These guys are a refreshing change from the advance/autozone chain stores, probably because (I would guess) most of their customers are the local garages rather than the people who are working on just their own car. They've been pretty good about getting me exactly what I needed to deal with the situation at hand, or if they didn't have what I needed they would do their best to point me toward someplace that did have it.

Convenient location and fairly fast service. Prices are higher than other chain stores. Staff could be friendlier.

These guys know their stuff. Never been dissapointed.

Always great doing business here. Needed a part called, they had it ready and waiting within an hour, hour and a half. The manager at Palmyra NAPA is just super. She always does her best to get you what you need as quickly as possible. Thank you NAPA staff for all your hard work.

Crappy parking lot

Always have what I need. The store has so many everyday items and the prices are about the same as it's competitors, but you get personal quality service. Millie and her team are always quick to help answer questions and recommend or give suggestions. Prefer to go here for everything from a quart of oil to major parts.

Always have or can get me what i need fast.

Very helpful staff and the always have what I need. If they don't have it in stock, they can have it usually by the next day.
