Great fabricator service! We needed a side-stand shortened to compensate for lowered suspension on a touring bike. Steve did a great job to get the stand angled at 87°, with the footplate perfectly level for maximum ground contact. He even machined a short rod to go into the hollow side stand for maximum strength. Works great, looks great. We'll be back for any welding or metal fabrication needs.

When I was on hold, They had Hendrix for hold music, awesome. Steve is easy to talk with. I had them perform a 1000 mile service on my Harley and it went well. Very good price, especially compared to dealership. I will take my bike to Rullo in the future.

Steve is a really cool guy, but I will say this shop has had my bike for 2 years now and nowhere near done. They go by “we work on it whenever we can get to it/whenever we have time attitude” when they told me it’s only my bike and someone else’s that they are focusing on…..2 years?! Really?? I could have had this bike taken apart and redone 3x’s by now. Of course if I knew this ahead of time I would have held off and saved to bike project for someone who has more time and dedication. Last time I’m ever using this shop. If you have an extra bike and don’t care about one of your bikes taking literal YEARS to finish then these are your guys. If you only have 1 bike and send it here for a big project, you wont see that baby for a year or 2….Like I said, my bike has been in this shop for 2 YEARS and STILL not finished

Just had my first experience with Steve this week. I needed two loose wheels/tires mounted and balanced for my 2007 Softail. I called the dealer and I was told they are scheduling three weeks out. Steve had them done the same day, and cheaper than the dealer rates too! I can't recommend Steve and Rullo Custom Cycles enough. If you're looking for someone that will work on your bike with the care and attention to detail of their own, this is the motorcycle shop for you.

Great experience having my motorcycle serviced here! In a sea of repair shops, Rullo stood out for their quick response to emails and fair pricing. The bike was completed in a timely manner and everyone completed properly. I will definitely return in the future!

I always use Rullo for their powder/ceramic coating services for parts for my race car. They've shot several parts for me, notably my 6 piston Brembo brake calipers which I'd gotten from a salvage yard and were ROUGH, but I brought them to Rullo and they turned out beautiful after being blasted and powder coated yellow. I have a bunch more components I'll be bringing them shortly for more of the same treatment.

Did my state inspection there, and service was friendly and timely.

Owner sold me several used cases for various parts/equipment. Service was friendly, professional, and accommodating; products were exactly as advertised and for a very fair price.

Took my bike there was 3 months and still never fixed it said was waiting for parts and it was only plastics took my bike back after paying $3500 and he kept the money from insurance said he was stuck with the parts so he charged me $3500 to take my bike apart he sucks. Wouldn't take my kids peddle bike there

I've worked with Rullo on numerous projects, I'm never disappointed. Great customer service and workmanship. It's always fun to see some of the builds going on down at the shop.

Rullo Cycles is the most unprofessional shop I have ever been to. Their work is questionable at best and their customer service is non-existent. They had my bike in the shop for 2 months for work that I requested. They were supplied with parts for a headlight casing and HID install and never installed the HID kit. Upon inspection of the headlight install, none on the wires were hidden like they were when I brought the bike in. I was also not given a single update/ call in the 2 months of them having my bike. In addition, when asked to diagnose an engine issue, the owner claimed he had ridden the bike multiple times with no similar issues. Once parked at my house, the bike started up with the same issue that "could not be duplicated" at the shop. I will never take my bike to Rullo Cycles again.

I have had my harley worked on by rullo for the last couple of years. I do a lot of my own maintenance an repairs, but when it's something major on my bike, rullo has taken care of it for me every time. I had a carb issue that was driving me crazy and they took care of it for me. This is a great shop, nice people, all kinds of parts available, I recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their bike.

Shop is a great place if you need work on your bike or parts they always get me the right stuff the first time, never any problems. Even if i dont feel like driving to the shop they will ship my parts to me great guys and fun to talk to i would go to this shop over anywhere. Straight dudes cool shop sweet bikes what else could you ask for.
