I have been getting my car inspected, and repaired with Ed Hine for many years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are friendly, and the prices are good. I even followed them from Lebanon to Palmyra.
Ed Hine Body Repair Shop has a fine reputation so going to have Justin look at my car was my first choice. I’m so disappointed. I took the car in early Monday morning for an estimate. It’s now Wednesday afternoon. He has not even provided me with an estimate. I dodged a bullet here. If I can’t get a timely estimate, (he’s busy?), how long would my only car be in his shop just waiting to be repaired?
Update: Justin sent the estimate yesterday, 5 days afterwards.
A class place. They stand by their word. They really are a cut above the rest. My significant other's son had his car fixed there after an accident. Unfortunately something was over looked but the shop ducked nothing and rectified the issue from 2 hrs away without hesitation.
If I could give 100 stars, I would. Ed and his family made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. They were warm, welcoming, honest and more than reasonable in price. If we didn't live so far away I would use their business for all of my car needs. I can't say enough great things about this establishment. It is nice to know there are still good, honest, family owned businesses out there.
My car had to be towed to his business due to not started. He looked at it and I was not expecting it to be done that day it was! What a great company to deal with! Thank you !

Ed, Eddie, and Justin run a fantastic, and welcoming shop that does both auto repair and collision / paint work. Extremely reasonable pricing, and they have earned by repeat business for any auto needs i can't fix myself thanks to their quality work, and good price points.
Haven't actually used their services (yet), but I called in to ask a few questions and the guy on the phone didn't rush me off and answered all of them politely, even giving me some advice on what to do. Was referred here by my mom who DID use their services and said they are very honest and care about the work that they do. Hoping to use them in the near future and will update after I do so.
Great family owned and operated local business providing high-quality service for realistic prices. Everyone at Ed Hine always communicates well with me (never sitting around wondering if my car is going to be done by the end of the day) and has already saved me hundreds of dollars relative to estimates from chains like Jiffy Lube and Firestone. 100% has my business based on everything I've experienced with them so far.
The best place around they treat you like part of the family. Very honest and caring, they will go out of their way to help you out. They do amazing work. I highly recommend anyone to go here you will not be disappointed. Thanks Ed Hine and family for everything!
I happen to know Ed and he's an excellent mechanic and collision repair expert . The people that work for him are also very good and everyone is very friendly . Not to mention , he has reasonable rates. If you need collision repair you should come here because they are very , very good . I highly recommend !
