Unprofessional time management skills. Clearly over-scheduled and couldn’t handle what they scheduled. Appt @9am. I wait till 10am. I leave to take a walk and come back @11. My car is still in the parking lot and hasn’t been looked at. I speak up. They finally take it back. Car is not done until 1pm. What a waste of my time. 4 hours for something that should take 1 hour. Very inconsiderate shop.

Rick and the rest of the staff are always amazing in my opinion. Every interaction I have had whether in the physical location or over the phone have been productive, professional and pleasant. I had the pleasure of speaking with Rick in the building this time. Unfortunately my SUV had a fight with multiple potholes and although I slowed as quickly as possible as they took up the road so I couldn’t drive around, my SUV lost the fight. Cost me four new tires. Rick and the gentleman I originally spoke with on the phone informed me of a hazard warranty and the price for the tires they could install same day. Other places neglected to call me back. Even today I haven’t received a call back. That alone is quality customer service to me. But about Rick. He was very informative. He was polite. He didn’t talk to me in a condescending way. I’m not a mechanic. I know how to fix a flat, change a tire and oil however I leave that to the professionals and Rick is certainly professional. Thank you!

I thought I had a nail in my tire (was told so by another place when I got my oil changed). I couldn’t see/find a nail, but I called here and they were able to see me same day. Turns out no nail in my tire, and I was due for my tires to be rotated. I appreciate their integrity and honesty and not charging to patch a tire that did not have a nail in it. I find it’s hard to trust some places and appreciate that you were honest and got me in and out in about 1 hour. Thank you!

I took my Mazda to Firestone when I realized my tire pressure symbol was in fact a deflating tire. Although the nail he found was on the outer part of my tire, Rick took the time to carefully explain next steps and potential routes to consider given my situation.

Needed my tires balanced and rotated immediately. Called and Dylan got us right in, was honest about our issues which I appreciated. He had us in and out less then an hour and they was pretty busy at the time. If I'm ever in this area I will only come to these guys they was great and prices was very reasonable. Keep in mind I thought walking in I was spending 80 bucks it was atound 23

Dylan up front was excellent getting a great deal on my inspection, oil change and radiator flush, while Chris and his crew did a standup job on my vehicle, insuring the upmost safety and regulations were up to speed. I would recommend this Firestone location to anyone that is in need of vehicle maintenance or repairs.

Front staff is incredibly knowledgeable. They taught me a whole load of things about tires, I also got my brake fluid done and I had them price match a competitors offer. On top of the match they gave me an additional %5 as “loyalty” bonus. I can’t recommend these gentleman enough.

I had some pretty in depth suspension work done at this location a little while ago. Sevin let me know that he’s done a lot of suspension work himself and he let me know exactly how everything in my suspension worked and what it all does, aswell as explained to me why the specific components I needed replaced had failed. I love shops that are knowledgeable, and even more so friendly, which as a female seems so rare these days. I felt like I walked out of there with enough knowledge to do the required work myself! I will most definitely be back as no one here has failed me yet!

When I was at other tire shop, they trying to selling me new tires. Here I got state inspections and wheel alignment as a walk-in service at noon, and it was all done without issue by the end of the day – no appointment needed!

Went in for a tire replacement. I left the service agent with my key to my wheel lock. Upon picking my vehicle up, they took my personal belongings out of my glove compartment and left it on the dash. The they also left my insurance card on the floor of the passenger side. Untrustworthy!!! Beware

Took car in for tires and brakes. Staff was very friendly and professional. Car was ready sooner than expected. Service manager (Shayla) was very knowledgeable and able to address all of my questions/issues. This location is somewhat out of the way for me but it is definitely worth taking the trip to have my car serviced when needed.

Shayla and Dylan are an AWESOME combo. Enjoyed the little time I spent there. I was traveling back to Florida and noticed I had a flat tire. Called Firestone and Shayla told me to come right in. 35 minutes later I was back on the road. Such a quick process. Thank you to the Firestone Exton team!

Came in after finding a nail in my tire and I'm glad I did because both rear tires had nails in them. In and out in under an hour! Will definitely be returning back for future service.

So when you ask their mechanics if they can fix something a little black girl from the management came out and said to the mechanic Don't fix that. Meaning probably they could but she didn't want it to she just wanted me to buy The new tire

Polite front counter staff. I was able to schedule a same day service, and they fixed the issue I brought the vehicle in for without pressuring me into additional services. Great to know I can count on Firestone in Exton!

From the moment I called to ask if I could drop my car off until I paid my bill and picked up my car, the service was friendly and just an all around pleasant experience!

Dillon did a great job! Had me in and out. I have a Tesla that needed a new cabin air filter. I called a few places and they didn’t know how to do it. The ones that did know how to replace it charged more than Firestone. I got great service and saved money with Firestone. Definitely would recommend this Firestone location in Exton.

If there was only an option for 10 ⭐️’s!!! Firestone’s employee Dylan Willis exemplifies the word “standout”!! He took care of me like I was family. Kind, professional and capable, Dylan represents the very best of Firestone. I say this with over 47 years on business experience. Please give this outstanding young man a promotion AND raise. Please believe me, you don’t want to ever see him go!!

I came in with my car having a battery that had died on me twice, the first time being at the Philly airport! Your staff checked everything out to make sure it was JUST the battery, which it was, and then were able to install the battery and pretty much save the rest of my day! And the cost of the whole thing was very reasonable. Thanks!

Checkin person Dylan was very pleasant and friendly! The usual folks at front desk rarely smile and are not warm so this was definitely a great improvement!! The usual quality of service and price point is why I keep going back here. Keep it up.

Set appointment for all wheel alignment. I'm time and on my way after 1 hour. Also went with lifetime alignment offer & used a $20 off coupon. This is a very good deal if you are keeping your vehicle for at least a couple of years. Everything went smoothly. They know their business and what they're doing. I've always had a good experience at Firestone stores. Also check out 10% discount offer if you are in military or a U.S. veteran.

Really amazing experience. We had a flat on the turnpike and needed the tires changed quickly so we could get back on the road. We called 15-20 places and this was the only place that said that they could fit us in, despite it being a same day appointment and close to closing time. We got the car towed there and the service was exceptional. It turns out we needed two tires changed and one of the mechanics took me back to show what was wrong. He was very patient in explaining things to me and extremely helpful in helping us figure out what we needed to do in the future. They saved our trip that evening!

The staff was courteous and professional. I went in for an oil change and they were able to give me a discount! They also explained additional recommended services and left the decision up to me. I felt the technician was honest with me which I appreciate as a woman. Sometimes you can go into places and know the guys saw you walking through the door and knew they could take advantage. I will be going back for future service of my vehicle. The location is also very convenient.

*****Beware they will try to swindle you by offering things that are not necessary. **** AAA towed my car to their shop and luckily a picture was taken of a nail in my tire. Firestone’s diagnosis was that there was a gash in a tire that was not flat and that there was a nail in the sidewall of the tire(see picture attached), which would have required me to get 2 new front tires. I immediately questioned what they were saying and said that I had picture of where the nail was. When confronted about this the Firestone rep came back with there was no gash in the tire that was not flat and that there were 2 nails in the tire and one of them being in the sidewall of the tire. This was not true either the only nail in the tire was the one in the picture attached. When I questioned it again the rep came back with that he didn’t actually look at the tire and when he did that the tire only needed a patch, which costs $30. Be aware they will try to offer work that does not need to be completed. I will never go back to them.

I took my Oldsmobile classic in for a simple oil change. I noticed an oil spot in the garage so today I parked and got under the car. The drain bolt was so loose that I could turn it by hand. It likely would have completely fallen out after few months and my engine would have been destroyed by lack of oil pressure. Oil changes are not difficult but this Firestone appears to lack verification of key actions - checking drain plug is tight. You lost a customer today for life.
