From my experience this is probably one of the best auctions to deal with ever had to really any issues and anytime I did have any issues the results relatively quickly with the staff that they have. This place runs really smooth and takes effort to make sure that you receive your car and they have services to help when needed

No help at all.no one would help to find the cars we was picking up. We got two one run of of gas sitting there they wouldn't let us have a gas can to go get gas in. We get many cars from them to be done like this.

Bad place to do busines or pick up cars they dont help when look somebody is diferent spanish or other country bad place dont recomended

I have been to many Manheim but this place is the largest by far. As far as you eyes can see there are vehicles everywhere. If you can't find what you are looking for there you won't be able to find it any where.

Great cars. A vast array of fine automobiles, from classics to exotics, as well as bikes. Any car guy or gal would love to experience Manheim auto auction. Now not only is it the cars, but also amenities cafeteria, and business area. Very clean and incredible staff.

THE LARGEST AND THE VERY BEST AUTO AUCTION IN THE WORLD. It is a very good Reconditioning center as well as a great Detail center. I use them them for body repairs and detailing vehicles when i need it done fast.

Wow has this place gone way way way down hill. This used to be one of the best auto auctions to drop or pick up at. They say the metrics tells them they can save money if they close at 10pm. They no longer receive cars 24/7 at least not to the lease turn in lot, not sure about the sales chute. But hey that means great business for the car pullers who you can also hire to put cars in for you. It's bad bad bad and very dangerous now that they are no longer a 24/7 operation. For a place that has over 200 truck lane parking spots, you would be very lucky to find a spot to park in. Guess all that money they are saving will be nothing compared to the lawsuit they get from someone being killed in that truck lot. They used to clear the entire truck lot every 2 weeks before the highline sale, not anymore. If they would start their own car pulling service after let's say 8pm, they could keep the truck lot much more clear, and with the money they would make, it would pay for the extra staff it would take. But hey that's right, we are just dumb truck drivers. Good luck if you gotta go here.

First class operation, friendly, helpful staff, unlike the Cincinnati store!

Went and picked up a car that was bought in auction. This is the largest car lot I have seen.

The shuttle bus is great do not have to walk

Excellent selection of cars to choose. Friendly employees. Incredibly big so can get confusing/lost if not familiar with place.
