Good products, at prices that fit a person's budget. Unlike major grocery stores where they put greed and profits ahead of consumers budgets. And I can buy meat beef, pork and chicken at a more reasonable price point.
I want to say thanks to this handsome young man who helped me find tampons. He recommended them to me and said they were a great fit. I really appreciate the stores, great customer service thank you grocery outlet.
Shopped here for the first time since they expanded. The store looks great and nice and clean! My cashier was Alicia and she was wonderful! Bagged my groceries exactly how I asked and was very bubbly. I will definitely be back!
This store blows every other discount grocer out of the water. It’s clean, the employees are so kind and they almost always have some organic GF/DF options I usually only find at Whole Foods. Most importantly though, the food is still in date while also being discounted.
Not everything all the time but a nice clean and friendly store with fresh quality goods for great prices and a friendly staff. Always enjoy visiting and shopping here.

A few times I have experienced bad customer service by the cashiers here, specifically just one, and no I dont know her name. I hopped in her line, a customer already was in their line and that customer got the entire customer service package. Hi hello how are you goodbye have a good day. When it was my turn I got nothing besides you saved 5$. No smile and not even a have a good day. I went into her line again to see if things were different second time around since I understand ppl can have bad days. The second time around nothing changed. Its a shame because this store is one minute away from me but Im not going to return somewhere I do not feel welcomed.
This is always the first place I go before I do a full grocery shopping order at a big grocery store. I usually can find a lot of the things that I have on my list here. It saves a ton of money doing it this way. Grocery outlet has very good pricing and a pretty good selection of items. And they always get new stuff in.
My sister and I visited the Manheim location #705 and we had such a great experience. It was largely in part due to a wonderful employee that we interacted throughout our shopping. We first came upon her while she was stocking produce and she recommended a product my sister was looking at in another department. She was successful in convincing my sister to purchase the product. She chatted with us as we we perusing the area and talked to us about her husband's cat. It was lovely to be acknowledged. Amazing how far that goes to making one feel welcome and we knew if we had any questions we could ask her and she would help. She took over a register and was our cashier when we checked out. She observed that my sister is vegetarian and eats a lot of vegan products. She asked my sister if she had seen the vegan granola bars. She sold us on so much stuff that she deserves a raise! The name on the receipt was Kerri cashier 0365. Thank you for making our trip, just that much better. She even encouraged us to put in for the drawing on our way out!
Very clean. Cheapest place for groceries. No bells or whistles, but it's great to get your core needs. Use big box grocery for odd ball specialty stuff.
The Manheim store has the best grocery store customer service I've ever experienced, hands down! All the clerks at check out are so nice - they make eye contact, talk to me, talk to my kids, and say thank you. And, if there's more than 1 person waiting in line they call for another clerk & someone is there within seconds! The renovated store is nice and clean. The prices are great - today I got Stoks coffee for $2.49! I usually pay $6.99 for it. What a steal!
This is my go to grocery store! At my last visit I spent close to 500 dollars and the staff were very patient with me and didn't get frustrated with me like most grocery stores do when you have a cart full of stuff. Then I encountered a lady named Robin who went above and beyond to help me! She helped me take the groceries out and even load up the car! Love the staff here, they're always so helpful and respectful! And it's even better now since they got the expansion!
Having shopped at their other locations on and off for years and worked in the grocery industry for years myself, I felt the need to write a review about this business and their new remodel. The open ceilings and decor/layout are great. It feels a lot less crowded than it used to while still having a wide variety of items to choose from. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming each time I've visited and the prices are competitive also. I like to see businesses reinvesting in themselves and their community and Manheim is very lucky to have this business in the community. I would recommend everyone stop in and see how they can help trim your grocery budget every week.
Great selections, great prices. Friendly courteous staff. I love the new store. There’s so much more stuff there and better stuff, the people who left negative reviews about the remodel are just stupid.

Not quite sure what major renovations were done but I don't see anything different honestly. If anything their prices are way higher than other Grocery Outlet stores! While they're carrying high dollar end items and not cheaper options they're still trying to sell outdated items for a bargain price? Makes no sense, where are you actually saving money? I was excited when I saw Reeser's salads on the shelf but two weeks later the shelves were filled with vegan cheeses and other junk and I haven't seen any since?! I'll stick to the one on Roherstown Rd. It's the best one around worth going to.
This location is the by far the cleanest and offers a ton of grocery items,housewares and misc. Stuff. I never made much of a effort to go in & shop here because my experience shopping at the New Holland store was not very good. Happy I finally checked out this grocery outlet! I got tons of good deals and nice employees. Definitely grabbing all the deals I can by doing my grocery shopping at grocery outlet Manheim!!
Our local Grocery Outlet has it all going on. They are well stocked, excellent variety week after week, and items we wouldn't ordinary see at a local grocery store. Produce is fresh, dairy, meats and just a great selection of items we are familiar with and opportunities for items that are outside our region. We really enjoy going there to get our regulars and new items to try. Clean, very friendly and courteous.
Great discount store. Today they had whole beef tenderloins for under $6 a pound. 3 to 4 lb each. I love going here to find the bargains, but it is important to look at sell by dates. Some items are pretty close to expiration but that's why the value is there.
