I wanted to make sure I give a shoutout to this place, especially Luis who helped me out today. I accidentally dropped my car off the night before to get my car inspected…and stupid me took it to the wrong place of where I scheduled my appointment! I took it to this place, the Car Shop of Manheim. I got a call from Luis asking if I scheduled an appointment. As I’m on the phone I realized I messed up. My car inspection needed to get done by this month. Luis and the rest of the staff at this place were so kind and made room for me in their day when they could’ve said no because inspections are supposed to be scheduled ahead of time. I appreciate the fact that they did this gesture for me, a NEW client. They took care of what I needed done and were super nice and not pushy about anything. Really seem reliable.
This place was also commonly recommended to me on the Next Door app by neighbors. I’m sure there are other local car shops that are also great, but I am first-impressed by this place and will be continuing to come here for now on. Thank you again!
Bought a 2013 acura tl from one of their dealerships and 30 minutes later got a flashing check engine, dealer said take it here, mechanic said he checked it out and nothing is wrong but when I checked my coils I see 3 are loose and 2 have no fasteners/nut. I fixed that and I still get flashing check engines not even near redline

Never had such great service and communication with a mechanic. Jeff worked us in the schedule quickly with the birth of our first child looming and then when our child decided to come early, Jeff stayed late to allow us to get our car seat. They were very communitive the entire process as well with what they were doing and unexpected issues. They have my business and will continue to receive it.

I know it may be difficult to understand that there is actually a shop that is honest, affordable, and has your best interest before profits! The management is sincere which is probably why the techs are just as humble! I've just started using there services recently as an automotive wholesaler and I have been blown away by their professionalism and candor to the point where I now I bring my personal and family vehicles for service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place Brian C. Worked on my car did a great job. Very happy with his hard work . I am from out of town and was taking a road trip and need maintenance done . I will come back and hope to have Brian work on my car again . Thank you again for all ur hard work .

My check engine light on and I am new to the area. Someone recommended this shop and they were helpful from that first call until I got my car back. They are honest and went above and beyond for me. Keith was excellent with communicating what my next steps would be and Daryl was great! I highly recommend this shop and I’m going to continue to go there!
