Had my truck inspected this week and while doing the inspection, they found an issues with my fuel tank coming loose from the frame. They got me fixed up and safe to get back on the road. They even came in under the number they quoted me. Very happy with the serve I received here. And the price was very fair. Great job Cassel’s!
Took my 03 Tahoe which was having issues, but would not code. This makes it almost impossible to diagnose. Scott worked on my truck, and it wouldn't code. He offered to keep it an extra day to try to diagnose what the problem was. Fortunately he found the problem, and had the truck fixed by the next morning. Cassel's goes the extra mile. Grwat work, friendly staff, and good prices. I will be a regular customer from now on.
This is the only shop I trust to take my vehicles. They provide highest quality maintenance and repairs on your vehicles for a very fair price. They also have excellent customer service. I can’t recommend them enough !

I've only sent my car here once, but they helped me out big time in a pinch. The office staff were very friendly and got me in really quick due to an emergency, and the mechanic I spoke to on the phone was really straightforward and explained in great detail what repairs would have to be made before doing them. I feel I paid a really good price considering what I had done, and I hope to schedule an appointment with Cassel's again sometime soon!
They were very kind and helped me out in a jam. My ignition cylinder locked up with my engine running. Tho they couldn’t fix the problem they did check and make sure what was wrong and then told Me to go to a locksmith and that’s what I did and my van is now able to turn off n on again
The owner, Scot, and the office staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, I am not happy with the service provided - purchased 4 new tires. While the new tires look great, all 4 rims were severely scratched (at the rim lip and the face of the rim) and will be of significant cost to repair. I felt as though there was dishonesty as I was not told about the scratches. Upon reviewing my car, I noticed them and mentioned it myself. I was told this was due to the difficulty in removing performance tires utilizing their corresponding equipment and has happened to other customers they have had. Why wasn’t I told upfront that your equipment would severely scratch the rims? If you are aware that your equipment will damage the rims on performance tires, then this should have been communicated in advance to servicing our vehicle. If I knew that, I would of gone somewhere else properly equipped to remove those types of tires. Alternatively, you should have recommended I go to a different garage that is equipped to remove performance tires! Also, we noticed our vehicle was driven for 8 miles while in your custody. Never have we had our vehicle serviced and returned with that many joy ride miles on it. Severely disappointed.
I had never been to this business before but had been referred to them by my wife. Wow! This place will be getting my business going forward. I was having trouble replacing a headlight and called Cassel’s to have someone install it for me. They said to bring my car down. I pulled in and was immediately helped by a mechanic. He took care of it in less than 5 minutes. I know how to do it myself now which is great and I got my problem fixed immediately. They didn’t even charge me for the service! That kind of kindness is rare in today’s day and age. I will be taking my business here from now on, no question about it. Thank you for your help and for helping me learn how to take care of that issue myself. I have to get brakes and rotors replaced soon so I will definitely be giving these people my business. I suggest you do the same. Good help and kind people are hard to find. That does not seem to be an issue here.
First time customer and I am very pleased. The team is professional, courteous, and honest. They cut my estimated repair cost in half because after a close inspection they determined that only my rear brake lines needed to be replaced instead of the entire system. They fabricated new rear lines and did an exceptional job. They have earned my trust and business and I most certainly will use them for all of my future maintenance.
Had the alternator fail in my vehicle, very prompt turnaround time having it repaired. Great communication with the service center and a great value. Will definitely be giving them business in the future.
Cassel’s is absolutely wonderful to work with. I had been taking my car to a chain place for way too long and after some research was able to find Cassel’s. They were able to tell me what actually did and did not need done for my vehicle and saved me quite a bit of money. More recently, my car was having power issues. They checked and replaced the battery, but it unfortunately happened again, which is when it was found the alternator needed replaced. Not only did they take my car back right away to work on, but also gave me a significant discount since it happened again so quickly. They did this without any prompting or asking on my part, which is certainly not something they had to do by any means. It is very difficult to find reliable people who do the right thing, but Cassel’s is one of those places. I recommend them without any hesitation to anyone who needs a good mechanic.
Driving from out of state to Hershey my car started to experience problems. I called my mechanic that had just done some work to my car and he told me to stop at an auto shop to check it out. I passed a few and then came to Cassells and thought it looked ok to go into. Any single female with no auto knowledge knows how this story could end - with an unhonest mechanic taking advantage of your ignorance about cars and getting a bill that is sky high.
I told the mechanic what my mechanic told me to say to him. Went to their seating area to use the facilities (which is really nice) and when I returned he had diagnosed what he thought the issue was. He had a question for my mechanic, I called my mechanic and they spoke their language to each other. He knew exactly how to fix it, taught my mechanic a lesson and I was on my way - and he refused to take any money from me. I high recommend Cassells - they were the perfect place for me to stop for help.
My trucks starter failed at lowes at around 10 a.m.. Had it towed to Cassel's by 11. Got a call that it was ready to go with a new starter by 4. I have a roofing company and 4 kids so I'm always really busy. Everything went really smooth. It was like my truck never broke down.
One of the only places I trust. Scott is great. I had my vehicle inspected this past week and it was done right and in a timely manner. Can't say enough about the integrity he has. They always tell me potential problems and make suggestions if needed but I never feel pressured. Just good honest people serving the community.
Took my vehicle there years ago and now they are the only place i will ever take my vehicles. I was trying to be ripped off by Klick Lewis for an inspection. Took my vehicle for second opinion with Cassels. It ended up saving me almost $2000. They are very honest and trustworthy.
I love this place. Scott is awesome, very fair and very reliable. Our family has been bringing our cars here for years and the prices are pretty hard to beat.
Great honest group of guys. I've taken my car to them multiple times now for various things, radiator replacement, master and slave cylinder replacement, inspection, clutch job, and a few other things. Everytime I'm happy to pay the price they give me, easily one of the most fair shops when it comes to pricing. They even fixed my door handle for free when it wouldn't open and took a look at various other things for no extra charge. If you want good honest work for a great price bring your car here, it's a no brainer
Very competent group of mechanics. Quick turnaround. Extremely flexible schedule (can often fit you in that day if needed). Fair pricing (they won't nickle and dime you like other shops) and above all an honest owner. He will physically show you the failed parts on your car so you know the work needs to be completed.
