Absolutely great service and very attentive. I called with just wanting information about a few items and they had it put together for me by the time I got there it was a very great experience

These guys were awesome! I drove about an hour looking for a jacket. They helped me find one within a few minutes, gave great advice, and were super helpful with the whole process.

It was the first time I was in the store. Julian was outstanding. He took time to explain the different items in what my son and I were looking for and provided excellent customer service. My son said he really liked the store because he was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back.

They were very helpful and took the time to assure that I was comfortable and well fit in the gear that I purchased. They have a great selection from all the major manufacturers and an inventory that covers most sizes.

I've been to this location a few times now and have had a very consistent experience with their staff. Helpful, knowledgeable, problem solving, and overall kind! Recently I had an experience with Julian as I'm in the market for a new helmet. Not only was he able to answer all of my questions but he also was able to teach me some things about different company's offerings, styles of helmets, as well as maintenance products to help me choose and move forward with my decisions! Would definitely come back and purchase again!

From mount broke after 90-day policy and they gave me a whole nother brand no questions asked been the same manager for years his name as well be Aaron Rodgers

Employees were very helpful and asked us if we needed assistance immediately. I was picking up a shipped order and it was a very smooth transaction. The products fit great!

Went here just to check on possibly getting my son a helmet for his e-bike after looking at a few on Amazon, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The associate Dylan was so knowledgeable and helpful that when I left I absolutely knew we got the perfect deal. He let us try 4-5 different helmets on the spot from their huge selection until we found the perfect one. Very kind and patient, very good at his job and five star customer service. Plus, the helmet has much better comfort and safety features than anything Amazon had to offer and it even has a premium Bluetooth system with dual HD speakers and hands free calling. Thanks to the guys at this shop, we feel much more secure about our son when he’s out riding his e-bike.

Always been impressed with customer service. Had multiple defective helmets and they were great about swapping them out for me. Also helped install swingarm stand spools. Good group of guys, will absolutely continue to shop here.

The team of associates at this store are always great to deal with. I drive more than an hour to this shop specifically because I enjoy dealing with them. I recently had an issue with a product I bought there only a few months prior. I called first to see what they could do or if I needed to just eat it. Without even looking up my purchase, the sales associate told me to come on up and they’d take care of it. They absolutely took care of me and even found me a replacement that was $30 cheaper, giving me $30 credit towards something else (which I quickly spent). I have so many great experiences at this store over the years that I can’t say a bad word about them!

I have been to Cycle Gear a few times and like this time the service has always been awesome. I decided to walk around the store for a bit and check out some of there merch. They have great deals on riding jackets and pants. Leathers and a huge section of top brand helmets. I went there originally for a hard to find oil for a change in my bike. They had exactly what I was looking for. Before I left the store I started talking to Ron about a handlebar phone mount. We went through many types before settling on exactly what I was looking for. So Ron actually installed it for me. Hey Ron if you read this , thank you for the assist. I really like the anti vibe on the phone mount. It works perfectly. I will definitely be going back to Cycle Gear! I hope you all had a great weekend.

Always great inventory, staff and service

My family and I just move to PA from CA. I'm excited to attend my first track day out here on the East Coadt at NJMP. I needed some gear and the staff was very helpful. Ron took the time to go over a few of their products. He explained the pros/cons and was very knowledgeable. I ultimately ended up purchasing a pair of A* track boots, tires and a gas can. He also went over the benefits of signing up for their rewards program, which ended up saving me money on my transaction. I'm happy to know that my local go-to Cycle Gear is very welcoming.

Always a good experience with the staff there. Also they are very patient and work with me every time I go for a helmet which to me is a plus because I want to try them all to find that perfect one. Then I drop it break it and I’m back at the store doing it all over again lol but over all it’s a really good place to go get all your motorcycle needs and I ride Harley’s and they tend to always have what I need if not they order it for me A++

One stop and shop for all your motorcycle needs gear, parts, tires and tire changes, also assist with most installation, etc you name it. From my observation the Employees seem to help there customers very well and knowledgeable on the inventory. My personal in-store experiences is very bias I rather not share as do still pop in from time to time. I just preferably like to shop online cause i am a sucker for a good deal. I do stop in if I need a specific part right away, I just call ahead to make sure they have the part in stock. If they do have it in stock, they will pull it and have it ready for pick up. I'm in and out depending on the line or if they are assisting other customers.

Got tire mounted on rear wheel, quick service, very friendly people, great work. A little disappointed that install cost doubled because I didn’t buy tire there, but understandable, probably the margin if they’d have sold the tire, and businesses are only around for one reason, and nothing wrong with that. Overall, extremely satisfied with the service I received, in and out in less than 30, no appointment, just stopped at 3:30-4:00 on a Friday, and they did the work quickly, and professionally. 4 of 5 stars, just due to price change, but you will not be disappointed with their service, or friendly professional staff. I had a great experience with my visit to Cycle Gear in Allentown. I am a new rider and had traveled pretty far to this place. The staff greeted me as soon as I arrived. I told them I was a new rider and what I was looking for. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions and took their time making sure I had the best fit helmet and other gear that I needed. They were super helpful and I would recommend them.

They are Very knowledgeable & friendly. Someone recommended this place to me and I’ll recommend other riders to go here for gear. (Free Bluetooth Installation)

Update: the District Manager contacted me, and together with Ron, the store manager, rectified the problem. They replaced the tire with the model I had originally requested, and let me keep the tire they mistakenly installed. Thank you gentlemen for making it right. As a result, I increased the overall rating from 2 to 4 stars. Attention to detail greatly lacks. In 2024, they installed the wrong size tire on a rim I took them, and I had to go back to get it corrected. Yesterday, I took them the same rim/tire for a warranty claim after getting a nail, my receipt in hand. They again installed the wrong tire! Not the wrong size again, but a different model tire than what I requested, and what my receipt showed. To have this happen twice in a row… ridiculous. Also disappointed that the tire with the nail had about 600 miles on it, and they pro-rated the warranty claim for 50%. Feel like I got the short end of the stick. Staff was polite.

Ron and the entire staff at Cycle gear. Allentown are super friendly and always willing to help out especially with last minute stuff. You can tell they are motorcycle enthusiast and enjoy just talking about it. Yesterday I had an emergency tire change needed when selling a bike on the same day and Ron helped out and got it done!

Was recommended by a fellow rider. Went in to purchase a helmet the staff was friendly patient and I was treated with respect. The selection was more than I expected! Will definitely visit again soon.
