Reasonable pricing. I brought my truck here to get a lift kit and tires mounted and balanced. They were extremely nice and stayed late to finish up the same day.

These guys were awesome. Great service and great rates. I think I found my new auto shop for service and repairs!!

I have only taken my car there a few times (state inspection and brakes) so far, and every time I have taken my car there, they have been honest and nice people. I am glad I found them. The last place I took my vehicle got scammy and tried to upsell me for repairs I didn't need. The last place also failed my vehicle during an inspection because I did not comply with their scam. I took my car to Urban and spoke with James, he looked over my vehicle. Told me what I actually needed and none of the overpriced bs from the other garage. They got me squared away, and I do appreciate them for actually helping me.

Urbans saved our trip! My daughter and I (and the family dog) were midway through a 7 hour drive on the July 4th weekend when the alternator burned out. Urbans was the only mechanic open late enough to service the car, and when a late tow made it seem like we were sticking for the night, they were able to swing the job and pull the car around one minute before closing. Thank you James and all at Urbans!

James and his wife, Marie are very helpful and I definitely definitely recommend this auto shop because they are trustworthy, hard-working and honest people. I can’t thank them enough for everything that they did for me. My daughter Jessica took me here and their Service if they had more stars I would give them more than five God bless them and their business.

James and the staff were so friendly. My husband and I were coming into Pennsylvania from North Carolina and had a low tire light from a screw in the tire. They got us in quickly and out with the problem solved. Definitely recomend this auto place !

They were incredibly helpful during a stressful situation ( I thought I would need a new transmission). After a quick diagnostic, it turned out to be a faulty sensor. I cannot recommend higher!

When I tell you that this guy is so convenient and is the best mechanic in the Palmyra/Hershey and Lancaster area I am not kidding! Every time that my car needed fixed, I can always depend on James to make space for me and get my car done in a timely fashion! He’s down to earth very cool and his prices are so reasonable with high-quality work! Not to mention his fiancé Marie?? is literally stunning and she makes the best graphic T-shirts on the market so if you’re interested in getting your car fixed or getting T-shirts made for birthday parties or events she’s gonna be your go to girl!

Wonderful and amazing. After driving from New Jersey, I was stranded at a gas station off the PA turnpike with a flashing check engine light. Doug’s Transport provided the towing service. Our driver Jon arrived on the scene quickly, loaded the car on the tow truck, and loaded me, my 11 year old daughter and our little dog into his cab. The plan was to take us and my broken car to my family’s house in Hershey and then I’d figure it out from there but Jon’s quick thinking and connections got us to Urbans Automotive in Palmyra. James Urban was not only open on a Saturday but willing to fit my car repair into his busy schedule for same-day service. He diagnosed the issue, called me with information and price quotes, and completed the repairs promptly. Now I can get myself, my daughter, my dog and my car back home to New Jersey! James and his team at Urbans Automotive literally saved the day. Thank you!

Saved my vacation. Was spending time visiting historic Pennsylvania when my radiator fan in my 2005 Town & Country Van died. The weather that week was in the 100 degree range. No way I could limp 500 miles back home and try to fix this myself. I found Urbans auto by searching google and reading reviews. I found 3 garages in the area I could call, but the reviews for Urbans Automotive convinced me to try them first. Still, I was in a bad situation, traveling and needing a repair, they may not have had time to help me. But they were very sympathetic to my situation and added me to their already busy day. They were able to diagnose the problem in their parking lot and order the parts needed. The whole fan assembly had to be replaced. They suggested we get some food a few blocks away at a restaurant called "The Filling Station" while they ordered the parts and we waited for the repair. (We did, that diner is excellent) I can't thank Urbans enough for their help. I think their price for the parts and labor were very fair. I would recommend Urbans Automotive to anyone needing mechanics work done on their vehicle. I hope this glowing review in some way pays them back for the awesome work they did for me. I know their day was longer because they were willing to help me like that. Thank you.....

Was looking for a new place to take my vehicle and read the positive reviews and gave them a call. Got my car in the same day for inspection and they fixed a tire issue. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Reasonably priced and was done in an hour and a half. Found my “go to” place for car repair!

Urbans Automotive is the place to go if you want a job done right and done at a great price. My catalytic converters went out on my Veloster and James was very friendly and helpful in helping me get it repaired and also quoted me a very fair price. Ever since I moved to this place a year back, I have been in touch with the owner James, who is pleasant, professional and highly knowlegeable. He is very accommodative of customer's schedules and is extremely affordable. From the front desk to the mechanics, everyone in this place is super nice. Prior to my connection with Urbans, I always had my car serviced at the dealers' where relations are mere mechanical and transactional. I feel fortunate at having found a friend and a trustworthy service provider in Urbans. To those who are looking for a trustworthy, affordable mechanic locally, Urbans can't be beat- I assure you! While getting ready to go onto the highway for a 4 hour drive home from Hershey, I noticed my brakes go out. This was the only local shop still open on a Saturday and they fit me in to repair a broken brake line. They were all extremely friendly, honest, and went to work quick so my family didn't have to wait an extremely long time. The lounge area was relaxing and there was even a young kid selling some refreshments which was great to have while I waited! I can't recommend this place enough and would easily go back if I find myself here again.

Had a late evening low tire on my Volvo and called these guys up to see if they could help out. Not only was James able to help, he was super careful of my new wheel and very thorough with the checking and re-installation of the tire. Awesome service! Update: the tire is still holding air almost a week later. Thanks James!

Very friendly and straightforward mechanic! They really value the customer knowing what the vehicle needs and how repairs are done. I had my vehicle in for it's state inspection and he explained everything he was checking and pointed out maintenance items I may need to watch out for in the future, showing me exactly where on the car to look to be able to know for myself when it's time to replace certain parts. It's refreshing to find a great honest local mechanic. They are a smaller shop, but I would recommend them to anyone!

Traveling through PA on my way down to Tennessee. My water pump went on my truck and I pulled into Urbans on a Saturday morning before they opened. Great mechanics, great service and professional work attitude. They could of ripped me off since I was just passing through and they gave me a fair price at quality workmanship. This is the first review I ever did on Google and I will probably not do another one for sometime since that is not my cup of tea. I just felt compelled to give Urbans a review since their professional attitude and attention to detail saved my family vacation at the Smoky Mountains. If I lived in the area these guys and girls would be my normal auto mechanics hands down. Thanks again to the good people at Urbans Auto Shop.

Just moving up to PA I had not found a mechanic yet and was a little hesitant. I found Urban’s on a Saturday and gave him a call as my car wouldn’t shift gears without stalling and I thought for sure it was going to be bad news. Turns out during the move I forgot to have my oil changed and my car is sensitive to that. What I thought was going to be an expensive and huge project turned out to be a very minuscule issue and he was completely honest with me the whole time. He cares about his customer and he will definitely get my repeat business.
