I was sold a battery that was bad. I drive an older vw and needed a battery this past winter. Price was great , as soon as it was put in my car and I started having issues. I thought no way it’s the battery. I replaced fan control module as my fans were kicking on and off after battery went it. I used the battery for maybe a week after I bought it and had to unhook it every time I parked my car so my fans wouldn’t kick on an off , left the car sit the rest of the winter and brought the battery inside. Went to put in back in my car to drive and wouldn’t start. Brought it back up to but on the battery tender/ battery checker , light started flashing and showed error and the battery will not charge.
Found this place from a friend of mine, ended up trying them out yesterday, when I went home we tried to put the battery in the car and it started leaking and burning one of my buddies hands. I called them right away as I know that’s not normal, the women who answered was very apologetic, helpful, and nice. Told me to come right back to replace the faulty one. Came back the next morning, replaced and on my way within 5 minutes, friendly staff, and great service. Will be back and will recommend to others.

As a single independent mother and only provider for my 2 daughters having my SUV running safely is vital to them and I. So when I was first referred to Power Battery 4 years ago, changed everything for me. To have a local battery establishment that offered great prices, dependable products and the most pleasant customer service team, I knew then they had me as a customer for life. Just last week, my battery died and I had to hurry and learn how to remove and replace my new SUVs car battery. I was frustrated and overwhelmed, but I figured it out. I believe Ms. Linda and Ms. Sheila assisted me with locating the battery my SUV needed and before I could finish getting my battery out to replace it, an older and a younger gentleman came over to finish it up and replace my battery for me. When I tried to give them what little money I had as a tip to show my appreciation, they declined it. On the way back to my job that afternoon, I cried tears of gratefulness and relief. Still, I can't say thank you enough to the staff who assisted me. It's establishments like this one and their staff who set the bar high for customer service and for me and my family, are forever thankful.
If you need a battery this is the only place I will go to get one my battery died in south Carolina and I drove back to pa to buy a battery that cost 52 dollars compared to 190 from Walmart duh where would you go. These guys are great they sold me another battery for my motorhome that cost 130 buck and they sell online for 350 bucks I'm telling yo u this guy is a battery professional thank you
Been coming here for years! I think I have purchased a battery for each of the cars that I have owed from them... At least 4 batteries over the past 8 years or so. Keep in mind I just bought a battery from them for my explorer, I called over 4 places and they all had one but with a minimum cost of $109.99 with a 6 month warranty... I got mine for $45! Winning!
Please beware of who you support when you buy a battery at this business. You support an owner who treats animals horribly and people even worse. He only cares about money. Fact: when his truck driver was in an accident that killed a young mother of 2 children, he said it was a "good day" because he no longer had to pay the lease on the demolished truck cab. That is who you support.
Bought a battery over the phone. Authorized my son to pick it up as it was for him. Employee refused to give him the battery without a receipt. I explained to him the situation and he tried to patronize and got rude. Eventually gave my son the battery but were rude about it. Rather pay full retail next time.
Awesome customer service. Great reconditioned batteries. They also carry new batteries. Everyone from the office to the warehouse is exceptional! Highly recommend this company if you need a new or recondition battery.
