After buying my own truck I was in need of a flatbed trailer. I was new to buying trailers and Sean at Utility Keystone in Manheim walked me through every step of the way. He even video called me to look at trailers before heading to the sales yard. The trailer I bought was a very fair deal and I am happy with the purchase. All of the folks at Utility Keystone are very kind and welcoming, I was able to get connected with Sean and find a trailer that fit my needs. The purchasing process was painless and very quick! Upon further inspection of the trailer in my own shop, some issues arose that needed to be addressed to make the trailer ready for a load. I contacted Sean and he was immediately willing to help out. Sean and the team at Utility stood behind the issues I was having and provided me with the parts I needed to get on the road. Just bought my second Trailer from them..They make you feel like family..Everyone is super nice .. Everyone is willing to jump and help you out..Friendly faces with Genuine smiles.. Am not sure I would bother shopping anywhere else..Great selection of trailers..smooth transition from sales guys ,Finance and credit crew all the way to the parts crew.. The yard jockey too took time to say hey and was ready to assist.. Great work environment they have.

I am enjoying the trailer and grateful for the sale person who helped with the sale; however, there were a few missed opportunities with the recent purchased of my 2021 53' Mac Flat bed from Utility Keystone Trailer Sales. The light for the tire pressure system was inproperly placed inside the front of trailer, in a spot where no one could see it. Utility Keystone Trailer was able to move it to a spot that was visible from the driver seat; however, I would have expected the inspection of the trailer to have identified this prior to me picking it up. It would have also been good to be informed on the tire size related to the lift axle. I went with the 24.5 tires and identified that the lift axle would only lifted within 2 to 3 inches off the ground. I purchased 13 side lights and noticed that one of the lights was placed the in the front of the trailer and I wasn't notified of this change. During my purchased, the sales guy mention I would be receiving mudflap, it's been 2 weeks and as of today I'm still waiting. Nor have I heard from anyone concerning the mudflap. With this being my first purchase of a spec out trailer, it would have been helpful to be paired up with a more experienced sale person/group to help support the purchase request.
