although I am no longer right around the corner from their shop, I still make the drive (or sometimes tow) to have my vehicles serviced at Park Manor. Most of all you are treated like a family member with respect, fairness and honesty! Thank you for the many years for excellent service! My family and I truly appreciate what you do!

It was 4 days after Christmas, and we had developed a pretty bad wobble driving across the country, and before we headed back, I wanted to get someone to look at it. I made a few calls, and found Park Manor Automotive here in Allentown, PA. They were open and could see me, which was my #1 criteria, but they also had some good reviews. When I called and explained my situation, Faye, the receptionist, said to come on in and they'd get me looked at ASAP because of my circumstances. Once in, Steven looked at my car within about 15 minutes, and determined it was the rear tires - replacements were ordered and on within about 40 minutes and we were on our way! Great service, very polite - They made me feel like a "regular" even though I live over 1k miles away! I highly recommend them!

excellent mechanic, everyone is extremely friendly. steve is very helpful and tells you exactly what was wrong with the car and how it was fixed (or how to fix it yourself if you wanted to do so). they show you the old part that was replaced if you want to see it. i had a problem with my evap system which he checked thoroughly but didn't find an issue mechanically or electrically, so didn't charge me for it. very reasonably priced as well, gives a discount for lehigh valley health network employees.
