By far, one of the worst experiences of my life was told I would be getting a nice car. They weren’t even going to sell because they were going to keep it for their business car put down the down payment. He took in my car as a trade-in for part of the down payment, couple weeks Go by car starts acting all weird and message him. He’s always out of town or his services bad because he’s a businessman. He has a business to take care of call the shop No one answers the phone text him. He can only text when it’s convenient for him. Someone backed into my vehicle I battled with insurance and figure out what was wrong with it. They claimed it was not related, considering it was happening beforehand. I asked why would a shop lie to me he said, bring it to me I got it towed up there. He said it was a timing belt. I paid over a grand for that still to This day, I cannot get a receipt for what he did that’s if he even did what he claimed he did His shop looks like a trap house. He talk to you like he’s your father. He tries to intimidate you by saying he works with the bank. He does the repos Funny though, because I told him to come pick it up Six months ago and it’s still sitting at my house. Moral to the story is don’t spend your money here And don’t trust a crook dude reminds me of the car salesman off Matilda. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau And will never be returning to this guy again . And I have receipts for everything. I just said text messages phone calls that were missed text messages stating he was out of service or he’ll call me back and never does. So I’ll post them below. ?
I bought all my vehicles from Flattline Auto sales and Mike has always taken care of me! People seem to forget that you are buying a used car, therefore you need to test drive the car before you buy it! I seen comments on here from unhappy customers, and they probably didn’t test drive the vehicle before they purchased it so it’s on them! It’s the same as renting a house, you look at it first before you sign the lease!

First of all my name is Ian Markey. Jim Davis is my online name. This car dealer sold a car and didn't complete the transfer. A vehicle with their dealer registration plate affixed to it struck and demolished my vehicle. State Farm insurance is refusing to pay my claim because the supposed owner claiming it was stolen. The driver fled on foot. Now considering that this car dealers license plate was attached to the car that totaled my car, they should be responsible . taking care of my damages
Dont do it when u go in the office it looks like a trap house the lady had a shower cap on and the whole place looks like its falling apart looks shady and she couldn't even help us she said we had to come back when the guy we need to deal with comes back from out of town needless to say we never went back we had 5000 cash to spend either on a down payment or in full we needed a van or at least a vehicle with 3rd row seats
Big Mike has been absolutely incredible with me.. hes up front, honest. He worked so hard to get me financing as I'm credit challenged, he got me financing and into a car that runs great and payments where I needed them to be. The rest of the staff are awesome too. My son loves going in there bc they always talk to him.
I really like this place Mike is a great guy helped me with my first car ?. And gave me a great deal he even helped fix and inspect my parents car that had been at a previous shop that was gonna charge them for stuff they didn’t even need

Bought a Chevy impala from them and within two months it stopped running won’t even stay idle I HIGHLY do not recommend them stay away his excuse was I don’t usually sell cheap cars ? nice no remorse nothing 1500$ down the drain what I should of did was some research on the car shop first because their FACEBOOK reviews are atrocious
I came in credit challenged, Mike worked hard for me, got me approved and in a truck that looks and runs great. 5 other lots wouldn't touch me or even try. Thanks Flatline!
