Action Tire company is a good very good get the job done good mechanics very professional they take their time and get it right not that expensive they give me a veteran discount because I'm an army veteran let me know what's going on and what's wrong with my vehicle and come out and explain everything very excellent customer service I'd recommend to everyone in all veterans

Had an emergency tire situation while arriving in town. We were fortunate to be two driveways down from the shop. They sent someone over on foot to put enough air in to get us over to the shop. They put on a new tire, no upsell and did it right before they closed to save our trip. In and out in 15-20 minutes and a very fair price! Kudos to Brian and staff!

Guys at front desk are friendly and helpful. Work is done in a timely manor. No extra sales pitch.

Pete (who claims to be the owner) was incredibly polite to my WHITE boyfriend who he saw in PERSON. And polite to me on the PHONE. Then when I showed up, “a black Muslim woman,” he started speaking to both of us in such a condescending and disrespectful manner that my boyfriend and I had to ask for our keys back. My boyfriend was extremely distraught as he has never experienced this type of disrespect before. I am not sure if Pete is racist or has a chip on his shoulder but this is not how you run a business.

My windshield wiper was misaligned after leaving the car wash. I spoke to the service rep and he instructed me that he had an idea how to fix it just needed a second opinion from one of the technicians. The tech took time out of his day to immediately work on my vehicle and get the windshield wiper fixed within minutes. The staff overall were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place if he are in need of service for your vehicle

For those of you who think they're only there for tires, you are greatly mistaken. They are our regular mechanic. In the rare instances when they couldn't handle something they've given us great referrals. Brian, Pete and Dave know us by name and are always a pleasure. Good, local, family owned business. I had a set of old tires on wheels changed out with newer tires and they charged me $100 couple months ago. Went today with just wheels and seperate tires to mount and balance and they are charging me 120 with no disposal. Wth? Easier job but cost more? Yea not going there again.

Needed to get 4 tires for my Rav4 and happened across Exton Tire in a Google search after quote at the dealer came out very high. Not only did the manager talk through with me options and pros and cons of each tire, but they beat the dealer's price. He worked with me around my work schedule to get me a late afternoon appointment. I have a better set of tires than when I came in and with a very reasonable price. Additionally, it was such a friendly place! What a great balance of professionalism and friendliness. I drive so much that I will definitely be back for oil changes and tire rotations in the future.

Not just a tire center! I needed a routine inspection fast and they helped in one day. The pick up and drop off service was great. I don't have to take off work and wait for service. Highly recommended.

Was very pleased with the service and pricing at this facility. I was leaving on a trip and they not only did a safety check but were able to accommodate me getting new tires with NO lead time. Our family has used them for tires and inspections but I also trust them to do any kind of repairs. Skip the expensive dealers on route 30!

Excellent first experience with Exton Tire Company for state inspection, emissions test, oil/filter change and wiper blade replacement. I was able to schedule online, appt. confirmed by Dave very quickly and they took the car in on the date I requested. Service was done on time (and early in the day too!). Definitely will give them another try for future maintenance. A+

The team at Exton Tire were great. Scheduled me right away and did a fantastic job. They are honest too - I told them I needed all new brakes but after they got the car they told me I did not need new rears. I really appreciate that - hard to find good technicians and honesty in this world.

I saw the Fall Car Care Special flyer in the mail, which was oil change, new filter, brake check, battery check, tire tread check, top off fluid, complete tire rotation, and a thorough examination of everything else on my car for $49.95 and thought it was a great deal so I brought my Nissan into Exton Tire Co. It's a good thing I did because Dave noticed my car battery was 7 volts and that my cv axle was badly damaged and in need or replacement. He was able to take care of all this the same day. When I came in to pick my car up up, Dave showed me the axle of my car and explained to me some why this was such a concern in ways I could understand. I appreciate the time he took to educate me as a consumer and would recommend anyone looking for a good car shop to consider Exton Tire Co to meet their needs for fair prices and valuable knowledge! David and his crew came to our rescue when, on a holiday weekend, visiting from out of town, I arrived with a flat tire that needed fixing. For a very reasonable price, David made it happen. This is an extremely well-run business that cares about safety of its customers on the roads. They provided an excellent service when I really needed it. Highly recommend.

All around great service shop. They are extremely helpful, don't oversell or recommend and always try to work with YOUR schedule. I have used them for tires (3x over the last 2 years), state inspections, oil changes and tire rotations. Their prices are always reasonable and my vehicle services are completed when they said it would be. Can't recommend this place enough.
