My wife and I also felt inconvenienced. Went in because of a battery/alternator issue. I asked to use the tester and had to buy a new battery to get a proper testing, then once he ran the test it came back that the alternator was bad so I bought a new alternator and serpentine belt. Was about to do the swap but thought I should get a second test done from a different auto zone because I didn’t trust the guy and I did that and I had no problems. Had to return alternator but couldn’t return battery.
From out of town with my two daughters and our main drive belt broke on us. Lee the manager there was more than helpful and went above and beyond to get us what we correctly needed and back on the road. For many reasons the level of care and support I was offered in that store today was, what felt like, divine comfort. Thank you eternally for the help while I got to attend to my daughters and as they kept my spirits up.
I went in for a radiator bypass hose more my car. One you dont stock and can't order. The two gentlemen at the counter were super helpful at helping me find a hose that with minimal modification I could make work and saved me a trip to the dealership and about $70 on what I would have paid. Thank you so much for actually having honest caring people working there that aren't afraid to go the extra mile to help the customers. I will continue to shop with you exclusively
Stopped by and had my battery replaced. Missy did a great job helping me choose the right battery for my vehicle. She had it installed in 20 minutes. Great service from start to finish.
Lee the manager was so helpful! We saw him two times while replacing my daughter's brakes. The first time he told us what store had all the parts we would need if we accidentally broke something else on the job.
Second time I called him to ask if he sold a specific tool I needed, and had it ready at the check out for us!
I even called him once to describe a part so he could tell me what it was called so I knew what to Google. His service will definitely bring me back.
Definitely the guy working never seen an AC compressor before we only needed the clutch part and they don't sell that part alone. He couldn't even tell us how to take it apart. Plus, you are able to rent the tools and this place has the basic tools. All tricks to make you buy something you use once.
The gentleman that helped me carried the heavy bottle of washer fluid ( I'm disabled and use a cane) and my windshield wipers put to my car. He put them on my car and was the kindest man ever. Thank you and I wish I could remember your name. I did recall a very impressive tattoo on his right forearm. Great store!
Good prices and good selection but with people like Christopher makes this specific location great! He's always willing to help a customer and will be straight up honest w you, never with those 'used car saleman' tactics trying to sell u stuff u don't need to make commission or whatever! He's really knowledgeable and like I said he'll give u an honest answer/opinion and will tell u he doesn't know if he really doesn't know! There needs to be more people like him! Also the rest of the staff is nice and helpful as well!

Had to make an emergency stop for a busted wiper in a rain storm. They had what I needed on hand & the associate insisted on installing them for me. He was great! (Wish I could remember his name) but it was overall a great experience!
Every time we go to an advance they never have the whole part we went for a thermostat and they sold it but not the gasket that's imperative to the thermostat and the one in hummelstown was a lady who didn't even know a gasket went with it instead of saying they don't have it she changed our order to a more expensive one without it only because she had no idea what we needed I don't understand how you can work there and have no knowledge of cars and keep in mind it was 20$ and we went to Napa and got the thermostat and the gasket for 8$ live and learn I guess now we use Napa

Always easy to get help finding what you need. if its not in stock, they can get in a day or so. reasonable prices and good warranties on their products..
Employee asked me if I needed help finding what I needed and then he helped me get exactly what I was looking for and answered a few questions I had about the product. All staff was very friendly and helpful.
Aside from a vast line of car parts and accessories, the employees are very knowledgeable. They helped diagnose an electrical issue for me. It turned out to be something simple and I was able to repair the problem myself, saving me time and money. I used their online site to order a few parts for a 1976 Mustang and picked them up at the store.
Love the fact that they offer MILITARY discounts, service is top notch. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. Will continue to purchase auto parts from here.
Needed to return a brand new part. The older gentleman who handled the return was rude, condescending and unkempt. Acted as though we inconvenienced him. Will make a point to go to Miller & Bixler (NAPA) or Advanced Auto in the future.
Ryan was awesome when I called and needed my battery replaced. Despite the rain and my battery being in a tough location he quickly tested and replaced my battery. Will definitely return due to the great service Ryan and the staff provided!
The store is well stocked, very knowledgeable employees who can answer almost any questions you might have about your vehicle. If they don't have the part you need in stock they will special order it and it usually arrives in 24 to 48 hours.
Had to have a battery replaced for a 2014 Subaru Outback. Ryan K. was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, explained things to me. Its a simple change but not something I had done before. He was great and walking me through what he was doing. Would definitely go back!
Friendly and helpful. Had the part that i needed. They're close to Abvanced Auto, but I called both close to closing time the night before, and only Auto Zone answered the phone, so they got my business due to politeness.
Did a check engine light request. The associate new exactly why it out up. He suggested a product which I did use and haven't had the issue again, now months later.
