Very friendly people and great mechanics

July 2023 - Another great and satisfying experience with Dayne's. Had them service our second vehicle which was previously maintained by the dealer. Oil and trans fluid change, tire rotation, service rough idle, top off fluids, multi-point service check. Again, approx. $100 less than dealer's quoted price. Two great experiences with them. Oct 2022 - Have always taken our vehicles to the dealer for scheduled maintenance and repair. Dayne's was recommended to us as a capable and trustworthy organization used by many in Palmyra. For the convenience of their location, I set an appointment with them and had them diagnose and replace a front wheel bearing. They diagnosed and called with a quote for my approval. My invoice was approx. $100 LESS then the dealer's quoted price. The vehicle now performs like new again. Very satisfied with my interaction with them. Will use them again if needed.

Prices here are usually cheaper than Advance Auto and Autozone

Probably the biggest concern with auto repairs is finding a mechanic that you trust. Like many of you all, I've been taken to the cleaners by a mechanic a time or two with unnecessary repairs and high labor costs. But with Dayne's Automotive, I've found a local business that's been in the community for decades with a great reputation. And so, I found myself limping into their lot with a car that sounded like it was wheezing and gasping; and a dashboard of flashing warning lights. In receiving the dreaded "check engine light," Dayne's gave me the bad news: broken transmission. You know it's bad when the mechanic reads the P-Code and mumbles to themself, "Oh, that's not good..." Long story short, I was saved the cost of a new transmission by the creativity, investigative powers and... well... sweat by these guys. My little Subaru is back on the road with a smooth running transmission and me left to wonder, "What magic did they do?"

My husband took his work van, which did not start any longer, to this place back in March 2022. It is now July 2022 and he has heard absolutely NOTHING from this place yet. He went in yesterday finally and they told him he needs to come back when Michael is there, next week. He said he walked in and the older woman behind the desk was sound asleep, and there was a mechanic on the couch that was sound asleep sitting there. I would never recommend this place. Very unprofessional, messy, sloppy.

Don't stand behind there work

Scammed me out of $50 after claiming to replace a bulb that never even got replaced. Also tried to take more money and lying about the fuse being broken. Don’t come here. Plenty of better mechanics around. Oh and they got a record for lying to people lol, go figure

They towed my truck for me with no issues and had it to my house without a hitch and good time

I've been going there for the past few years for inspections only. On my last visit, the place was extremely busy but Michael managed to get me in and out very quickly.

Fool me once.... Bill was $600 more than quoted with no discussion or approval. Required questionable repairs to pass inspection. Then I had new problems when I got car back. Never again.

Always had great service from them and they are one of the few places you can trust not to rob you,very honest.

If i could give less than one star I would. First off they overcharged us because my mom and younger brother took in the car. Then after 3 weeks of them fooling around (i had to find new transporation for 3 weeks) they said their estimate was low and they needed another 300 dollars. They are amateurs. Before I took it in to their garage I was able to unlock my driver side door with my key (like every car) but somehow when they were fixing it they broke the keyhole so I can only unlock from the passangers side door. After being on the road twice my car's check engine light came back on. These guys are complete trash at their jobs and need to consider closing down their business!!!
