What started as convenience has become my go to. I took my vehicle in for inspection and it needed rear coil springs and front tie rods. They not only delivered it in the time frame promised but also were $3000 less than another garage had quoted me. They are always kind and helpful whenever I call.
Be careful once i get changed alternator their they put me manufactured write in paper work it is new charge like for new, that alternator dead only 4 month drive ! Be careful if they not giving u astimate before work - know they gonna lie!

They get weird with older vehicles. My grandfathers 2006 truck with only 26k they said had to much rust. They implied I’d just try and sell it after I got the inspection. I went to a different shop and with it on the lift showed me the frame. It had minor rust nothing that would harm the integrity of the vehicle. Won’t go back to this shop after that.
Used to go this service center years ago when it was Palmyra Auto Service but I move to Harrisburg and stopped due to the travel time. I am back because I am no longer happy with the mechanic I was going to for the last 20 years. I highly recommend this service center, even though the name has changed. The pricing seems reasonable and they really do know what they are doing.
I took my 2020 Accord in for inspection emissions and a tire rotate. The appointment was kept on time and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices. They explained everything and were professional. I'll be going back and I'll be telling friends and family about them as well. I couldn't be happier
Great service. Quick same day. I couldn't pick it up the same day but got there the next morning and they even helped wipe the 4 inches of snow off my car.

Amazing help on replacing my AC condenser and refill in a local area that was a struggle to find. They were extremely informative and I never once felt uncomfortable or not confident about their recommendations and services. I called 20+ auto mechanic to get estimates and opinions. I chose Complete Auto and will definitely be using them in the future. I saved myself $300 by using them.
Had valve cover gaskets done plus insp. They kept me up to date told me what it would cost from the start. So no big surprises on the cost of the job after it was done.. Grade A will be a return customer when I need something done.
I needed a new set of brakes on my car and they provided a very reasonable price compared to other shops that I called. I was able to drop my car off and they had it ready the next day. Will definitely use their services again.

Really sad that Palmyra Auto was sold, as they were really great. It's very tough to find a honest, dependable mechanic, however after taking my car in for inspection and talking to the owner, I feel like he is a good guy who will treat his customers right. I believe all of the old mechanics are still there as well, so I'm happy about that. Give this place a shot!!
We just moved to PA from the west coast and happened upon Complete Auto Repair. Josh was a no-nonsense kind of guy and got the job done quickly. The shop is tucked back off of Main Street so it's a little tough to find, but it is well worth checking them out. They are honest and don't wheel and deal like a lot of other places do. We will go back again and again.
